The Downtown Nashville Walgreens…read more In my estimation, this is the one and only Walgreens in Downtown Nashville that is accessible to Broadway. Disparate from other Walgreens that I am familiar with in major tourist centers, this location is underwhelming for alcohol and souvenirs. With regards to this review, I am using "The Daniel. S Yelp Real Time Feature" where I write from my first-hand journaling experience. "June 24, 2025: We are bound for Walgreens. Walking through the Assembly Food Hall we cut off some of the uphill climb up John Lewis Way that is bothering Dad's knees. Now walking up John Lewis Way we are passing by the historic Woolworth Theater and what looks like a Theater District. At the crest of the hill, we step inside the only downtown Nashville Walgreens. At least the only one I am familiar with near Broadway. This store is "blah" in comparison to the Walgreens that I am familiar with in major cities such as Las Vegas, Chicago, San Francisco, and Denver. Their Nashville caps are overpriced and fail to strike me. They fail to carry the bullet beer (24 ounce cans) that I want to pick up for the hotel room. However, they have cold beverages and snacks that my Dad and Brother are buying. I am headed to Starbucks for my beverage. Toi, who rings up my Dad and Brother, is a friendly and personable Cashier. When we return to the what looks like a Theater District along John Lewis Way, being empty handed of purchases allows me to photograph the Woolworth Theater." My "Real Time Yelp First-hand Feature" elucidates that the Downtown Nashville Walgreens deserves Three Stars.

We're visiting the quaint hamlet of Pulaski Tennessee on this late spring Saturday. Pulaski is home…read moreof the world renowned Sun Drop Festival, and also home to other unsavory happenings back in the 1800s, but we're beyond that I'm hoping. The happenings on this day were of a more civil nature and consisted of a number of fair vendors setting up shop around the historic town square. Reeves Drugstore is housed in a string of old brick buildings that also line the square. Its charm is old school from the get-go. When I opened their front door and stepped in, it was like stepping back into my childhood. Immediately, I thought, dang, we had one of these in our downtown. In fact, three! Newberrys, Thrifty, and Woolworth. All had lunch counters, and all served up tasty food offerings just like Reeves. Reeves also has an ice cream counter. $1.75 for a scoop! If you're lucky, you'll get the young lady who scooped up ours. She packs it into the base of the cone before putting a generous scoop on top. My Butter Pecan cone was solid. There were plenty of pecans mixed in. Some in every bite. We didn't need any drugs on this visit. We were pretty high from the Sun Drop soda, Sun Drop cake, freeze-dried gummy bears, and of course, ice cream. But if you're in need of some kind of pill, tincture, or sundry, you'll be in good hands at Reeves. Quick Tip: The folks who work at Reeves are honest, hard-working townspeople. Polite as can be. If you're in need of some sincere southern hospitality, they'll give it by the bushel. Please give them your business, and reward them with a smile.

Friendly people, they try to get old school diner vibes but it doesn't totally hit, average food…read morebut not bad, a little pricey for the type of food, and a variety to choose from. The wrap was a little smaller than I expected. Only chip options are plain rippled or kettle. Ice cream is Mayfield I believe. We didn't partake. When I first came to the Walgreens, I thought great I can get all my medication's perfect…read more Boy was I mistaken , I'm on several specialty medications. Every month I was having to make six and seven trips to get one month of medication . I have been on this medication for over 30 years. This is the first time I had to make so many trips. I continuously ask the manager - If we could make it so that I could pick everything up in one trip as I have always used to ! Also, I never had anything as a back up in case we should have bad weather or I may want to go on a vacation . After repeatedly asking her and seeing her resistance to fulfill my needs . After continuously being told, my doctors didn't respond and I haven't received your refill . I put up with us for over a year, not understanding why they're not able to do their job . Then the final straw came. After asking the manager again, why is she unable to do this. She became argumentative, and then Dr. Berkeley was behind the screen and did not intervene and take care of my needs either . At the point the manager told me that perhaps they're not the pharmacy for me. I decided she was correct . Amazingly, I moved to Phipps Pharmacy And Angela has been able to coordinate all my medication's to be picked up at one time ever since I've been with them . Plus, I have a full month of back up if I should wanna go travel or if something should happen. Amazing someone can care enough of their patients to fulfill their needs. Thank you again, Angela you are amazing. Perhaps you can train other managers.. lol Never have I heard your doctor hasn't responded for your refill . Walgreens manager actually told me I need to manage my own medication . At that point, I realized she was not capable of doing her job Again, let me remind you I have been on these meds for over 30 years and I have never had the problems that I had at that Walgreens that calls themselves as " specialty pharmacy ." Quite frankly, I don't see anything "special"about them !!!!!! I think corporate needs to really do a full investigation of the lack of professionalism of proper patient care !!! Because that Manager has no professionalism and no management skills. And perhaps she should go find another job. She is definitely not qualified.!

Extremely rude. I have never heard of someone being so callous with the health of other people. While I am a loyal Walgreens customer, I will never step foot in that establishment ever again while that man is working there.
