I had alot of coverups to get and I thought I found a decent shop but I was way wrong. I got my…read morering finger covered up and my arm had a anchor I had covered. The placement and execution was way off and Jordan's customer service was horrible. My hand healed up with a massive scar which left it faded and there was holidays around the knuckle area. The arm star with a rose keloid scarred and has lost all its brilliance leaving a wobbly line work and craters where there should be color. The 15 year old work under shines through it and the red from that old tattoo is way more brilliant than Jordan's color work. Also she didn't fill in the star and didn't do anything at all yo try and mud up anything In the background to make it pop. The lettering was clean but the same width as the line work under it so it gets confused with what Jordan put there. Even with the issues with the work done I would have continued to go to have her or the owner fix it but Jordan was so obnoxious to me over texts I just canceled my appointment. Jordan expected me to do all the design work and give her the design ahead of the apt and she was gonna charge me way over what decent seasoned vets would charge for similar work. The week of my apt she wanted to reschedule because she wanted to do bigger pieces and to me just shows she didn't have time to make small potatoes off me which was insulting based on how much she over charged me. She even said she rounded the hour up at the end of our session. Jordan clearly doesn't care for her clients or her career. I highly suggest never getting anything from Jordan. I can't speak for the rest of the shop as far as what they do but never again will I step foot in this shop. I was vary close to wanting to talk to the owner to get jordan fired but I'm sure she will eventually damage this shops reputation. It certainly puts a bad taste in my mouth when I look at this expensive garbage I'm gonna have to pay to get fixed. Jordan if your reading this. Your a scumbag.

I was told that there would be someone there from 12-7 on Wednesday. Lo and behold, it's Wednesday and I show up and there's no one here. Literally no one. The door is locked and after trying to open the door and knock, no one answers. I double check to make sure it's Wednesday and I check their hours again. Yep, it's Wednesday and it says they are open. Not sure why or what's going on, an explanation would be nice. I feel frustrated that I just spent 45 minutes driving here only for it to be closed even though I was told otherwise on the phone. Maybe I misheard what day, but even then, the hours say that they are open.
