Parking lot was pitch black with NO working overhead lights at 7:45pm at night. Tip: Curbside pickup sign is old and location has moved to the opposite, West side of the building. Check you have all of your items because one was missing but it was picked and brought to me after I said something. Staff was nice. I don't recognize the porch it was put on but I do know it is not mine. Now I cannot get anyone to answer phone at store. This has happened before but never with refrigerated items. I'm assuming on the resume for application they ask on the scale of 1-10 how rude, angry, bitter and incompetent are you? And if it's above 8 you are hired! After spending an hour shopping get to the checkout out line to hear "nocanocaback" huh? "Nocanocaback". Are you saying no cash and no cash back? "Ya". How am I supposed to pay for my things? "Iono try self check out" but self check out is only 10 items "not my prollem dat ur prollum". So this incompetent worker is telling me Walmart no longer accepts cash and I'm assuming saying whatever a hunch of vowel sounds clumped together to keep from having to work. This Walmart is horrible! They should feel lucky anyone would shop there because they rarely stock anything, they have workers that act like you are bothering them if you ask for help and I'm guessing speaking actual English is frowned upon. I will NEVER spend another dollar in this store. I'd rather spend the extra money at Kroger and speak to people that can conjure up an ounce of respect for the customers because this Walmart has rolled back and respect, competence or dignity for their customers. I thought I had already completed a review on the Walmart order a Grocery app - the order grocery pick up I've used that service a few times now and I will continue to do so in the future- One because it is quite convenient. I like that I can look through Grocery app s from the app from my home and select check out --a review my order email checks and then send --they'll send over confirmation saying when the order will be ready for pick up--so it's always good to know when to leave my home to go to Walmart and park in the pick up my order. read more

This Walmart is pretty cool. It is always crowded, but that is to be expected at this location. They are not fully stocked, but I found a few things that I needed. The lines are always crowded with only 2-3 registers open. read more

I am so disappointed. My app suggested that I would have all of my items but the driver only delivered half of them and left. I don't know where the rest of my stuff is and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. The phone just rings. I went to the automotive center to get my car some tires and an oil change...they were really backed up so I dropped my car off and went to my work meeting. I got a text message notification that said that the automotive place would be open until 7 and that I could get my car now. However, they close at 6 on Sunday and I was almost not able to take my baby home! But there were two employees who graciously took my money and released my car to me at 650pm. Even though they're were already in their way out the door. They're names were Shaquille and Derek and they're amazing and kind. They deserve some raises. And that's on that periodT. read more

This store has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I signed up for Walmart + after a trial period that went very well. But as soon as they got my money the service stopped. I tried to use the delivery service but after waiting days for a delivery that was supposed to have been delivered the same day, I had to just cancel. Today I tried to get a pick-up order and, of course, got a text saying it is delayed. There is no way to plan around this. And there is no way to get in touch with an actual person. Every department I tried to reach by phone just rang endlessly. I don't know how a company this big with such poor service can even stay in business. read more

When I prove management wrong according to their own written policies, it does not matter as they come up with another reason that is inaccurate. The most unorganized Wal Mart I have ever been in . Went to get a hair trimmer, which was locked up in a case , and 6 other things. I asked a man working in health and beauty aids, he said that I had to go to Electronics Dept, that they had the key. So I go from front of store to back of store. Electronics tells me that they have the key in Health and Beauty Aids !!! WTH ???? I asked for the store manager and was told he wasn't in. I asked for whoever was in charge. They call for Management to come to Electronics. After 25 minutes, no one ever showed up. The same lady walked back up front , and there was a lady who said "do you need the key" . Once I got the trimmer , I had 6 other things to shop for, but was told that I had to go pay for this first !!!! Then went looking for my 6 items , and they were out of stock on 3 of them !!!!!!! I've tried their grocery pick up and I can't thank them enough for making it so much easier for me! As a mom of two, I dread going to the grocery store so pick up services like these really help me! Best of all, Walmart doesn't charge for this it's FREE! Just download the app. and shop! Select all of your groceries, you can even add necessities to your cart as well like shampoo or socks! Select a pick up time, pay, and be on your way! Now depending on the time you pick up is how your experience is going to go. If you're inpatient, you should pick a time that's not so popular like early morning or afternoon but anytime after 3pm, it's going to be busy! It's a convenient time and a lot of people go during this time slot but the workers are friendly and try their best to come out with your items as quickly and efficiently as possible! I would recommend you try this service at least once. It'll change your life! read more

And, I will also write that I hear the Wal-Mart folks singing their chants happily in the back, so whatever evil is going on is pretty well-camouflaged. That aside -- what great deals! You can find great deals on clothes -- I love picking up their tank tops for $5. Super-cute and they fit just as well as GAP clothes. You can also get toiletries for much cheaper than the drugstore. This Smokehouse Burnt end dip was delicious. The taste was very good., a little smokey., sweet and spicy flavor...not real spicy. (cream cheese). I could taste small pieces of the brisket meat. The cost at Walmart was about $5.74. If the price has not increased I would purchase this dip again. read more

Really negative experience. We ordered items for pick up. We arrived at the designated time and checked in. After an hour and multiple complaints to the workers bringing other pick-up items out, someone arrived with exactly 1/2 of the items we ordered. I complained. The workers couldn't have care less. I had to submit a complaint to get a refund for things I paid for and never received. Customer service here is abysmal. read more

If I could give this walmart negative stars, I would. No employee is helpful in there. Everyone is selfish and ignorant. My husband and I were trying to self checkout (cause theres never enough employees for the regular lines) and upon trying to pay, the card reader would not work. We asked an employee that was standing at the main computer for checkout for help and she stated that she "Didn't want to help us, that she was in the middle of eating her snack" She sat there sucking her peanut butter off her fingers while the line was growing longer and longer because we couldnt pay. I finally went and searched for another employee and was able to get it worked out. I will NEVER go back to this store. This was absolutely terrible!! If you don't want to work, then don't. I generally enjoy Walmart unless I need to find a shop assistant to help me.... and then it usually becomes torturous. This particular Walmart is always busy but generally well stocked and maintained. 1 star for this place though since my wife was injured whilst shopping. Four months pregnant she slipped on a puddle that had been left outside the bathrooms and damaged her leg. The staff were unhelpful, failed to even find her a chair and were more interested in just standing around and staring than ensuring she was ok. Poor customer service usually starts from the management downwards and in this case, from our experience with the store management, it is hard to see why the rest of the staff are lacking motivation and the bare basics of customer service. read more

There is always a long line. No matter when you go you wait. Even the middle of the night. The self checkouts are always broken or restricted. The thing this store has going for it is it is open 24 hours. But going at night is a pain cause the workers are stocking and act like you are in their way. I used to be a loyal Walmart customer because I thought Target was more expensive. This place tends to run low or completely out of stock, and service here is what you feel like you're doing the employees/manager by shopping here. Got what I need at good prices (yay wal-mart), find one of the 10% of cashiers with a light on (yes, it was on) and get in line. Person in front of me checks out, the cashier turns off his light and tells me "Sir, I'm closed." Why not tell me that before I put my stuff on the conveyor, or turn your light off when you start checking out your last customer? So, I go through another cashier and go home. The next day, I go to use the deodorant I purchased and the safety cap was missing and it had been used. Naturally, I ask my wife (just to be sure) if she used it, she says no, and I reply, "Well someone at Wal-mart did." Not coming back. read more

For the first and only time even though we had placed the order through my girlfriend's account, I used my credit card to make the purchase (in store) instead of hers. Some time later over a thousand dollars in walmart.com orders became charged to my credit card, placed from an Arkansas location. I will say that I used to live down the street from this location and I found myself going to one further down Germantown because they seemed to keep in stock on things better because the traffic was higher. Now that I live down the street from the other, whenever that one is low on what I'm looking for, I can usually find it in this one. read more
