I went to buy an iPad today, and the tech guy didn't communicate that they didn't have the iPad that I would need to add it to my line. So after I bought the iPad, I had to return it because I couldn't add it to my line. They tried to resolve the issue but couldn't because they didn't have the iPad to exchange. I came here tonight after being frustrated with Amazon because I ordered a set of dishes that were third party sold by Target. I love Target. I called and spoke to a lovely store associate named Caitlyn. I explained what had happened and that I had a Target return slip that came in the box and she said she'd meet me up front when I got to the store. I showed up with the items to be returned, found dishes I wanted instead and she exchanged them for me. I can't tell you how much I appreciate service like this. Especially after a long day and 2 weeks of waiting for my order only to be disappointed and receive no help from Amazon. This just shows you that Amazon isn't always the best option. I do not remember the last time I shopped for clothes at Target because the selection and quality was lacking over the past couple of years. Well it is 2018 and change is good!!! I was reading an article about how Target hired a new Chief Marketing Officer who worked at Higher-end clothing rerailers and was curious to what brought him to Target. Today I saw a glimpse of his vision with modern home decor and men's clothing. As for the decor, I would describe it as a modern take on space-saving, house furnishings (think small flat or dorm) and the brand Goodfellow & Co. for men's clothes presented staples for a business-casual techie, but with flair. So I thought I would do an update on Target. During COVID I did mostly store pick up so hadn't seen the inside of the store for awhile! During this busy holiday shopping time the bathrooms have much improved!! Not great but not as bad as my last review. Staff has been helpful, shelves have been full and store has been looking good. read more

This Target location is a lot closer to where I live compared to the Robert C. Daniel location, but I still tend to go to the other location without thinking about this one. That isn't to say, though, that this is not a really great Target too. This location is always a lot cleaner and seems to be newer than the other. I always check this location for something if I can't find it at the other location. read more

This location has loss prevention follow you and stop you at the door to check your bags. We have spent lots of money at this location and it must be a slow week for the detectives and their apprehension goals, because now they are picking on housewives buying laundry soap and pharmacy items. Our family shopped this one 2-3 times a week and now we will be boycotting it and spending our fun money someplace else. read more

This is definitely not the best Target I've ever been to - not by a long shot. However... I do like this Target better than the one on Wrightsboro. This one is definitely cleaner and a little nicer - the staff is definitely friendlier as well. I'm from a "real city" where there are such things as Super Targets... So I mean the regular Target isn't much to be excited about. Overall, 6/10 - like I definitely won't stop going, but it could also be better. read more

Took my child to go try on costumes to make sure that the costume fit since they were OUT OF THE PACKAGE COSTUMES. And a man who works stops and looks at us and says, "can I help you guys" whilst rolling his eyes and with an attitude. And k told him, "no sir" he then responds, "why does she have the costume on?" And I told him "she is just trying it on". And then huffed and walked away. Very rude and needs to work on his customer service. I would understand if the costume was in a package originally but for him to be so passive aggressive about it was very rude. read more

Target...much like every other target built after 2006...if you have not been to a target and use Yelp you are a unicorn. They have clothes, home goods, toiletries, paper products, electronics, the list continues. To me target is a step above Walmart, with half of the selection and at a 10% mark up. Ultimately the stuff is a little higher quality, so there is a trade off. The exception at this target however was the customer service I received once. I was looking for something and it was not on the shelf. It didn't cost that much and I definitely wasn't aggressively seeking it. I asked the first red-shirt (target employee) I saw if they knew when the shelf would be stocked. This dude got on the radio, put out an all points bulletin (app), and had the whole store on the case. Within a couple minutes a stockroom employee came from the depths of target with my item and restocked the shelf. Solid! read more

This is a quality Target store. The store was very clean and the staff was super friendly and extra helpful. I was looking for a bathtub stopper and one of the employees named James stopped what he was doing and went on the hunt for the mysterious bathtub stopper. He found it in the sporting good section, and made my shopping experience far more better than I expected. Kudos to Mr. James!!!! read more

I normally shop through the Target with headphones in but on one occasion, I needed jeans and dealing with the hassle of messing with my iPhone and changing clothes was just too much for me and I overheard so much b*tching going on between two co-workers about their schedules and some company picnic. I wasn't trying to eavesdrop but I could hear them in Maternity while standing in the jeans department. When I was a teenager I worked the guest service desk at Target so when things are disheveled on a shelf, I can figure out the right price for myself but I noticed I have to line up the DPCI numbers more than not. This Target is nice and upscale, but the service isn't great! I prefer the one in Augusta better than this one because... REASON 1.It is also not very big, the one in Augusta is larger. So it has more stock and more items also REASON 2. The service was unpleasing, they had a strict coupon policy and there weren't very many workers restocking and helping customers read more

I called up there before making the 45 minute drive to make sure they had an item and the man in toys said "the one that's on sale, yes we have one left" and agrees to have it held at guest service. When I get there they've put aside the over $200 version of the hoverboard. So I go look for the item myself and all I see are the and it still says in stock and it's not there so I ask an employee who assures me it's at guest services. I ask the manager who says they don't hold items and they can't find the one that they have in stock and there's nothing they can do as the sale ends tomorrow but they're sure that expensive one was the one as it's in high demand. Umm why did they have several left then? I never do reviews but this was the last straw or many negative experiences with Target over the past year. Some of their employees care, but the majority don't. read more

This Target store is nice and clean. I always went there for casual shopping. However, I had a very bad experience at Target Tech this week. I made an on-line reservation and went to Evans Target Tech kiosk for a pickup. This was the first time I ordered a mobile phone at Target. I was a little bit confused and asked several questions during the process. The tech manager was busy training a new guy how to use the computer and ignored my questions. When I asked again, her response would be very rude. She would keep saying I had been doing this for twenty years.... And she could not get my transaction work in the end. It is interesting that they would train new person for how to use computer but not how to treat customer. By the way, the attitude of the new guy are way better than the manager. read more

Let me preface by saying I Love Target. This is the slowest store I have ever experienced. There seems to be no sense of urgency what so ever. The reason I love Target is the urgency there is when you have a line of more than 3 people. Otherwise might as well go to walmart. read more
