He was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me. He was very kind. He took me around to view the number of popular phones on the market and described the best features of each phone. Of course, I asked for his preference and he recommended the Samsung Galaxy s7 Edge that I was leaning towards anyways. He even showed me that he had the same phone so I was sold. As he was getting me all set up with my phone (& free tablet), I watched the other employees too. They did not stay behind the desks, the employees would approach others and ask if they were being help or needed any assistance. Overall this is a great T-mobile location to go to. I was in and out in no time! Fred and all the other employees are very friendly and seem to really enjoy what they are doing. If I need to switch my phone in the future, then this will definitely be the location that I will walk into.

I rarely give bad reviews online but in this case I think it's my responsibility to share what I…read morewent through so others who read my reviews can possibly avoid going through what i did. First time we dealt with the store, we came into the store to ask about how our phone work outside the country. The guy took our info, "looked into" our account, told us we will "automatically " switch to the internal plan once we land and charged $20 extra a month. NOT true, after we came back, we had $200 extra on the bill cause we were charged $12 per day. Second time, we came to the store to add an additional line right before we travel. I specifically asked for one on international plan. After I landed, AGAIN, I received a message of $12 a day cause I am NOT on the right plan I asked for. In addition to what I experienced, my husband went on his own one time and completely mis-informed also. It's one thing you're not sure about the information and you can always ask others, it's another you pretend you do and tell "lies".

Vick, First let me…read moresay that I have been living in West Islip and my family has been going to the West Islip branch for our phones for 20 years. On Wed 2/13 around 11;30 am, my phone went dead Iphone due to a system update crash. I own a business (Beds-N-More on Sunrise Hwy in West Babylon) and was waiting for phone calls from 2 truck drivers bringing me deliveries that day. I decided to go and wait for them because they couldn't contact me. Both deliveries were made by 4pm thankfully. I decided to visit my West Islip Verizon location to see what the issue was and what could be done. They took my phone in the back but returned 15 minutes later without being able to turn it back on or even whether the phone could be saved. When I mentioned that the phone was for business, they gave me a loaner phone, which I was very grateful for. They also recommended that I go to their Lindenhurst location as there is a tech on duty. Walking in to the Lindenhurst location is certainly smaller in size, but big on making things happen. I walked in and met Vishal. He listened to what I said happened to the phone immediately looked for a fix. He hooked the phone up with iTunes and worked his magic. I would say it took all of 20 minutes and I was back up with my phone as if nothing bad ever happened. Whew! In this day and age of social media, we often hear from people when they're not satisfied, but as a business owner myself, I appreciate when someone takes the time to let us know when they're satisfied and even thrilled with the service they receive. Kind regards, Mark Beds-N-More "for so much less" 358 Sunrise Highway West Babylon NY 11704 (516) 404-5164

Do NOT do business here!…read more I thought coming here would spare me a trip to an official repair store but it didn't. Came in around noon on Thursday to repair a 1st Generation iPad mini and was told the repair wouldn't be done in an hour but until the next day. I accepted. The next day(Friday) I never got a call about it being ready. I went back Saturday around noon to be told it still wasn't repaired. When I asked for it back to go elsewhere, my iPad mini wasn't in the store to get it back. SOL. The red haired girl told me to come back later the evening when Jesse gets in.She then called me later that evening to let me know it was ready. Once I got there I explained nicely to the other worker Jesse how I was inconvenienced by two days for an hour repair. Jesse said he can only compensate me with an apology and that he was swamped with devices. He also stated that I should've stressed to the red haired girl why I needed the iPad ready by the following day. By then, I told him I am not paying him $80 for his issues but I'll pay him $60. He got upset picked up my money that I placed on the counter along with a phone and attempted to throw it at me. I asked him to please let me out of the store which he was hesitant about. For the terrible service and attempt to lock me in the store, I still paid them $70. Don't even come here if you're desperate. Spend your money elsewhere.
