I have popped in this location to browse, which normally produces something being purchased and on a recent trip, utilized in store return for an online purchase I made. The store is well laid out, packed with clothing on floor and wall racks, alongside shelves of shoes. Clearance section is usually pretty solid for a random pair of sneakers, and some of the prices on the main aisles for shoes are not too bad. Clothing prices are never discounted too deep, better to buy the clothes online or at the a true Nike Outlet store. Service here is hit and miss. There are always a lot of team members on the floor and behind the register, however none of them approach you are seek to assist. It is an odd vibe for the brand, but it is consistent at this location. The store is kept clean and in good condition. Overall, decent Nike store that I have been to many times and I am sure to visit again.

Tonight, I went shopping and the staff were friendly and asked to take my clothes and prep a dressing room for me. They remembered my name and made me feel welcome. While I was trying on clothes, they checked in a few times to see if I needed anything or if they could grab items that o wasn't purchasing. They helped looked for items in different sizes for me. The layout of the location in Green Hills is fantastic. It's spacious and you don't feel crowded by other customers. There is a parking lot right next to the store front which is super convenient I found some great purchases and look forward to coming back in the future.

Racial Profiling…read more I've visited this store several times since moved back to the area. This is the 3rd time I've been racially profiled. I decided to stop in after work yesterday and shop for some Spring items I saw on the website. I was greeted (which was nice) and said hello back. Then was followed around the store repeatedly asking to take my items to a dressing room. I know this is common but I said "no, I shop here often and know my sizes and want to match some things up." And one lady proceeded to follow me, literally hover over my shoulder and continued to walk behind me through the store. I reported this to the cashier. But wanted to write a review, since this has happened to me multiple times. I won't be back and won't spend more money here. I've shopped in Seattle & Dallas where's I've previously lived and always had great experiences. This location gives racist vibes. And I'm reaching out to headquarters. Do better, Nashville is becoming more diverse and your reps should embrace and reflect that! ***The employees name who was racially profiling me was Abby.

I think our current culture sets us up to be a bit impatient, but just know that the well-meaning employees are swamped with up to 10-15 patrons each. I had an awesome time checking out the iPads and laptops so I could make a best decision on what tech to buy. The Apple store also does some comparisons between models right on the display screen to help you decide best fit. The employee who helped me was really down-to-earth and honest. He didn't pressure me to get the top model with the heavy price tag, instead listening carefully to what I needed and recommending best fit. Make sure you time your visit post rush hours, and you'll be fine here. Everyone is really knowledgeable and considerate.

They asked what I was there for I said a screen repair and they said I will have to wait and come back at my appointment time. I walked around the mall and sat on a bench killing time for two hours. Then I came in at my appointment time at 4:55 and then they had me sit for another 30 minutes after checking in only to tell me that they are not able to take me for a screen repair today. The manager was there and said he couldn't even make an exception. Entirely unacceptable for them to have the time available on their website to book an appointment for a screen repair and for their employee to tell me to wait all that time for my appointment knowing what I was booked for, just for them to tell me I can't get it done today because it's too late and they are too busy. If they were too busy, they shouldn't have told me to wait. And if it was too late, the appointment time shouldn't have been available. That was a complete waste of my day.
