I had a last minute pampering need and called in to see if they would take me in for a Pedicure. They are quick to answer the phone, provide options of when to go etc...they took me within 20 minutes. I got there and I was seated in a massage chair and a menu was offered with all the options for pedicure etc.... I chose the relax pedicure for $40. Overall, the experience for me was great and I will go back. I recommend it to those who wish to get quick service but with high expections. They put in good effort and attention to detail! Noticed my cracked nail for me and fixed it. Average prices like anywhere else. Only thing I didn't like - my acrylics weren't buffed out properly. Less than impressed. You can see every one of my nails sticking out each side of the acrylics. They don't clean up your cuticles at all, just go straight to putting acrylic on (after saying over the phone that they don't do acrylic or dip, but that's exactly what they do). The guy tried to charge me extra at the very end for his lack of communication, though I had made myself very clear when I sat down what I wanted and he told me exactly how much it would cost. This place did NOT meet my expectation. Absolutely not worth the money. Most places put lotion and oils on your nails and hands, but not this place. They do the bare minimal. I asked for an ALMOND shape but instead they gave me more of a STILETTO. They were too busy rushing through to even ask if everything was good. Was not relaxing at all. I should've spoke up when I started to notice the shape coming out wrong, but I thought they knew what they were doing. Obviously not... I do NOT recommend this place. Went here with an appointment at 12:30, waited until 1:40 before finally leaving. 2 walk in parties without an appointment were seated first, followed by a person with a 1:00 appointment. My girlfriend even told them she had to work at 2pm they were very unprofessional and she was a regular customer for months until today, so we're not going to be going back. read more

..... this place is a mess. The whole building was in various states of disrepair. Dirty AC filters along the walls.. the stations looked like they were rescues from the dumpsters on base... toenails littered the floor, there were not any fans inside. There was not any price signs anywhere but of course there was a sign stating the $2 fee for using Visa or Mastercards. Painters tape lined half of the walls and covered some of the lights. Buckets of construction materials were underneath some of the stations and along the walls. Dead plants were shoved into the back corner. Good day. I don't ever give reviews. Actually, this is not just a review. it's a personal assault by the husband of a business owner. I'm one of the few gentleman that loves Mani/Pedi. day. Nail polish, Acrylics, It was one of the few things I deed for me. Its relaxing. Anyways, I've been going to Pro Nails for over 3 years. I thought of them as more than business owners, I even did a couple of personal favors on my own time. So, Covid hits and shuts everything down. The world has stopped. As soon as things had startin reopening I called the Rosa to schedule an appointment. I was debating on cancelling or not because of having to wear the stupid mask. I decided to go. I get there for my appointment and sit down in my chair to get Acrylics. Having the mask on really took a lot of enjoyment out of it. It wasn't the same. So, the owners husband Victor comes over to start on my nails and noticed I painted my own nails and it what a pretty thick and would take extra time for him to do. What, am I a professional? No. That's why I went to them. This is when the abuse starts. Due to Victor's frustration, evident in his facial expressions, having to remove the excessive gel polish. During the acrylic application process. He purposely causes me pain with his tools around my nails. not only am I uncomfortable from the mask, now I have a childish man causing me pain. I never said a word to them that day and still gave him a good tip as always. I pay good money for this service. I deserve to be treated good. Over the years I sent s many people there way. Also, the owner told my wife they were 2 weeks from closing their doors. I called h owner Rosa later and all she did was defend her husband and said it was because I kept changing my mind. Not that day I wasn't. There is no excuse for the way I was treated. it really hurt my feelings as much as I thought of them. My wife is so upset that she will never go back. also, I look back at a time that the owner made me bleed. She said I moved my foot.. a lie. What seems to be. Isn't. Because these people are selfish and unappreciative to their clientele. please support me and ban yourself from supporting their business. Thank you read more

I'm only giving a 4/5 because the color selection wasn't as big as I would have liked but I'm a huge fan of neutral colors without shine.. So if you are a fan of reds and pink and ect.. You'll be fine! After I told her that, she even offered to let me bring my own color next time which I thought was sweet. The pedicure was awesome! The deluxe is wax and hot stones which I feel like you can hardly find anymore and it was just so relaxing. I had called to make an appointment, and then my friend wanted to come with me, so I called back and asked if she had another appointment at the same time and she said she'd take both of us even though she was the only one working. Being new to Fallon I wasn't sure what to expect out nail care here. After driving by the place at least 100 times since we moved here I finally decided my toes needed some much needed attention. They welcome walk-ins and do a fabulous job! The woman that did my toes was meticulous about every step. The prices are good and they have a pretty wide range in color selection too. I went for a mani/pedi, got my appointment for 1230 and got my pedicure right away. The water was lukewarm, the "hot stones" weren't even warm and the lady who scrubbed my feet only got about 10 seconds per foot in. After the pedicure, i was supposed to get my mani... but they kept taking walk ins and i wanted for an hour and a half to get my nails done! I only get pedicures a few times a year...so very much a treat and a reward for accomplishing goals i set for myself. I had some unexpected free time come up today and called to see if they had an opening. As luck would have it they did and I was sitting in the chair in less than 30 minutes. I opted for the Spa Pedicure, which at $40 (not including the tip I left) was a great deal. Massage chairs are very comfortable and every bit of this experience was the pampering I needed. The leg scrub in particular smelled AMAZING....a yummy tangerine scent...and the foot massage.....very relaxing. I will definitely be going back....what a great incentive to accomplish more goals. :) read more

I have been going to Pronails for about 4 yrs. All the nail techs do excellent services on nails. I think they charge very reasonable prices. I usually get gel polish. The paint lasts me 4-6 weeks depending on how fast my nails grow. They don't chip easily. I highly recommend this place. read more

Really bummed out with my latest experience here. The salon is not well cleaned or maintained. I came in for a mani/pedi later in the evening and was bothered by flies in the salon the entire time. Finally after having to swat them away dozens of times, I suggested to the female technician that they could use a fly trap- to which she replied "it doesn't work that way. I keep the doors open." I replied that I've used them often and they do work- it helps to put something to attract them like honey or syrup on the strips- to which she laughed and said "I don't want to deal with all that." I explained that it was uncomfortable trying to enjoy getting my nails done while there were flies constantly landing on me and my infant daughter who was in her car seat. She said "seasons almost over," whatever that means! Very unprofessional on her part and honestly just plain gross to know she has low standards for hygiene in a nail salon. I can only imagine what else she "doesn't want to deal with" when it comes to cleanliness. Needless to say I won't be coming back. Gave two stars simply because they did a good job- however due to sanitation it's not worth it! read more
