Starbucks = 5 stars - Free Ice. At times, the Starbucks in supermarkets charged for a cup of ice. Atmosphere - Consistent with the brand. With the exception of the GREAT service from Starbucks. Service - Good, both the deli person and cashier were good. Price - $10.14 for the wings - I thought that was pricey until I saw the size of each wing; worth it! Pre-made Turkey Wrap - Tasted pre-made and old. We should have gotten a fresh sandwich, but we were in a rush. I don't even know how much we paid for it. Owner Suggestion - Thanks for having a Safeway here, during our 7 hour drive from Las Vegas to Reno, we did not see many options for supermarkets.

Cross between a turnip and cabbage. Very nice taste. The kohlrabi was grown at our very own lattin farms. The lady running the store was very nice and helpful. Store is very clean and is actually the hub of the csa baskets in northern nevada. Parking is not a.problem. prices reasonable for locally grown organic food.

It was sort of empty when i went, but it was in the late afternoon and during farmers market season, so I'm sure those two factors played a big role in that. prices are obviously a little more than going to a standard grocery store, but if you care about shopping local and organic its well worth it. They have a small bulk section as well!

I've been to a number of commissaries from all the times I've had to move and considering how small…read moreNAS Fallon is, it's a pretty decent one. I don't shop there that often but the number of times I've gone, there has been very little amount of people shopping so it's never been crowded and the shelves have been well stocked. They don't have a deli or bakery which I guess is understandable. One thing I do like is that they carry Goya products which they don't really have at the local Walmart so that's a plus. If I just need to get a couple of things or I need something soon and don't want to drive too far, I'll go to the commissary and will find what I need. Also they are closed Sundays and Mondays FYI.

Located on Center and South Maine, it's very easy to find and there is plenty of parking downtown. Downtown businesses are also opened which can make for a pleasant evening event. Lattin Farms is always there with it's vegetables and fruits, jams and sauces. We picked up some gorgeous tomatoes for our Labor Day BBQ. A farmer from Sanger, CA was there with some sweet and delicious plums, nectarines, peaches, grapes and other fruits. I picked up some of those nectarines. They were so good! There were also vendors who made pastries, cookies, and pies. I was also intrigued by the vendors who make their own soaps, bath salts, vanilla extract, bamboo knotted grocery bags and cotton grocery bags. Got there late as folks were packing up, but just in time to get my food and enjoy what was left. If you get there early, you may catch local musicians, a larger crowd, and more sights and savory smells!
