My phone was breaking and I really needed to get a new phone before leaving on vacation. I went in…read morealmost 2wks before leaving which I figured should be plenty of time. I ordered a new iphone 16 on monday and they said it would only take a couple days to come in. I went back on saturday to check and they didn't have it yet. I called tuesday and was told that the phone tracking showed it had been delivered friday so I went back in to the store and again was told they didn't have the phone yet. I got a call thursday saying the phone was finally in (it took 10 days!) Went in to get the phone and the gal was super incompetent. It took her 30min to find the phone, like seriously I was called and told it was here. Took another 30min to find paperwork and connect the phone, and then longer to pay for the phone. I had wanted to pay for all of it up front but she did it all wrong and set it up for monthly financing but at this point had been there over an hour and needed to go. At least I got my phone in the nick of time but the entire process was stressful and frustrating. I will not be returning there with my phone business.

There's only 2-3 employees to help so if you get there at a good time you don't have to wait to speak to someone. They didn't have any phones available on display and didn't have much of a selection of phones in the back at the time, luckily they had the iPhone I came in for. Overall, the process wasn't too bad but I feel like the employee that was helping me made a lot of mistakes with transferring my phone number over, billing, and my account management which has caused unnecessary stress for me. Other than my store experience, I do enjoy my phone plan with Verizon. I'd just make sure to triple check the work they do before you leave the store! Update: After going back to the store I would like to say Jacob and Breanna had very excellent service! Would definitely recommend speaking to one of those two when visiting this location. They were very helpful and made me feel better about the situation!

I called T-mobile and complain and they decided with Andrea, even when threatening to leave as a t-mobile customer. Apparently T-mobile doesn't care that their employees drive customers away. So cricket put my screen protector on and now I'm canceling my T-Mobile account. they have Andrea to thank for that! The "supervisor" knew this review was coming and instead of helping us, got defensive and unprofessional. We decided to switch to Verizon and your employee was too high to even write down our account number and transfer pin. Yikes!

CC communications is an Ok isp here is what it has Pros:…read moreit's fast it's reliable it's affordable This company has good speeds their consistantly what you paid for with little to no down time in the 5 years i've used them. and at 70$ for 150up and down that's a tough price to beat in the area i found my self in This cons from this company are very specific and you should read this if you play online video games. the cons are that this isp seems to block a ton of peer to peer connection ports making quite a few games using p2p connections essentially useless and unplayable without a VPN and even them some games like DOTA2 don't work even with a VPN. the customer service is a joke when asking for an explanation or way to fix it they offered no real help and just said that's how it's going to be and even tried to imply it wasn't to do with their internet service, but after switching ISPs to Spectrum all those issues disappeared almost as if it was their service causing it. Even outside of games i've had several programs that connect to the internet to conduct actions on the program and with cccomms they would always cut out and think they've lost connection despite not losing connection in any other program but once again after changing Isps my problems vanished. so be careful and make an informed descision

If you want to hire someone with absolutely no…read moresocial skills, no customer service skills, who reluctantly does the bare minimum, who makes it painfully obvious he hates his existence then Andres is your man. There was no one at the store when I entered except for one lone guy just sitting forlornly staring at the exit. No smile. That's fine. No greeting.. hm maybe he doesn't work here. We just stare at each other for a while and then someone (maybe a manager) peeks around the corner and the lump decides to put his phone away and finally at a snails pace decides to get up. He mumbles, he shrugs, he yawns so wide til I see down his throat and basically offers no help for my screen besides "just file a claim" there was no follow up. I had to prompt every single response from him. I finally left much to his relief and figured out it's a hardware issue which I googled and answered all my own questions. So no, filing a claim doesn't help at all. That's the person who is the face of your store? Do better.

Second, when I brought the phone back for the return a week later, she refused to accept it stating a nonsense reason that the phone is no longer on my account while continue to chammmge for it. I've been a customer of Verizon for 30 years and never experienced such incompetence coupled with horrific customer service.
