I called back within 2 hours -- same day -- and was met with dismissiveness and rudeness from Chad (AKA Chase), the employee who sold it to me from Christian, the store manager, who refused the return. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding. No explanation. No accountability. No interest in making it right. Was this phone actually new, or was it a refurbished or previously returned device sold to me at full retail price? I asked Chad if he was selling old phones. He did not answer which was very suspicious. I disputed the charge with my bank. They did not get paid. This is an authorized reseller (Wireless Zone) and not a Verizon corporate store. They won't tell you that. Don't buy a phone here. If you do, inspect your device before you walk out the door, and if something seems off, trust your instincts -- because once you leave, Chad and Christian are done with you.

I brought in my Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G after it suddenly started draining the battery in minutes, wouldn't hold a charge, and forced itself into a "safety lock" airplane mode that blocked access to all my photos, contacts, and documents. I was panicked thinking I'd have to buy a new phone and lose my data. From the moment I called, the owner, J, was incredibly helpful. When I arrived at the shop (located right at the intersection of Red Lion & Verree), I was greeted with a warm smile and a kind personality. The most impressive part of the experience was their transparency. They have a camera at the technician's desk linked to an overhead TV screen. J and the tech showed me a magnified view of my phone's internals so I could see the exact damage to the battery conductor/connector. I was even able to watch the technician perform the repair live on the screen! It was fascinating and gave me total peace of mind. They had the exact part I needed in stock, and instead of walking out with a "dead" phone, I walked out just an hour later with my device cleaned and working perfectly. While I was waiting, I noticed a steady stream of customers dropping off and picking up laptops, game consoles, and cell phones, which clearly shows how much the community trusts them. They also have a great selection of supplies like cases, chargers, iPads, and Ring security cameras. If you need any electronic repairs, go to JJ Electrocity. Fast, honest, and expert service! The business is known for its fast turnaround times, with many repairs completed within an hour, and they offer competitive, honest pricing.

I understand sometimes there is no update, but there should have been communication as to why diagnostics were taking so long, what motherboard chip was ordered, how long it takes to receive, when turnaround time would be to install. After all that, my laptop was sent back from Florida since the chip would take a month to receive from China. This place said the chip was ordered 7/30, mind you they had my laptop since 7/1. That was my only update for weeks. They never even asked me if I wanted to wait for the chip! Now I'm asking for a refund and guess what, no one is calling me back. The district manager Ashley has to review...well ok, how long does that take...another few months?! It is not asking too much for a customer to be provided updates and calls are returned in 24 hours and options are provided to resolve an issue. This place demonstrates exactly how not to run a business.

This place is a joke and I am amazed at how hard these people work, to avoid actually doing what they're paid to do . I can't believe assurant co-signs this place it's embarrassing. I was sent here by assurant after damaging my 15pro screen. They replaced the screen and the tech who did it was unable to calibrate the screen and was not comfortable with removing it so he had to recruit another tech with more tenure to remove the screen for a second time. This second removal caused a damage from the bottom of the screen. So they hand me my phone with a lit screen but by the next morning at the bottom was a black spot. By the evening the spot grew and I brought it back to the store per assurant's instruction. The tech I met when I returned lied to my face. She acknowledged the damage and that it happened during the repair. She then claims there's no 15pro screens in stock and says she's ordering me one and noting this, so they will call me when it comes in. Guess what? She didn't order a screen, she didn't note any of the interaction, she just avoided repairing the phone and sent me off. I call them after a few days and she answers and says to come in because they're slow and they have the screens in.... so I go in and spend an hour with these people discussing how it isnt there fault. There was so much effort put into avoiding repairing their mistake it was incredible. The Employees were all clueless as to the repair, there were no notes or documentation on their end and even their manager whom I spoke to through an employee's cell phone, was trying to blame me and avoid repairing the phone. If this was the case why was I not told this a week ago when I brought it back after the initial repair was defective? And why was I not contacted when the replacement came in? I imagine it's because this location is being managed by a lazy person who has recruited a team of lazy people that will do only the bare minimum to remain open. 0/10 I wish I could give a negative star count.

I wanted to go to a closer store, but they were closed do to some gas leak. So I went here to buy them. Now this might sound stupid, but I have an older version of a samsung. I have the s4, I know its old but I called earlier and asked if they had cases for the phone in which they replied yes. So I went there and asked them if I could see the cases they said they had. So they went to the back and brought out a zip lock bag and a otter box box. In the bag there was an old case in it that was all pink and had something called hentai. I almost threw up. The next case was in the box which had dust all over it. So I flipped it around and there was the case, but the case was broke in half! Not only was it in half, the price was doubled. Their excuse was "its really old man, yeah its snapped in half, but like you could just duct tape it together" I dont recommend going to this store. Just drive the extra mile to go to a real store. They wouldn't let me take pictures unless I bought it, but thats just a waist of money.

We said AT&T but kind've tried to brush him off, he then quickly told us some of the sales and said "why don't you just come in and let me take a look at your account to see if we can save you some money", after that it was history.
