I said I have been in line (which she saw the whole time) and that I was in the right line because the sign said next window, not ck out window. She just pointed and told me I had to get in that line. I walked out and went to a nearby pharmacy in Arlington where they are super nice and quick. I called about 30 mns and asked to speak to mgr. and lady said he would be back Monday (this was Friday), I asked to speak to asst. mgr., she said there wasn't one, I asked to speak to acting mgr., she said there wasn't one. She never told me this or I would have waisted an hour sitting there. To make it worse, the second time I went through I asked if they would contact me when it was filled. She asked me if I was set to receive text messages (like I would know). I asked her to check my number and that it was setup, she then proceeded to tell me a number I've never had.... No clue how the person filling the order missed it and it was in the correct place. The coupons definitely help with the overall cost when I need something.
