When I asked which colors they had, I was told they can't tell me for "security purposes." While that didn't make sense to me, I respected it and went to the store. There was a long, slow-moving line which I expected due to the iPhone drop this week. As I was waiting in line, an employee named Steph was asking everyone what they were in line for. When I said I was there for the new iPhone and asked if she can confirm they have some in stock and what colors, again I was told she can't tell me due to security reasons. I asked if she can at least confirm that they have some in the store so I don't wait in line for nothing. She refused to answer. A little while later, another employee was walking by so I stopped him and asked if they had any 15s in stock. He said no but they can order one. This is ENTIRELY deceptive and atrocious customer service. It's ridiculous to make a long line of people wait under the impression that they have a stock of phones, not to mention the people in line who weren't there for a new phone who also had to wait for the 15 phone shoppers. Who runs a business this way? I can see why these reviews are so bad.
