Phones break.and so I went to this store to get a new one. They only had one in the price range I desired and so they sold it to me , telling me I had 2 weeks to return it if I was not pleased. I wasn't and went to return it. I was told I could not bc they could not "process" my return. WTF....why I asked? They could not they repeated and said come back another day. I asked for the manager and of course they were not there. I said I would wait there and call T-Mobile. The rude young lady talked so loud that I could not hear the call! She thjen asked me to leave. I said no, not until I had completed my business. She then, yes she really did, called the police one me. I stayed there trying to call t mobile. Finally got through to them and I left. The worst rip off service ever bc I found this out..........THEY HAD "SOLD" ME A PHONE, EVEN THOUGH I WAS DUE AN UPGRADE!!!They were stealing from me, said T Mobile on the phone. While in Albuquerque, I came to this location and Kate was amazing with helping me with everything I needed. She got me the website to file my claims, assisted me in lowering my bills since my paycheck got decreased. Gave me guidance and recommendations for when I call the regional office. Customer service is good so long as you don't have something unusual. Tower damage can knock you offline for weeks, even in urban areas. And billing is very regressive- gods help you if you are a day late. The staff do thier best tho read more

T-Mobile is the way to go. We were with them for a long time and then wanted a carrier with more coverage. We switched to Verizon. Big mistake! Every year, our bill went up, charges for this and that were becoming more and more apparent, and it just became a money game with the customer service lacking in many areas. We left and went back to T-Mobile. We were particularly attracted to the unlimited data, which Verizon seemingly wants to charge you for each vowel you type or say. Just the same, the discounts are better, the price paid per month change rarely and when they do, it's not by much. Customer service is better but just like anywhere else, there are bumps in the road. Overall, we are very happy with T-Mobile and find them to be way better than Verizon and their money grubbing tactics! read more

These guys are quick to get you signed up which I get but Bucky, the so called manager, said that t mobile would take care of the remaining balance on my phone but did not explain the process to getting the bill paid. When I called to get an explanation, he was rude, did nothing to try to resolve the situation, and hung up on me. Find another location. My husband and I had a terrible experience that has cost us at least $100 dollars. While the staff seemed friendly and helpful, we've experienced issues since leaving. First, I was being added to my husband's family plan from a different carrier. I was told by the woman who helped us that everything was taken care of with my old provider and that I didn't need to call them to end service because they do it. Come 10 days later and I am charged my normal phone bill because (according to my old provider), T-Mobile had no way to end my service without me moving the number over. The woman who helped us assured me no less than 3 times that it was taken care of. Second, we were forced to take a SIM card. The woman helping us said that it was part of a special/deal they had and that they added a free line automatically and we had to have either the sim card or a flip phone. We had no use for this and told her but she said we had to take it. It was quite confusing. Then we were charged for it on the monthly bill. Perhaps it was just this one employee or she was having an off day but she seemed to be training the other guy helping other customers as well. Honestly, just go to another location. read more

T-Mobile is very disorganized. Daniel told me to go online to solve a billing problem and online said to get problem resolved at the store. Huh? They put a data limit on my XR when I bought the phone and when I signed up for unlimited data so the phone died the first day. I had to pay $70.00 in addition to get the phone working immediately. read more

Excellent customer service at this location, we'll be back. We just changed over from AT&T and got 4 lines, 4 new devices. But we were confused by the deal when the bill showed up. We didn't purchase from this store but it had a good rating. We arrived at the store and found a pretty big line. They were slammed. But the line subsided. There are 2 people usually manning the counters. We waited and it was well worth it. Zach helped us. He is very knowledgeable about all the products and has very good customer skills. He helped us with login IDs, ran down the details of the bill and explained the charges. He was very patient with us. The other T-mobile stores in Coronado Mall and on Menaul & San Mateo are not nearly as collected, knowledgeable or professional. Thanks guys. read more
