I went to this Metro store yesterday (Sunday, November 2) to activate my new phone line, and the…read moreexperience was terrible. The guy who attended us was rude from the start -- no greeting, no kindness, and it was obvious he didn't want to help. He even made a face when I approached his station, like he didn't want to do his job. His attitude completely ruined our visit. What makes it worse is that this wasn't the first bad experience with him -- my parents also had issues at this same store, where one of their phones ended up completely locked because of the same guy. Clearly, this location has a serious customer service problem. We left and went to another MetroPCS store at 10045 Belvedere Rd Ste 1, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411, and the experience there was the complete opposite -- the staff was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was done correctly. I will never go back to this location and will tell everyone I know to avoid it. The tiny, rude guy working on Sunday at 3:00 pm (alongside a woman) should not be representing the brand.

Their 30% discount signs could be done better to see what is included. Their sneakers if you are looking are generally a good quality. You probably will not go wrong getting your sneakers here. The young man was very polite and knowledgable. He was also quick and attentive considering he was the only employee working and there were about three or four sets of customers he was assisting. The only improvement I would suggest is to have another employee on staff so that one person doesn't have to handle everyone and your customers do not have to sit and wait for help.

I recently needed to get my…read morewife's screen replaced on a 14 pro max to complete a trade in, and I called at least a dozen providers. I was getting nowhere on a reasonable price, as most were quoting 285-300. I finally gave up and had set an appt with iTech, as they didn't have the screen in stock I was forced to wait a week, and they told me very specifically they would have it Wednesday so I had arranged for my wife to be there Thursday morning. When calling that morning to confirm, I was then told maybe they'd have it later that day, and they wanted me to wait longer. The problem was that I had already started porting all my numbers and upgrading phones over to T mobile, and I had some time set aside later in the day on Thursday to complete everything, but I needed my wife's phone to not have a cracked front screen. So I call Sam at A1 Mobile Solutions, and he tells me he has it in stock, and my wife can be there in 30mins. Perfect! As she was already up that way, which is why I had scheduled everything the way I had. I assumed this would still cause a delay in our schedule, but Sam got the job done much faster than I was quoted everywhere else (1-2 hrs) and only took him 15-20 minutes, and for a bit less $ than everyone else too! My wife and him also hit it off having a conversation about homeschooling, as he was just recently starting to consider it, and we all felt like this was serendipity. Half the reason I'm writing this review is for personal reference, so if I ever need a screen repaired again I'll be able to easily find Sam through my review history. Anyway he's a great guy and great at what he does and I recommend him
