I am not one to write a review, like ever, but reading through these negative reviews I felt obligated to do so. My parents are middle eastern and my wife is African American. Not one single time anyone in that pharmacy treated us with anything less than respect and compassion. The racist comments are absolutely a copout and quite frankly rhetoric and disgusted approach. There have been one attempt in particular of which Ive personally witnessed a customer flipped her $$$$ and literally threatened everyone behind the counter (complete craziness) staff handled her with a lot more grace than I would. I only shop when I have coupons, which seem to be often! I've used the pharmacy for vaccines, they get you in and out as long as they acknowledge your presence and honor the appointment time. I've waited an hour for a vaccine despite having an appt and checking in. The store could be stocked better, pharmacy could do a better job with appointments and associates, I rarely interact with because I use self check out to utilize all my rewards. The last associate that checked me out didn't apply all my rewards/coupons despite me saying to use them all. Basically I have a love-hate relationship with the CVS in store experience, this includes all locations I've visited. Online is my personal favorite.

Went back when it had been an hour, only to be told (rudely) that she told me it would take 30 minutes to an hour to get the script from my doctor (who I called, said they sent over likely before I even left their office) and then 30 minutes to an hour to fill.... She never told me this or I would have waisted an hour sitting there. To make it worse, the second time I went through I asked if they would contact me when it was filled. She asked me if I was set to receive text messages (like I would know). I asked her to check my number and that it was setup, she then proceeded to tell me a number I've never had.... I obviously called regarding my prescription pending. The employee immediately stated "you have no prescription here and you have never picked up from here." I explained that I had it on my app, I verified the correct address with him, and also provided the RX # for my ANTIDEPRESSANT that was supposed to be ready on Feb 9th (see image below). He looked up the RX, verified the prescription and stated it was not at his store. I then asked for the store it states that it is at so I could call them and he said he does not know which store it is at that it only gives the store number. He only knew what his store number was. There's no way of looking that up? He said no. I work in customer service, I work in management, I have to handle phone calls daily. I understand that sometimes complex situations occur (my app is showing your location and you are seeing different). However, being that I obviously NEED this medication, he could not give me any assistance? I know he could, because I called the location on Canada road and they will have the prescription ready in an hour.
