Upon my return I noticed two very obvious stains. So I respectfully declined taking possession of the defective item. I was offered five dollars by an associate for dry cleaning. Long story short I rejected that offer as well, I received a replacement pair of slacks but took a $12 alteration fee loss just to be done with this inconvenient ordeal. I will also end up paying for another alteration. In closing I'd advise MMW to simply do better.

I explained my problem to him. JM looked at the boots I had on and immediately identified some issues. He brought my another pair in a different size just to see the fit. He then offered a half size. When I visited the Wolfchase Galleria recently, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have returned. In my opinion, they are still on top of men's fashion with the selection of suits, casual wear, and men's accessories (ties, bowties, pocket squares, and cuff links). When talking to one of the sales persons, he informed me that they have signed a 10 year lease with Wolfchase Galleria so they plan on being around for a while. I highly recommend Bachrach and am glad that they are back in Memphis.
