Absolutely sh*tty customer service especially from the "MANAGER" Adrian! She instantly gave bad energy and body language and followed up to harass me with questions not pertaining to my initial service issues request. She literally asked me if I had a bank statement because she didn't want to call customer service from in the store because she just "didn't feel like it" or believed she was "busy". After finally calling and thus finding another problem within the account she proceeded to elaborate that this all had nothing to do with her she was just "trying to help". Absolutely disgusting energy. Through the entire "conversation" with the phone customer service she made remarks about me and my questions because she didn't understand the charges and had to have other staff attempt to act like they knew what was going on. By the end of this fatigued mental management of T-Mobile they had to credit over $201 for my account that I have since further closed. This is the closest store to me. I went in on Sunday to add a line since they have a deal going on for BOGO... the lady that greeted me didnt know anything about the deals going on, she checked in her iPad and said the deal ended(when the deal had started on Friday) asked her Managers and they didn't know about the deals either.. I told her that I had talked to customer service and there was notes in the acct explaining what needed to be done.. she kept on saying I had an acct closed and that the deals were over.. So I drove to a store in Katy where they knew about the deals going on... & I didnt have to stress trying to get someone to understand about their job.. read more

Went in due to having an issue with my phone that couldn't wait as well as to inquire about adding a line. While talking to the rep, I was getting the impression that he wasn't very attentive and it was to be validated when another rep just walked up to us, while I was still talking, without so much as to even acknowledge my presence before discussing something with my rep. Though it was brief, it was rude none the less. Taking it a step further, once he walked off, my rep didn't even come back to our conversation. He 'thought' the reset might have worked then asked me to take a seat instructing to let him know if it doesn't come back up all the while he was walking away to assist another customer. Raul is the worst manager with terrible customer service. One of his employee made a big mistake by charging me for iphone 11- 128gb when I asked for iphone 11- 64gb. I did not ask for 128gb or approve to pay for it but I was charged. The manager comes and told me that I can either leave the store or return the item. Clearly he did not try to understand what happened and solve issue for the customer but asked to either leave the store or return the item. He was just trying to defend his employee instead of showing him the right way to do customer service. He ruined the day for me and my daughter. I called t mobile customer service and reported him and got my money back for the amount that was over charged without my permission. Not acceptable and he needs training on how to become a manager. Horrible service! I hate coming into this store. If it wasn't the closest one to me I wouldn't even bother. Then, they have the nerve to want to upsell you on EVERYTHING for commission and can't even provide decent service. So, I walked in. No one was waiting. There was 3 salepersons with customers and the manager checks me. She wasn't assisting anyone else. I only came in to replace my screen protector. Tell me why I waited 20 minutes until a salesperson was available when the manager was perfectly capable of doing it in less than 5 minutes. But, she was over to the side texting on her phone. Then, when the salesperson comes to talk to me and I tell her what I need, it's not even in stock! Been here a few times to buy accessories, new phones, etc. Staff is pretty helpful, typically young and fairly knowledgeable. I've never had to wait, but I do see it get very busy at times and there will be people waiting in the front. They have a kiosk system for people who just need to make payments which seems convenient. read more

I just visited here and i love the customer service. I changed my service from sprint to T-Mobile and I lost my sim card and they were completely understanding to my situation, I only had to pay $27.06 to get the sim card replaced. I look forward to doing business with T-Mobile because Sprint was a complete headache especially when it came to unlocking my phone. I only pay $70 for the T-Mobile ONE Plus Plan which includes unlimited talk,text, and 4G LTE Data. Also , 4G LTE Hotspot , Caller ID, HD Streaming, Netflix, and calls to Canada & Mexico . I can't believe the way I was treated when I went into the store today. My phone had started turning itself off, even though I had charged the battery just two days before. When I got to the front of the line, the salesperson (a young guy, wish I had written down his name) was incredibly unprofessional. He was laughing at me when I told him what the problem was, making fun of the fact that I didn't charge my cell phone every day. I told him that if he continued to speak to me like that, I'd need to speak to another employee. He said "are you serious? I'm just being playful". He was quite disrespectful and unwilling to explain my options. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 7 years and I do not deserve this treatment. No one does. I'm eligible for a full upgrade on my phone soon. While I was considering buying a new phone, I may be leaving T-mobile entirely. After reading all the negatives review, I still went to this location because it was close to my home and on the way to work, giving them the benefit of doubt. I should've gone somewhere else! My phone had decided to malfunction and die on me so I figured I'd stop by first thing in the morning to get an upgrade. I mean I'm no expert but I did my research and kinda knew which phone I wanted. I told him I was kinda debating about the iPhone 7 and s7. He gave me a a blunt response. The guy that helped me had NO SMILE on the whole time, he made me feel bad everytime I said no to something he was pitching. I mean, I don't really need a tablet with extra payments for internet. I don't need a Phone cover that's cost $60 right then and there but I still was going to take him on the offer on getting the case and screen potector. At checkout, he said they were out of screen protectors and try to get me to replace it with a SD card. I said no bc i really needed a screen protector more. So when i said no to everyhting , he look upset. Like i was wasting his time. I was already spending $150 for the new phone. I had forgotten that even though you need to pay the down payment...you also need to pay the taxes. I was caught off guard from expecting to pay 60ish to 150ish. Which was fine, but the associate made me feel so small and kept giving me an annoyed face when I asked why the amount was that high. There were 4-5 other associates there and I am feeling so unlucky I got him. I left the store 30 minutes later with my nearly $800 dollar new phone (which will be on the payment plan but still) , $150 poorer, and feeling really bad about the whole experience. I've been a customer of t-mobile for years and going to this place just as long. Today I went to go get my phone upgraded and was greeted/ helped right away. The staff is always very friendly. Not the most professional, but you can tell they are friends and not just coworkers over there. I was in and out in 30 minutes even though it was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon. My particular person was trying to multitask with me and this other customer who was there earlier but came back. Whatever gets the job done.
