Late Post -- 7/31/26…read more A little late posting this, but I definitely wanted to give a shoutout to Riley F. at the new AT&T location in Fernley! A family member was having issues with their physical SIM card, and we weren't sure whether we needed to upgrade the phone or what our options were. Riley was beyond patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained a few different options, and because of some work-related security settings on the phone, going with an eSIM ended up being the easiest and simplest solution without having to redo all of the security settings through work. What impressed me even more was that another family walked in needing multiple phone upgrades, so Riley was about to get very busy, very quickly--and he was the only representative there. He remained calm and composed, acknowledged the family that had just arrived, and continued taking care of us without making us feel rushed. That kind of customer service deserves recognition! Thank you, Riley! When we're ready for our next phone upgrades or even home Wi-Fi, we'll definitely stop by to see you!

I came into this O'Reillys to shop for a battery about two weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon. We didn't wait long in their line while the two men working were both helping others at their counters. When it was our turn, the younger good looking gentleman with curly hair called us over. I should have asked for his name. He was super friendly, showed us our options and even saved us quite some money with my badge. I got the upgrade with more juice. My surround sound uses a lot of juice to power. Who knew? ‍ He came out with us, swapped out my old battery for my new one and even gave me the core discount since he knew he was going to swap it out for me. This store is my store of choice for their customer service and value. I looked back at my receipt to see if there was an employees name so I could give him proper credit, there wasn't.
