T-MOBILE is the best system for mobil phone service, the best price, excellent coverage, and great family plans. However, this location off Baker Rd, was terrible the last time we visited there to buy and activate a new phone. The young lady trying to help us was apparently a new employee and required training; she didn't have any idea how to accomplish this basic service. Another employee tried to help her, but he didn't know much more than she did. The "Manager" provided some help at first. But he completely lost all interested when a young, attractive customer came in. As soon as he realized she could speak Spanish he sent all his time trying to chat her up! He wouldn't even assist with the final sale to help the new employees complete the credit card process. Don't fall for this. You can get a T-Mobile expert to waive the fee if you buy direct from them or you can go online and there is no fee. Just left the Acworth T-Mobile location and they said the fee is non negotiable which is incorrect information. read more

Do not go to this T-Mobile!! The staff doesn't care anything except the sale. I had insurance on my phone and it died. Went to inquire about a new one and they said I couldn't do anything except buy a new one at regular price even though I was due for an upgrade. I did and now I'm out $800. Same thing happened to another phone on my account. This time I called and the rep explained everything and told me the store was playing me. In less than 24 hours I already received my replacement phone and it only cost $99. The staff sucks at this store and will not help you. read more

I have to be honest the store I went to was on Cowan rd in acworth .I cannot find it in Yelp. I figured its because the store is soooo bad . I went In and waited while a customer was finished he got in and out in under 80 dollars I thoght great . I'll have one to go please .nope not a chance in hades she kept pushing the federal programs snap ,ssi would not shut up .i figure they get a piece of the action . I got the exact same phone all tolled 170 .00. She had no idea what she was doing with the phone could not get the ssi then told it takes effect later . Now comes the good part I was there on a Tuesday the phone was in a scooter I only has for a week it was stplen i had the phone for four days I thought surely I would get a replacement being a new customer nope wrong Now luckily she snuck in the insurance right ? This Tmobile location is horrible! They're bunch of kids that don't know what they're doing! I came in for help because my phone wasn't working and they told me to call the 1-800 number to talk to someone. I didn't want to be stuck on the phone so I give YouTube a shot for fixing my phone. You're better off using YouTube than wasting your time and gas to drive to this Tmobile location. read more
