Store reeks of pot. Not cool. And it was all quite confusing. Not happy. Going to look elsewhere.

First one was bad, so they replaced it with a refurbished Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7. It arrived days later and guess what, same problems, skipping letters, putting the letter P into words, you have to hard press to get the letter to type, and several other issues. So I contact Verizon for the third time and I was told that sure the would send me a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. That phone never arrived. I contact them again today and they are going to replace it with a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 th as t (there is an example of what my phone does from just trying to type that). Anyhow I am getting a replacement with the same piece of crap phone refurbished. They tell me all about policy, yada yada. Well MY POLICY IS SIMPLE 1.) Treat a customer who has been a customer for 13 years like THEY MATTER! 2.) If a customer comes to you for a third time for the same issues, take good care of them and MAKE IT RIGHT. I certainly hope they do not send the same phone with the same problems. The customer service manager said I had no option other than to accept another REFURBISHED Galaxy Z Flip 7. Maybe it's time to see if TMobile or ATT.

The Cellular Sales Verizon franchisee location at 5008 Steiner Way Grovetown, GA 30813 has on…read moreseveral occasions provided exceptionally poor service to my family due to either poor training, poor communication skills, or less than forthright business practices. The most recent event involved a 4G hotspot which we were assured we would have a 45-day period in which to return the device with a full refund of purchase and service if it didn't suit our needs. Upon return of the device, the purchase price was credited but the service continued, and the activation fee remained. Upon readdressing the issue with the franchisee location, they purportedly approached Verizon, and were unable to prorate the service cost or credit the activation. My contact with the Verizon chat assistant resulted in the removal of the activation charge, but not the proration or removal of the service charge. Better, but still not what was discussed. I recently checked the remaining purchase balance on our phone. We were led to believe that we would receive a larger trade in credit for our old phones, more than the $20 we were credited. I could've scrapped or privately sold the phones for more than that. It was indicated at the time of sale that, due to the terms of the promotion, we could not pay off our phones at the time of purchase and would need to wait 45 days for the promotion to apply. Due to this, I lost track of the task and just recently discovered the variance between what I expected and the amount of the credit applied. It is also entirely possible that the communication model muddled the terms of the sale to the point where several different options, having been discussed previously, were not clearly dismissed prior to writing the deal. We experienced less serious, but none-the-less irksome issues on our last equipment transaction with this location. I don't recall the details, but I do recall the pique it caused me, and the fact the team member spent more time concerned with their own phones. We were not a priority, to say the least. Whatever the cause of these interactions, this is likely the last contract period our family will be using Verizon's services due to the company's association with this franchisee. I understand this is an insignificant loss of a few hundred dollars a month for your company, but I assure you my few hundred dollars is important to me and certainly appears to be better spent elsewhere.

And the way customer service is now days you're lucky to get a thank you from people working cash registers. BUT our experience with Q(Quandarius) was outstanding! He works on Tuesdays, so if you're looking for a new phone or any sort of help, I highly recommend you ask for "Q". My mother has a neighbor that she's been friends with for about 30 years. They are both Korean. My mom speaks perfect English and used to be a translator for court hearings and whenever there's a language barrier, she would get called to help. Well, 3 years ago she had a stroke and barely speaks now. So her neighbor has always relied on her to help when there's a legal matter or something important. She speaks broken English and at times might not understand certain phrases. She's also kind of a hermit. And the whole Covid thing just made her stay home more. She had a Verizon account for many years and an old phone she wanted to upgrade. I say "had" because for a little over 2 weeks she was with AT&T(which she should've never went there) who couldn't understand a word coming out of her mouth and sold her a $700+ Motorola phone that was a prepay when what should've happened was her going to Verizon instead. Did I mention she's almost 80 yrs old? Sometimes she gets confused. So I can't place any blame on AT&T or the fact that she kept the phone a few days too long to get reimbursed. Just so you know, AT&T has some rude people working. The woman that greets people wasn't friendly and that was our first start. I agreed to help our neighbor to re-establish her Verizon account and go home with a cell phone she could use. And so after leaving AT&T and finding out she just lost her money for that prepaid crap, I thought we were doomed. The AT&T store is in front of the mall and the mall is where the Verizon store is located. We met Q and he tried his best to get us up and going, but we ended up having to leave and come back because the neighbor didn't know her account number and she had another phone to bring and get credit for. When we get back, Q was waiting for us and our neighbor got the Mother's Day bundle package. She bought the Google 7 Pro and a watch for less than $600. After getting stuck on a question for the IDme military discount, we decide to go home and finish but was so frustrated my brain hurt. I'm used to an iPhone and that pixel phone is sensitive and after accidentally losing everything I worked on, I just gave up and decided we should go back and let the professionals handle that part and we can be done messing with it. And that's exactly what we did. A pretty brunette helped us and she was very helpful and not bothered with having to help. Customer service there was outstanding and my neighbor is very happy now.

Their price was significantly cheaper than their competition at Comcast/Xfinity: AT&T waived the $99 installation fee. Their lowest home internet package was at $40 + taxes per month. Including the taxes, you will pay monthly $60. The modem was included. The store was luminous and clean. The process was streamlined and efficient. During the week, you could schedule a home installation between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.. What was awesome compared to Verizon was that AT&T allowed you to schedule a home installation on Saturdays. Greg was the friendly customer associate who greeted me warmly and assisted me immediately. The point of improvement would be for him to invest in a pair of glasses or contact lenses. For example, Greg wasn't able to read the data in small print on my driving license. Thus, I ended up filling my own application on his iPad to set-up my account. I noticed all other customers were helped within five minutes by the three A&T associates. It was easy to park on the shopping center parking lot. AT&T was located a short walk from a Starbucks, Target, Panera Bread and Moe's.

One of the absolute WORSE customer experiences I've ever…read morehad. An AT&T employee, Markisha Jackson, completely mishandled our account from the moment it was opened and sold us three phones and three lines under misleading circumstances. Nothing about this experience was honest, transparent, or legitimate. Since day one, our account has been a disaster: double charges, unexplained fees, ignored support requests, service interruptions, and even NYC taxes added to our bill despite us not living in New York nor buying the phones there. Our phone lines were shut off the literal day after we traded in our old phones, and another employee, Ma'lissa Austin, attempted to not give any sort of physical paper proof of this trade-in, (which is standard protocol for phone trade-ins at any Internet store) claiming the printer wasn't working, which I then had to then persist in asking for at least a written paper showing the phone values so the bill can be accurate. Day after, service was off. When we called, asked for assistance, and then asked for a manager, Markisha hung up instead, and proceeded to ignore each call after. No follow-up. No documentation. No accountability. We are now being billed over $3,200 for services and devices that were misrepresented from the start. And this is not everything -- there is more that has occurred, all pointing to a clear pattern of predatory sales tactics, deceptive billing, and deliberate obstruction when customers try to escalate. At this point, AT&T's behavior does not resemble a legitimate service provider. It resembles a scam operation that relies on confusion, pressure, and silence to extract money from customers. If AT&T leadership or operations management is reading this: audit this account, review the recorded sales interactions, and investigate employee conduct immediately. No customer should ever go through this. The employees are running this place with their commission being their only concern in the end. Avoid AT&T unless you are prepared to fight to protect yourself.

I had left a message after business hours on August 1, and I was impressed when they returned my call promptly at their 10:00 a.m. opening time the next morning. The staff was professional, courteous, and thorough. They clearly explained the diagnostic and repair process and tried every reasonable option to restore my phone. Unfortunately, they determined that the motherboard was fried and could not be repaired. Although the phone could not be saved, I was extremely pleased with their technical knowledge, honesty, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Cell Phone Repair to anyone needing reliable and professional phone repair assistance.

My nightmare began with a screen replacement on May 26. Immediately after the repair, the…read morereplacement screen was hypersensitive, glitching, and clearly malfunctioning. I also noticed a very small chip along the side of the screen and returned to the store that same day. Instead of addressing the defective repair, the technician claimed the screen issues were somehow my fault. He then proceeded to press firmly on the exact location of the tiny chip, causing the screen to spiderweb and crack further right in front of me. The damage visibly worsened due to his actions. When I returned to speak with the manager, he grudgingly agreed to replace the screen for an additional $100--but only if I removed my negative review. Reluctantly, I removed the review, paid the money, and had the screen and protector replaced *Just HOURS later, the screen went completely black* I immediately returned to the store, where I was told the issue was caused by liquid damage. That explanation was impossible--the phone had not gotten wet or been exposed to liquid in any way during the few hours since the repair. After considerable back-and-forth, the manager finally agreed to repair the screen again. Now, *just FIVE DAYS* after that replacement screen was installed, the phone is once again completely black and non-functional. At this point, there is a clear pattern of failed repairs. Most concerning was being pressured to remove a negative review in exchange for a partial remedy to a problem that should never have occurred in the first place, so I will NOT be removing this review. I will be taking my phone elsewhere for repair, and I will be escalating this matter to CPR Corporate and any other appropriate consumer channels.
