Driving there (post surgery) to pick up pain medication. Was on hold for twenty minutes and when it was finally my turn, immediately hung up on. Was already in the parking lot by that time. Got here and my GF went in to pick up the prescription. Just texted me that they aren't answering the phones at all. Just hanging up on folks. Completely unacceptable. Whoever runs this location needs to have a long talk with the pharmacists about how to treat customers. read more

On Jan 17 about 5pm I went to this location to drop off 2 prescriptions. The drop off window had a sign that said move to the next window. This was the consult window. there was a lady in front of me and her issue took about 15 mns. . I waited and she left and I approached and the young girl asked what I needed, I said to drop off. She said there was a line and pointed to the ck out line. I said I have been in line (which she saw the whole time) and that I was in the right line because the sign said next window, not ck out window. She just pointed and told me I had to get in that line. I walked out and went to a nearby pharmacy in Arlington where they are super nice and quick. I called about 30 mns and asked to speak to mgr. and lady said he would be back Monday (this was Friday), I asked to speak to asst. mgr., she said there wasn't one, I asked to speak to acting mgr., she said there wasn't one. GOOD GRIEF. I will never go back to this poorly run store. Everytime I have been here I have a negative experience. HORRIBLE customer service and rude employees. read more

I will never fill my prescriptions at Walgreens because of this location. Every time I come to the drive through it takes 20 min per person. Due to how long it take to get my prescriptions I tried the same day delivery option. After two days I called the store and they couldn't find my prescriptions. After two hours of waiting for them to call me back, my prescriptions were still at the store. I have now switched to Kroger pharmacy. read more

Disrespectful to customers, went in for a covid test and even made an appointment and they refused us because "they were too busy" I understood every time it's not easy working in retail or in a pharmacy, but have some patience and respect. read more

Worst Walgreens PHARMACY EVER! Appears out of the 5 or 6 people behind the pharmacy only 1 willing and wanted to work. All the others were chatting and didn't give a damn about the customers. I scheduled an appointment to get COVID shot. The girl checked me in -- told me I had to fill out more paperwork...okay. Never gave me paperwork. 30 mins after my scheduled appointment, I asked the one willing and running around helping EVERYONE at the counter about paperwork. She took my name, said no one had checked me in yet -- WTH?! She checked me in and gave me the paper work. About 5 more people came in after me for COVID shots... Here is how their set up is there.... There is a partition right by the pharmacy window, barely a table behind the partition and crap everywhere on the table. One person from the pharmacy will come out and give you the shot. The one that came out had 5 syringes in her hand...how did she know which one was for kids and which one was for the adults?! Anyway 45 minutes later after my original appointment time I was out of there....do yourself a favor, go the the Walgreens on Stage. I was in and out of there is less than 10 mins (minus my 15 mins of wait time after the shot). They have a CLEAN room with legitimate UT medical people giving you the shots. I felt really bad for the one girl working her butt off. Even the manager didn't seem to care what was going on. read more

If I could give it zero stars, I would. There is literally no point in even having a phone because they NEVER answer it, I've waited on hold for over an hour before and they picked up the phone and then hung it right up. Total garbage. Also add the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with in a professional healthcare type occupation. They could care less about your prescription and the urgency of them. It doesn't even matter if you try to fill it or do anything on the Walgreens website so you don't have to deal with them in person because the website is current or correct about the status of your prescriptions either. I seriously don't understand how they are in business. I would have never chosen to go to Walgreens if it weren't for my insurance changing and forced to have to fill there. I'm currently looking to fill literally ANYWHERE else other than here. I'll even drive a good distance for better service. read more

Five years ago I would have given this a 4 or 5 star rating. I lived right down the street and it was my go to place for pharmacy and quick needed purchases. I have moved back to the area and live nearby and have been here a few times and it has gone downhill a bit over the years. There was only one person working (a problem for a lot of businesses right now, I know) and the line was long. The store was not very organized and they were out of A LOT of things. I needed to hydrate but could not find one Gatorade or Powerade drink! The pharmacy was a very long wait time so I transferred my prescription to another location. Overall I was not very impressed but will probably return out of necessity and location but I hope they make some improvements soon. read more

Definitely the worst pharmacy in the area. They refuse to fill prescriptions written by nurse practitioners without a doctor's written approval. Prescriptions are never ready at the expected time of availability. Pharmacy employees are rude. If you can switch to mail order or another location, I would recommend it. read more

Many have run out of gas while waiting in line at the drive-thru. McDonalds next door changes shifts faster than this pharmacy can fill one script. My clothes went out of style and then came back into style, that's how long you have to wait here. I thought people were camping in line for tickets to a new Star Wars movie premier then realized they wanted to be the one and only customer to be serviced at the drive thru that day. Obviously there is a lot of sarcasm here, but one thing is for certain. If you have to pick up a prescription here you better clear your calendar. read more

The pharmacy USED to be my favorite store for pickup but after having a nasty experience with a little employee name Susie or Susan and a manager name Karen I promise you! I was NEVER going to return to that store anyway. Karen tried to treat me as the issue saying "I heard what you said" as if her employee shouldn't have had some COUTH about herself and also proper customer service, which they clearly don't teach. the employee had a nasty attitude and because I no longer wanted to deal with her made a threat that she would come around the counter. Not knowing who she was making false promises to which led to a full blown argument. HAD SHE SHOWN PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE this wouldn't have happened. Staring at me the entire time, making idle threats just a WEIRDO. The "manager" says she didn't call me for all that and after getting others stories she did not want to hear mine. SO THE GM WILL! while dealing with the death in the family this was the last thing I needed to deal with. But I'll be on it from NOW ON! :) read more

I have never had such poor treatment and lack of expertise as I have at the Walgreens Pharmacy on Canada Rd. Do yourself a favor and choose another pharmacy. No one knows what they're doing and have not been trained on basic customer service. The only ones who have given me no stress or attitude are LaVonte and Faras. I arrived for my scheduled Covid booster shot that I signed up for on their own website promoting the booster. I told the gentleman at the pharmacy that I was there for the shot ahead of my scheduled time. I was told that they were not giving boosters due to an order received from the head office to conserve the vaccine. What! Why promote it on their website? I just got a "sorry". What BS! I went across the street to CVS and got it there. No problem. Looks like Walgreens loss is CVS gain, today and in the future. read more

This is one of the worst Walgreens in the city. I have been on phone for over an hour to have my sons new prescription on his profile filled. I was left on hold and then hung up on. when I called back immediately, I was then informed there were more than three callers ahead of me after just being the next caller in line. I have been using this location for a few years now and today was my LAST VISIT! The photo department has the absolute RUDEST employee! I do not know her name but she had such an attitude with me and her employees! She is a short, African American lady. The photo department has also lost two of my orders around Christmas. I just can't deal with it anymore especially the attitude. read more

This is My Walgreens and I'm proud of it. I can usually drop off scripts and have them picked up with in an hour or what ever is more convenient for me. Need that quick gallon of Milk, or six pack of drinks, or perhaps a last minute gift of gift card for the high school graduate next door...then this place can be your "go to" place too. read more

Poor services in the pharmacy And some staff there lie to not fill the script. If you get meds usually you know the rules with insurance and all. I pop in here all the time! Very friendly, helpful people. The restroom is always clean & stocked. They are paving right now, but it's usually easy to get in & out. They don't take our insurance, so I can't really say much about the pharmacy. I've had some wait time for my daughter in the past. read more
