There are only 2 people working at the store. Came and waited for almost an hour and get no help. I have been to multiple stores but this is the first time I had to wait that long. Understood that they are helping other people but really they can't speed up or offer some other solutions. There are 4 or 5 people after me and still waiting. Very very very worse service today, 9/5/2025 at this location!!!! I understand now why everybody is leaving AT&T. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I went there today, there were only employees, no customer besides me and LUCIO was seated, with zero minimal will to help me. Yes, I wanted an agent to help with my account and he managed little to zero effort to even wanting to help! The new phone carrier people were tremendously helpful! Although I spent all day there, they helped and were patient! I do NOT recommend AT&T to nobody! Even their phone support SUCKS! Service and AT&T do not go together. I am not sure where they think they are going but after 60 years with SW Bell and then AT&T, I am ready to throw in the towel. Three days I tried to contact "Customer Service" and am promised a call back in less than 30 minutes. These call backs never came, I tried at least 4 times, each day and finally decided that AT&T does not know what service is or means. I guess they just don't care. Excellent service...got a new 12 to replace my stolen XR, & in less than an hour, I had my stored numbers & photos on the new phone, must be magic, I guess. But the half price I was said I was getting on the 12 seemed great. Until I got the bill...which was the regular price of a 12 anywhere you want to buy one. I did leave. I went to the AT&T store in the center at Eldridge & Westheimer--you know, near Target, PetSmart, Michael's...& etc? They are AWESOMESAUCE: the store is MUCH BIGGER, the air conditioning WORKS, and the people are attentive, knowledgeable, and amiable. My service wasn't working on a brand new one month old iPhone. They said they couldn't help me. They told me to go to another store.

I went into this store on Dec 24, 2021, because I was having lots of trouble trying to set up my voice mail. I was immediately met by a friendly smile from Mr Merritt Barnes who listened carefully to my problem before calling AT&T technical support for further assistance. He helped me for well over an hour before we reached a technical support person who had the correct answer to my problem. If Mr Barnes hadn't have successfully helped me I was prepared to Rejoin Verizon that day. Mr Barnes went above and beyond what I feel some in store sales agents would have did to keep me as a "satisfied" customer. I was a Verizon customer for well over 12 years and switched to AT&T cellular service on Dec 12 ,2021 due to the discounted offers that were available. Thanks to Mr Merritt Barnes I am not only still an AT&T cellular customer, but my voice mail is working. if you are an AT&T customer and need some assistance or just need to purchase a product I highly recommend you go into this store and speak to Mr Barnes in person. if he can't fix or solve the problem he knows who to call. Terrible store - will never go back. I went in to buy a new iPhone SE and trade in my old phone. At first I thought everything was good - the sale went smoothly and the rep even helped me transfer all my data from the old phone to the new one; so far, so good. It was only weeks later when I got my first bill that I saw how shady they are. Despite telling the rep that I _didn't_ want any insurance or upgrade plan, both were on my bill. They also told me that all I would have to pay to upgrade was the taxes and fees due. So of course I was surprised to find that AT&T also charged me a $30 upgrade fee. I called AT&T and they were willing to remove the insurance and upgrade features, but wouldn't budge on the upgrade fee. I feel like I was ambushed and lied to. Never again. read more

Employees have absolutely no ideas how to unlock iPhones and once one staff was not able to help, he refused to ask other staff and the other staff followed the strategy of ignoring me, instead of addressing me directly and acknowledging their lack of knowledge. Besides incompetence, these ppl are rude. If their strategy is to ignore a customer until he/she walks a way, then this location's manager must not be doing his/her job. I bought a screen protector for my phone at a value of $45.00. I thought it was expensive and declined at first. The SALESperson told me it was guaranteed for life and in the moment I decided to buy it, why not? It's for life! I should have read the conditions first but with faith in his words, I bought it. The screen protector cracked and I went back. It had been since February. I went last week to try to get it fixed and replaced. Before I could even finish saying my story, the lady at the entrance says they don't do that. I tried to explain what I was told and she was pretty firm about it and it felt that she didn't care. I was frustrated at this point and decided to just leave and deal with the manufacturer. She might have noticed and asked how long it had been and I said February. She basically said that was too long and they couldn't help me. Moral of the story, sales people are there for SALES and I shouldn't expect any help when I was tricked as there are terms when you open the box. The woman couldn't even bother listening to me and show a little more empathy. When you go here be very cautious about what they tell you and ask how exactly processes work. If possible, ask for a manager or someone higher up to confirm what the employee is telling you. I would give them no stars if I could. read more

I have bought two iPhones at this place. They are awesome! Not only is it right around the corner from my home, I stop by sometimes just to say hi after my morning Starbucks. When I purchased my iPhone 4, it had a lot of glitches. The sales associate Andy called me back when he was on vacation. He spent a lot of time helping me and he followed up with me to see if everything was working okay. He was very concerned that the problem was repeating so he called his manager to see if they could get me a replacement. I went into there and the manager was amazing. He took care of me right away and changed the case and placed the screen protector on the new iPhone for me...5 stars for the above and beyond service! I have since then bought an iPad there. Store Manger Christine was very unprofessional. Being a Manager and doesn't know how to act as a Manager. She get the title in to her head that she thinks everyone is stupid. I just came home after waiting for a full hour here. Terrible customer service. The store was packed and only about 3 people working on sales, and 3 as greeters. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes, but 15 minutes turned into an hour. When I went and asked a sale associate on why its taking so long his excuse was "Well you're next so I don't see the problem." I was next for 30 minutes. Also one customer decided he wanted to charge his phone and disconnected a charger off one of the phones on the floor. This activated the theft alarm. At first it wasn't a big deal, but the alarm went on for 20 minutes. At first the AT&T workers didn't even to attempt to turn it off even where there were 3 people on the floor as greeters chit chatting to each other not lifting a finger on trying to fix the alarm. After 10 minutes they decided to attempt to turn off the alarm. Turning off the alarm took them 10 minutes, because they had no idea to turn it off! They were moving around like sloths trying to turn this alarm off. So after an hour wait, and 20 minutes of an alarm blaring into my ear I had enough and walked out.
