I am SO incredibly grateful for Storm and Adam! Another store told me that they couldn't help me with backing up data and that I would just have to get a new phone and that they didn't have the color of phone I wanted in stock and sent me to this store. Not only did they have the color I wanted but said everything total opposite than the first store. They ended up saving me money and answered my many questions more than once without a single moment that made me feel bad for asking. I applaud this team!! read more

I called this location inquiring whether they had iPhone 15s in store and was told they do by the woman who answered. When I asked which colors they had, I was told they can't tell me for "security purposes." While that didn't make sense to me, I respected it and went to the store. There was a long, slow-moving line which I expected due to the iPhone drop this week. As I was waiting in line, an employee named Steph was asking everyone what they were in line for. When I said I was there for the new iPhone and asked if she can confirm they have some in stock and what colors, again I was told she can't tell me due to security reasons. I asked if she can at least confirm that they have some in the store so I don't wait in line for nothing. She refused to answer. A little while later, another employee was walking by so I stopped him and asked if they had any 15s in stock. He said no but they can order one. This is ENTIRELY deceptive and atrocious customer service. It's ridiculous to make a long line of people wait under the impression that they have a stock of phones, not to mention the people in line who weren't there for a new phone who also had to wait for the 15 phone shoppers. Who runs a business this way? I can see why these reviews are so bad. read more

AB was amazing I walked in with mobile gateway and cord that my dog chewed I was out in 30 seconds with a new cord and a smile! Excellent service 10/10 recommend if your dog chews your cord! read more

Such rude and unhelpful employees at any T-Mobile I've been to. Don't go to this T-Mobile even if it is convenient location.

They don't take jump on demand upgrades. The assistant manager told me... blamed it on the fact they are a 3rd party retailer. Told me to find a corporate store for my jump on demand trade in. read more

Not a bad place to stop by since it's close to home. The store is big with plenty of room. During my visit it wasn't very busy but had plenty of employees to take care of your needs. They also have a sign in list for those days that you have to wait to be helped. The manager at this location was very helpful and happy to help- that's always a plus. The parking situation could be weird since they have little stores around it and all share the parking lot. Not too bad on my visit though. I always like to ask a lot of questions and for some reason or another the folks there are a bit in the not so loud side. Advise for next time just be a little louder just not on my personal info lol. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because they need to be a little more outgoing in the sales department. If I go looking for a phone or if I don't know what I want- Give me options not only what you have left over. Even if I have to wait a little bit I will like to have the upper option and the lower. But maybe that's just me. I wouldn't like to get something then 3 days later find out they had something much better that I didn't know about. Over all the experience was good!! read more

The service is not really helpful , the people who work there will mistaken you for an extra charge of any bills and they wouldn't listen to any explanation. If you have any trouble with the bill , just call customer service don't visit this store ! read more

First time coming to this Tmobile & the only reason I did was because the times I looked up said 11 to 6. I came up here not knowing they didn't open till 12 and the girl is walking around in the store and sees me standing there, rolls her eyes and walks into the back. Second girl gets out of her car and taps the window "don't open till 12 says it right there". Shouldn't hire people that aren't morning people. read more

Super unfriendly! Can never help with anything, so I stopped going there. I refuse to go to this location until someone does something about their employees. But looks like this location has had the same problem for a while so I doubt anything will be done about it. read more

I went for an estimate on pricing , im waiting third in line and a couple come in shortly after , only two employees working alone until a third one comes from the back taking the couple first over everyone else that waited 30 mins . Even after asking who came in shortly. Very unprofessional and highly disappointed . Slow service , terrible communication, very unorganized. read more

Straight up trash. Customer service was completely horrible. They should hire new with less of a sassy attitude/makeup (yes that was shade). Take more time to listen to your customer, and online customer service might be even worse. read more
