I said I have been in line (which she saw the whole time) and that I was in the right line because the sign said next window, not ck out window. She just pointed and told me I had to get in that line. I walked out and went to a nearby pharmacy in Arlington where they are super nice and quick. I called about 30 mns and asked to speak to mgr. and lady said he would be back Monday (this was Friday), I asked to speak to asst. mgr., she said there wasn't one, I asked to speak to acting mgr., she said there wasn't one. She never told me this or I would have waisted an hour sitting there. To make it worse, the second time I went through I asked if they would contact me when it was filled. She asked me if I was set to receive text messages (like I would know). I asked her to check my number and that it was setup, she then proceeded to tell me a number I've never had.... No clue how the person filling the order missed it and it was in the correct place. The coupons definitely help with the overall cost when I need something. I only shop when I have coupons, which seem to be often! I've used the pharmacy for vaccines, they get you in and out as long as they acknowledge your presence and honor the appointment time.
