Outside of successfully upgrading my phone, the best part of my experience was the level and the style of customer service I received from Segun. I think his shift was about to end when I arrived but he greeted me and provided the best service. I wish I could personally give him kudos for his presentation, etc. Listen, I'm one that update my phone every 2 years, so I really don't know exactly what I need, etc. Instead of asking, if I want a phone case, he presented 3 phone cases and asked which one did I like. From there I asked about the price. He gave me the price, along with payment options. I purchased everything he presented. Had he just asked if I wanted a case, I probably would've said no. So, great job Segun. High five to the manager and the entire store because while waiting I witnessed patience from other employees while dealing with customers. My experience was great!

So I used the "project" tab on Yelp to request a quote to see how much it would cost to fix. Ben at Intouch Wireless was the first to respond. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.
