I think our current culture sets us up to be a bit impatient, but just know that the well-meaning employees are swamped with up to 10-15 patrons each. I had an awesome time checking out the iPads and laptops so I could make a best decision on what tech to buy. The Apple store also does some comparisons between models right on the display screen to help you decide best fit. The employee who helped me was really down-to-earth and honest. He didn't pressure me to get the top model with the heavy price tag, instead listening carefully to what I needed and recommending best fit. Make sure you time your visit post rush hours, and you'll be fine here. Everyone is really knowledgeable and considerate.

As soon as I made the…read moreappointment, I walked inside and asked if they could take me two hours early since I was there. They asked what I was there for I said a screen repair and they said I will have to wait and come back at my appointment time. I walked around the mall and sat on a bench killing time for two hours. Then I came in at my appointment time at 4:55 and then they had me sit for another 30 minutes after checking in only to tell me that they are not able to take me for a screen repair today. The manager was there and said he couldn't even make an exception. Entirely unacceptable for them to have the time available on their website to book an appointment for a screen repair and for their employee to tell me to wait all that time for my appointment knowing what I was booked for, just for them to tell me I can't get it done today because it's too late and they are too busy. If they were too busy, they shouldn't have told me to wait. And if it was too late, the appointment time shouldn't have been available. That was a complete waste of my day. Not to mention, I live 35 minutes away. Unreal.

After I said no about a few times, he altogether ceased "helping" me, walked away, and proceeded to ignore me. I was comepletely offended and disatisfied. I've never been treated so badly by an employee, let alone tormented by a manager. I'm extremely disappointed in what Staples has become in the past several months. The store itself has become dilapdated, and to be frank, trash. I will take my business to Office Depot thanks to this egregious excuse of a manager.

We usually avoid the…read moreMadison location for several reasons and now with the new Costco nearby in Hendersonville, we make it point to swing by this location when needed. The visits here have been hit and miss for the most part. The store has undergone some updates in the last few years and is still nicer and better equipped than other nearby locations, but the main thing with this location is how disorganized it seems on the regular. No matter what time of day, there is always stock on the floor, even in some cases completely blocking shelves and racks of merchandise. Service is just as hit and miss. We can never seem to find anyone on the floor, and when we do, they never approach you first. Overall, it's Target and it pains me to give anything less than 5 stars, but this store needs some work.
