Its will not stay connected to my wifi, the internet is spotty at best, and the lag on this phone is ridiculous. I took the phone back and I got the run around for two hours. They finally exchanged the phone, but the new one I got is doing the same thing. It shutters, loses internet connection, Wifi and 4g, and it lags for about 10 seconds before bringing up any internet website. This is not what I was promised when I purchased this product.

I asked about the return policy and was told as long it was under 14 days, I could return it well I got the phone home and hated the phone. The next day when I went to return it, I was told since it was a upgrade the phone nonrefundable. So now I'm out $521 Do not do business with this store. They like to lie and get over on people and by their Google reviews. They've been doing this to a lot of people for a while.

The associate Andrea that "greeted" me seemed to be disturb by my request for assistance from the very beginning as she leaned across the counter unwilling to even stand up and properly hold a conversation with me. She then proceeded to tell me "just upgrade it on the app" instead of offering to assist with my needs. There was a young lady who was also busy with a client who interjected that they wouldn't mind assisting, which i appreciated but at that point the damage was done.
