This grocer is such a nice alternative to have. They offer some fairly unique items that are only carried by Trader Joe's. Ordinarily, if you ask for help from any employee, they'll stop what they're doing, listen to you, and either assist you directly or refer you to someone who can. It's certainly nice to experience this kind of "old school" customer service. I shall continue economically rewarding this store simply because of the excellent manner in which they take care of business.

Trader Joe's fan for life, I enjoy many staples in this place! My coworker asked me to get her a few bottles of red wine since I was in the area, I was happy to see some of the black owned wines. I'm always gonna end up with more stuff that I need from TJ's lol The seasonal items are always worth a try and if you need a cocktail whether beer, wine, or mimosa in a bottle, TJS is the place for you! There is only one location in the mid south so I must make my trips worthwhile!

A trip to Trader Joe's definitely requires my anti anxiety medication. I can't believe they actually plan their stores to be so unpleasant.

Too hectic, too crowded, and too overwhelming for me. I have GAD, generalized anxiety disorder, and a trip to Trader Joe's is never pleasurable. There's never any parking, and once inside, there's no room to leisurely browse and shop. I constantly feel like I'm in everyone's way. There's a whole section on Reddit where other neurodivergent people say the same thing I'm saying. (That made me feel a little better, ngl) The fact that TJs purposefully designs their stores that way blows my mind. I literally have to take a Xanax before a trip to Trader Joe's.

Gotta get those Cotton Candy Grapes

This place is amazing! It's a bit far to go often but it seems like every time I step into one I find something new and amazing that I just have to have. It's crazy affordable as well. I got really excited about my new job and I actually squeaked while we were checking out. When I explained myself the cashier rang her bell and requested a Sunshine. I thought they were going to sing a song or something like they do in restaurants haha. Instead, someone else brought me a free little bouquet of flowers. It was so sweet and really was the neatest thing!! Loved: - Dried Fruit: Chili Spiced Mango - Smashing S'mores (hubby loved)

What can I say about trader Joe's... people sleep on Trader Joe's... it is like a less expensive version of whole foods. It may not be as much variety but they definitely have a lot there for the organic/healthy-eating people. Another big plus is that they still do the display promotions and I have definitely bought items from trying them from the display. They have things for the external as well as the internal. Facial mask, body washes, toothpaste, they have it. I bought this peppermint body wash from there and BOY! Lol the lavender body lotion knocked me out quick lol. I will definitely make that drive and purchase my food from their over Kroger's going forward.

Love Trader Joe's!!! Missed living in Vegas because there were no TJ here but now we have one and I'm loving it!!! Baby, let me tell you about my two favorite things this month. Those thin chocolate chip cookies. Gluten free never tasted soo good! Secondly, (no picture included because I didn't know what to expect then I ate them all before thinking about writing this review) those chicken tamales. I grew up on pork tamales and I can honestly say these a close to that home made flavor. A little thin on the cornmeal/masa but still good. Update...come on through Chimichurri rice!!! Cooked this with Morningstar crumbles. A little extra seasoning, bell peppers and tomato paste and I had a whole meatless meal!

This a new and a very interesting place. It kinda remind me of a corner store you go to and pick up something right quick and at the last minute. The newness is still there of course it's crowded. And prices are up there. But maybe for those speciality items they carry you have to pay extra for those. Kroger has no competition with this one being here. I wonder where the concept come from. It's a small store. Checkouts are literally at the opening of the exit door. I bought unsalted butter, pumpkin soup and almond milk. They take all methods of payments. The fresh fruits/veggies look good. Each section has a little bit of that item's category. Maybe it's just only Trader Joe's brand. Well it's nice they came to Memphis and created more jobs for the area.

I picked these vegan cookies up for my mom. They sell out quickly.

Ask the Community - Trader Joe's

I am handicapped, is there help parking and accessing the interior of store?

    Yes

Are the complaints about the parking secondary to it being busy/crowded? A month in, would it likely…

It was Thursday about 2 pm. Parking is laid out well. I have a crew cab 4x4 and had no problem.

However on this last trip, I stopped by to pickup some chicken breast and parsley. I went by the butcher part of the meat department to get the chicken and to see what was on sale. There are some Really nice ladies that work there. On the way home I kept smelling something not good but I just thought it was outside. Once I got home and began to cook, I unwrapped the most FOUL SMELLING CHICKEN you could ever imagine. How could this be? Kroger is not some rinky-dink store this is a Major Conglomerate! How are they able to sell stinky chicken to consumers? I understand that all stores try to sell food quickly when it's approaching the expiration date but this was awful. I wonder could she smell the chicken as she wrapped it up in that brown butcher paper? Maybe she had a cold and couldn't smell it, or maybe she's just doing her job with no other choice. Either way, I would rather Raise My own Chickens in my Backyard before I eat that FOUL FOWL! I guess I expected more and I know Kroger is better than this experience. I had no problems returning the chicken to the store. Everyone was nice and professional.
