While I can appreciate this, I think the threshold should be lower say $50. Why not empower your employees to give 10% off on items less than $100 if that's your threshold? All I wanted was a $10 price reduction. There were workers standing around cooling their heels and shooting the breeze who could have called the seller. And we ended up spending over $500 before we left. What about that? You're welcome Quantum Antique Gallery. Second, I was asked to bring my cart back to the porch from my car. Really? You want me to do a favor for you, but you won't make a simple phone call for me? Who's the customer here? Third, there was confusion at the desk about which items were ours. Not a big deal in and of itself, but given numbers one and two, number three completes the poor customer service picture.

Most of the non boutique clothing is priced at $4-5, and it gets marked down every week by an additional 25%. That's a very sweet deal! They only accept cards for purchases over $5, as I discovered when I was checking out. I didn't think I had enough cash for my purchases, and a sweet woman behind me in line offered to pay for me. Turns out, I was good, but how incredibly kind! Great staff and the nicest customers!! I will be back for sure.

They have amazing deals and sales also recently they had an all clothing is $1 sale and they have many half off furniture sales also. But the main reason I love this place is the fabric selection. 50 cents a yard and in perfection condition, I mean you can't beat that! I've picked up so many amazing fabrics for DIY skirts, shirts, and clothes. Check it out next time you're out thrifting! It's one of my favorite little Memphis stores.
