It was very nice and clean. Loved getting a pedicure and manicure. I do plan on going back.

I just left this business, came to get a pedicure and brought my teen granddaughter. I thought it would be a bit cheaper than other places in Fallon. My first issue is the service listed as pedicure is simple enough and gel polish is more so I was ready for that. I know a BASIC pedicure is soak, trim cuticles, maybe scrub the heals and shape, polish. Maybe a smidge of lotion at the end for good measure. No..... We soaked in water for 15 minutes. No cuticle push, no scrub of this old ladies heals and the nipper process was brutal! She quickly repainted my nails and when I asked about the process, the Second Lady went back over to my granddaughter and started trimming her nails!!! AFTER THE polish was on! Then squirted her legs with an oil that stayed on her and got my car seat greasy. The gal that was doing mine walked away and came back with lotion and I politely said NO THANK YOU. I feel there is an order of things and this should be an enjoyable almost relaxing process but the start to finish was 35 minutes and the water soak was 20 minutes of that. The sad part, NO ONE ELSE was coming in or waiting. I thought I'd try this place because I wanted to pay a bit less but the two pedicures, $120.00 with tip, $150.00!!! I paid $160.00 at Paradise nails and got gel nails and pedi and it took 1.5 hours and it restored my faith in this kind of service. Regal nails in Walmart just bombed it out of the park again! I will never ever go here again. I paid but I'm certainly going to try and save others from this money wasted. read more

I was having a hard time finding nail salons in Fallon that not only accommodated 3 people but that were also open on Sunday's. My boyfriend and I needed to get my Mom out of the house for about an hour for a surprise birthday party being thrown for her at our house and when I called Regal Nails they were happy to make a pedicure reservation for 3 people on Sunday (my boyfriend, mom and I). When we showed up (a little early) we were welcomed right to our chairs. There was only two nail techs for the 3 of us so my boyfriend got his done last but I was totally fine with it since we had an hour to kill and men's pedicures don't take as long. For me personally I normally go for the French pedicure but about a month ago I dropped a 45 pound weight on my big toe and it's completely black and blue. I explained to my nail tech what had happened and that I needed a color that would cover up the bruise. She was totally fine with it and took extra care with that nail which was nice. I'm pretty sure the two woman that did our nails were sisters and they did an amazing job. My mom and boyfriend really enjoyed their experiences as well! Some people may be bothered this nail salon is in Walmart but it was honestly one of the best pedicures I've had in a while and they do put up a privacy bamboo screen so others passing by can't look in while you're relaxing. I will just try to not go here again.They run hot and cold - usually fake nice, impatient, and make it hard to relax. Also for me, more expensive than most other local salons, plus both times not a great job. After 6 hours my regular manicure still dings as super soft!? After 6 hours the color should be set; that's just not right. read more

Never coming back again!! I did a walk in at 9:00 am to get a fill before going on vacation. I was sat almost right away but did not get any service for 15 minutes. Within 2 days my nail cracked. Then within the first week 2 nails broke and one came off! I could understand if I was working and that happened, but just relaxing and not doing much on vacation, that's just ridiculous. The nail tech who helped me was rude and rushing when there was NO ONE there and no appointment until 11 (she was talking on the phone with customer making appointment). If I could give 0 stars I would. Not worth the money if it's only going to last less than a week read more

I made appointment and over slept I called ten minutes after my appointment time to apologise and make another appointment. The woman who answered the phone said I replace you with another customer you missed your appointment and hung up on me . First of all I apologise to her she was loud and rude . You need my business and I have been there before and I tip really well. I will never go back there again. You don't yell at a customer and hang up on them. You ask if you would like to reschedule for another appointment. Bad business to run . read more

Conveniently located in Walmart, I have been going for about 2 years. They are always courteous, and kind. I have never left there dis-satisfied. They do great work, I have never had a problem with yellow nails as one contributor did nor has my mother who also has her nails done. They always take time to make the visit personal and relaxing. I would recommend them if you are new to the area and looking. read more

If I could I would give ZERO stars! I have gone to Lee, the owner numerous times, and each time I go I have to wait at least half an hour,even tho I made an appointment! Again, I made an appointment and arrived t minutes early, I was great by a gal that said you have an appointment with Lee, I said yes and she had me sit at a pedicure chair with cold water, didn't ask how's the water, didn't say Lee will be right with you, nothing was said! I could hear Lee in the back room talking, 15 minutes later I asked if i should reschedule. "Oh no she's having a late lunch." Twenty minutes go by after my scheduled appointment and my feet are still soaking in cold water, so I get up to leave and said my appointment was 20 minutes ago. The lady then said Lee says your feet are dry and you need to soak." This is poor customer service, Lee couldn't even acknowledge me, just sat back in the room talking like my time wasn't important! There are many nail places I can chose and I choose never to go here again! read more
