I asked the barber if she gave kids haircuts. She said yes. She got a booster seat for him and had him sit up on the barber chair. He looked excited. The barber, whose name was Elaine, ensured my kid was comfortable. She showed him the clippers and told him that it wouldn't hurt him. She even had him touch the clippers to show that it wouldn't hurt him. She first started cutting the top with scissors, then clipped his sides. She was done within a few minutes. He looked clean with his fresh new haircut. My kid liked it and I liked it. She even gave him a piece of candy after. Our experience there was outstanding. We will be back for future haircuts. I walked out with the worst nails I've ever had in my life. They are bumpy and not squared, but they're all different shapes and lengths. Some are flat and flared out, some are round and some are bumpy, but they all look like my nine year old granddaughter painted them. I HATE them, and they weren't cheap. I had to file all of them because she did such a crappy job. I'm going to have to spend more money trying to get them fixed. This place is a joke.

I have had several bad experiences in Fallon hair salons, my daughter, who is going to be a senior this year, was excited after being recommended serenity.. we did some research, saw all the great reviews, and took a chance... I was really disappointed going in and seeing shawntay. If that is the face of this place, and that's the type of person they hire I highly recommend going somewhere else. I've had several unpleasant experiences, once at another salon in which I overheard this women talking with, I assume another customer/friend, about how white women don't deserve nice hair.. after she had had a complaint about an unhappy haircut! It didn't stop there. I listened to this lady for the next few hours and she was just hateful. I left that place feeling absolutely disgusted.. this was not the only incident. Every-time I run into this women, at school events, or in places of business, she is so rude. Acts impatient and downright obnoxious. She makes everyone at my work uncomfortable when she comes in because we are never sure how she's going to be.... I'm not sure if she's just an unhappy, problematic person, or what, but if she doesn't like you, she will actively go out of her way to make your time with her as unpleasant as possible. I'm glad me and my daughter got out of there without any problems. I could only imagine how she is when she is comfortable in her own surroundings because the bigotry she shows in just the temporary environments she's attends is unbelievable. Highly recommend going somewhere else in case you too, wind up on this heinous women's bad side. Shame on you Shawntay for ruining what could have been a really great experience with my child..

I visited this nail place, being I was from out of town, on the phone the owner assured me that…read morethey could put lettering on my nails(which later I found out they could not) she also told me she herself was booked up but she had a girl there that was in training an she would over see her work I thought well everyone needs practice so I agreed to have Logan (the trainy) do my nails she was shaking so I could tell she was very nerves she started lightly filing my nails then put these stickers on my fingers an started putting the acrilic to my surprise she didn't put on any nails when I asked her about putting on nails she said she forms the nail with acrylic only I said okay let's see how this turns out she had some spots on my nails where the acrilic was dry therefore it made white spots on my nails she never once put my nails side by side to make sure the length was matching an some nails came out thicker then others when the owner looked at. My nails she told her good job I thought clearly she didn't look good enough the worse part of this whole ordeal was after paying $40bucks the very next day a nail just popped off , then every day after a nail popped off I didn't have those nails on for a full24 hours an they were popping off like crazy, if this is how the owner herself is doing nails an teaching others to do them this way I'm surprised she is still in business I would recommend going to Hollywood salon right next door they can't be as bad as enamel nails an if u want to learn to do nails know this u have to actually put on nails!
