I say this to be funny, but it is true. One store walk in and on the left is the pharmacy, another location is the children's department, another is lawn and garden and the next location is groceries. I want to get in and get out, but they purposely sidetrack us by blueprinting each store differently to intentionally keep us from leaving and to buy more stuff than we really wanted to, while looking for what we originally came for. It will ring and ring until you get an automated message stating that it's a busy time and call back later. It doesn't matter what time of day you try to call. I'm trying to find out the status of my tire shipment before I make the drive over to pick them up. The website shows delivered but I've not received notification from the store to pick them up. I have to take them to another Walmart Auto Service Center to have them installed because Austin Peay center doesn't have a functioning tool (broken for 2 Years according to the Service Manager) to install the size tires (20") I need and purchased via walmart.com that directed me to the Austin Peay Service Center. Very rude blue vest employee at self checkout, condescending and forceful demeanor…read more I am used to Walmart being more professional than this, even if they are not necessarily the most visible/helpful employees (this is not abnormal for this day and age) but I am not used to them being blatantly rude to customers. I did not get the persons name as they moved away after this, I guess they had to correct the patrons of the store and then moved along? Needless to say if you come to this location and use self checkout be warned you may be treated very rudely when staff here perceives you are following their unwritten, unspoken procedures.

The employees are also really helpful and friendly whenever I've needed assistance. The only issue I have is the lack of registers that are open so the line will always be really long almost every single time. Other than that, always a great experience at this Target.
