I am probably in the men's dress clothes and scents areas the most often. I do tag along with the bride a good bit as well. She probably likes it here more than me so I get to see all the lady stuff too. She is especially fond of the purse section I have noticed. As far as scents are concerned, there is significant savings if you buy online, but you can't smell them online. I find success in asking the ladies for the "best smelling, least popular scents". Well, now a big guy can finally find a nice selection of designer labels (Polo Ralph Lauren, Nautica, Vineyard Vines, True Religion, etc). I've seen sizes 6X and size 60+. Personally, I can shop for my size in many department stores at much lower prices (albeit the selection is very poor elsewhere.) Clearance Back Corner: Yes, I'm the guy who starts in the back of the store and first looks for any bargains first. For the past few years, their clearance corner is pretty meager. The selection is slim and most items are only 25% off the sticker price. YUCK! Merchandise: The products are high-quality. I still wear sportcoats, slacks, jeans, etc. I purchased from DXL many years ago! Coupons: I no longer get any discounts that "wow" me or compel me to visit. I was keeping a close eye on him the entire time, and he was NOT running through the store. An employee with black and pink braids and another older employee began making rude comments about my child and repeatedly said that he shouldn't be running through the store. What really crossed the line was hearing the employees refer to us as "ghetto." That is completely disrespectful and unacceptable, especially when speaking about a 2-year-old child and his family. I will be contacting corporate management regarding this situation and requesting that the store's cameras be reviewed. Customers should not have to experience this type of treatment while shopping. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of the employees involved.
