There were a ton of Small in the XL and vice versa. There were also a lot of Junior sized mixed in with the women's which can hurt your self confidence thinking you've gained 20+ lbs lol. The kids stuff is so stuffed on the racks that my daughters fingers got pinched between hangers and the clothes were stuck together. Even the staff made a comment that there were too many of the plastic strings holding them together. One outfit had the normal brand tags along with 3 tags for TJ Maxx which is a bit overkill and a waste of plastic. She had to cut it all off for us just to get the clothes separated. The dressing rooms are clean but the staff was not helpful. She looked very bored and annoyed and just pointed at a room. When we were done she just pointed at the stand to put unwanted clothes and stared into space. Not even a smile. Check out wasn't much friendlier, just did her job and that was it. This isn't necessarily geared towards my rating but the clothing selection was odd. I haven't seen most of those styles before and anything bigger than a Large looked like something my grandma would wear to the beach, just very odd taste. Obviously if the tags are that hard to come off, they were not switched. Highly disappointed in the customer service. Never experienced that in any other retail store before. Coming to a register and then cashier pulls tags that are discounted to get to the original price. She didn't even call a manager or get a manager's approval. She was terrible.

Boo Hoo, I had to have a tooth pulled…read more Let me start by saying I've been going to Dr. Kutansky's office for years for cleanings and checkups and I couldn't be happier with their service. The (Lovelock and Fallon) office staff is fun, energetic and kind. The office and exam rooms are clean and well organized and they make you feel very comfortable right from the get go. Last week, I had to have a tooth pulled. I'll be honest and say...I was very apprehensive. I would rather be in labor than have a toothache and I was being a baby...and that is putting it mildly. Dr. K knew how fearful I was so when I showed up to my scheduled appointment (they are open on Saturday) he gave me a little hug and reassured me, all would be fine. They sat me down for an xray. The tech was very conscience to the pain I was suffering and was as gentle as she could be. She chatted with me and even made me smile a couple of times. The Dr. then came in and sat with me, explaining in detail the root system, showed me the crack and explained why it HAD to come out, then told me step-by-step what he was going to do. He numbed up the area, came back in 15 minutes, and numbed it up some more. As he performed the procedure, he kept me informed in a very gentle calming manner. This man has very good bedside manner and really does care about his patients' comfort. So, thank you Dr. Kutansky and staff. You all turned a potentially horrible experience into a not so horrible experience.

The building has a ramp on the side so I don't have to worry about getting in and out of the building. The salon is clean, welcoming, and accessible. Additionally, the staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to accommodate my disability. The owner even texted to check on me when my husband passed away.
