Everything is laid out neatly and sectioned off in a way where you can find what you are looking for. I love shopping for school supplies, household supplies, decorations, and seasonal items as well. They have some locations with self checkout and some where you can have a cashier check you out, either way it's always a smooth process.

On May 1, 2026 after waiting in line…read moreto get to a register at 3pm for over 40 minutes I finally made it to the register where I waiting again for another 10 minutes while the person in front of me tried several times to get her EBT to work. Rather than suspending the order so she could stay her place in line and resolve her issue they allowed her to hold the line up while making numerous phone calls trying to resolve. At this point I asked if I could go to another register in which the cashier standing doing nothing said yes. I move two lanes over and as soon as I got there young man told me I had to go get in the back of the line (which at this time was all the way to the freezer cases). I explained I was just moving from one register per the cashiers approval and again was told I still need to go get back in line. I again explained I had already been in the long line and was just switching register and he again quite rudely repeated I still had to go back. I then started to go get the gentleman that said I could move when he stated quite loudly that he didn't like my attitude. I stopped in my tracks because until now I was very nice trying to explain my case. I then told him he refused to listen to me and I'd take my "attitude" to the customer service desk. I asked his name and he smiled and said he wasn't going to give it to me. I needed to ask customer service. I then proceeded to customer service to speak to a manager. After waiting for 10 minutes for a manager with another lady who was also waiting to speak to one, the attendant asked what my issue was and I explained. He then escorted me back to the registers and of course the same guy as before only to be told by him that he didn't refuse to check me out and that I had an attitude. At this time I called him an out right liar and to just check me out so I could get out of there. He then began to loudly comment that I had an attitude and he didn't like me, and that's wnen I lost it. I told him he could keep the over $200 in merchandise I had in my basket and I'd go give my business to the Sam's on Hwy 64 where they treated folks Like human beings. He just laughed and said OK. He was one of the rudest people I've every come across and apparently he's gotten away with this behavior before because he was not at all worried that I was going to customer service. Lack of check outs, on floor managers and people who care in this location is phenomenal. I've been in this location many times and most times it's an OK experience, but this one was over the top. I'll be moving my business to Costco now because I've NEVER had any experience with Rude employees. They like their jobs it seems. Avoid this Sam's Club unless you enjoy disrespect.
