The Dryer Vent Wizard technician recommended replacing the plastic dryer vent with a metal dyer vent. After the metal dyer vent was installed he showed me a close up picture of the new vent installed & I paid. Shortly after the technician left I went outside to water my plants & noticed that a brick was loose at the dryer vent. The brick was not loose before, I know because I was constantly outside cleaning the old plastic vent because our dryer kept giving an error message. I contacted customer service shortly after the technician left on 8/4, Customer Service took a message for the Nashville location. I offered to send a picture, I was told that pictures would need to be provided to the Nashville location. I did not receive a call back so I called the customer service phone number again on 8/7 & on 8/12. Each time I was told that they left a message for the Nashville location & that a picture would need to be provided to the Nashville location. I have never received a call back from Dryer Bent Wizard of Nashville.

The store is well laid out, packed with clothing on floor and wall racks, alongside shelves of shoes. Clearance section is usually pretty solid for a random pair of sneakers, and some of the prices on the main aisles for shoes are not too bad. Clothing prices are never discounted too deep, better to buy the clothes online or at the a true Nike Outlet store. Service here is hit and miss. There are always a lot of team members on the floor and behind the register, however none of them approach you are seek to assist. It is an odd vibe for the brand, but it is consistent at this location. The store is kept clean and in good condition. Overall, decent Nike store that I have been to many times and I am sure to visit again.

While I was trying on clothes, they checked in a few times to see if I needed anything or if they could grab items that o wasn't purchasing. They helped looked for items in different sizes for me. The layout of the location in Green Hills is fantastic. It's spacious and you don't feel crowded by other customers. There is a parking lot right next to the store front which is super convenient I found some great purchases and look forward to coming back in the future.

I decided to stop in after work yesterday and shop for some Spring items I saw on the website. I was greeted (which was nice) and said hello back. Then was followed around the store repeatedly asking to take my items to a dressing room. I know this is common but I said "no, I shop here often and know my sizes and want to match some things up." And one lady proceeded to follow me, literally hover over my shoulder and continued to walk behind me through the store. I reported this to the cashier.
