The staff was available, but let you browse-as they too must know it is a lot to take in! Upon making an inquiry they were pleasant with their response/interactions with customers. I had an appointment so I was not able to shop for more than an hour and I barely covered 25% of the store! I hope to return when there are no required items I needed to purchase and I have "extra" money to spend. There is so much to offer it is impossible not to leave without picking up a few pieces! They don't care and do not do refunds, exchanges or in store credits. So just due to overpricing, the refund, credit or exchange policy, plus the attitude that came with the refund or exchange issue, the score took a well deserved decrease.

The store does not answer their phone. Calls go through some call center in Texas so I was unable to get help since there was never a call back. I just hope the trade will be sent in. Then today, almost a week later, I received an email for ATT protection plan that is 18 bucks a month because I signed up for it. I did not sign up for it. I had to contact att through chat to get it taken off the bill. I never asked for it, it was never mentioned it or even discussed. It was no accident. I do not recommend using this att store and if you do, be sure to read all emails and check your bills closely. I am now hoping they do my trade in right.
