I walked out with the worst nails I've ever had in my life. They are bumpy and not squared, but they're all different shapes and lengths. Some are flat and flared out, some are round and some are bumpy, but they all look like my nine year old granddaughter painted them. I HATE them, and they weren't cheap. I had to file all of them because she did such a crappy job. I'm going to have to spend more money trying to get them fixed. This place is a joke.

But if can spare someone the trouble of having to deal with shawntay Fredrick, then here it goes.. I have had several bad experiences in Fallon hair salons, my daughter, who is going to be a senior this year, was excited after being recommended serenity.. we did some research, saw all the great reviews, and took a chance... I was really disappointed going in and seeing shawntay. If that is the face of this place, and that's the type of person they hire I highly recommend going somewhere else. I've had several unpleasant experiences, once at another salon in which I overheard this women talking with, I assume another customer/friend, about how white women don't deserve nice hair.. after she had had a complaint about an unhappy haircut! It didn't stop there. I listened to this lady for the next few hours and she was just hateful. I left that place feeling absolutely disgusted.. this was not the only incident. Every-time I run into this women, at school events, or in places of business, she is so rude. Acts impatient and downright obnoxious. She makes everyone at my work uncomfortable when she comes in because we are never sure how she's going to be.... I'm not sure if she's just an unhappy, problematic person, or what, but if she doesn't like you, she will actively go out of her way to make your time with her as unpleasant as possible. I'm glad me and my daughter got out of there without any problems. I could only imagine how she is when she is comfortable in her own surroundings because the bigotry she shows in just the temporary environments she's attends is unbelievable. Highly recommend going somewhere else in case you too, wind up on this heinous women's bad side. Shame on you Shawntay for ruining what could have been a really great experience with my child..
