Whenever I'm in the neighborhood, I try to stop by, as I'll usually find something that my household hasn't yet tasted. I'm especially glad that they have a respectable selection of nonalcoholic beers to choose from. It's like a bank! Or maybe the building was a pawn shop or check cashing joint in it's previous life. You walk in and there's no touching of the alcohol. No, you don't even have to keep your hands to yourself because you have no choice.. there's a thick window between you and the booze!! A nice young gentleman came out from the back and yelled hello and hows it going.. he was a little muffled.. My travel companion ordered a 12 pack and a bit of Titos.. No 12 pack but guess what! You can buy 2 six packs! A handle of Tito's was $29 and apparently that's super cheap for us. I dont normally buy my own handles of vodka so.... yea... And then he hands me a bottle and I go home to one happy surprise. Truth be told, I would have never even noticed this place if my boyfriend and I weren't on a diet and staring down the donut store next door to it. We were craving either sweets or alcohol and decided that red wine was the "healthier" cheat. So in we went. It is a cute little shop, pretty small, and very cramped, but the staff impressed me 100%. They know their stuff and I love that he didn't make me feel stupid when I admitted to not knowing a thing about wine. Instead, he just said here you go and enjoy.
