If I could give no stars I would. The older thicker lady should not be doing nails. She is so rough and left my nails thick and bumpy when I told her I wanted them thin after she was done I told her they were ugly and she ignored me lol.The polish looks like my 9 year old did it and she might have done a better job. I am highly concerned about cleanliness at this nail salon. The tools she used were out back in a box and she shoved them in her desk. I have gone here before for pedicures and that lady did same to a friend of mine left her toes sore and the polish bumpy. Only two weeks ago my girlfriend treated us to a pedicure date. I personally had the regular natural that the gentleman there did and she had the gel natural that the lady that I presume runs the shop who spoke so fast. Long story short, my pedicure has the regular wear and tear from a two week application. My girlfriend's gel application looks absolutely terrible, especially for paying $15 more than my application. Hers has chipped off the sides and completely come off her second toe.........spending the extra really isn't worth it! read more

I came here for a little pick-me up because I've been feeling down...and now I feel 5 times better!! I got acrylic nails and they're so beautiful. The acrylics aren't too thick and the oldest guy that did my nails was so gentle with my nails and he was nice! They're priced well, too! I should have known that this was going to be a bad experience based on the fact that there was no one in the nail salon despite it being a busy Saturday everywhere else. I asked for a gel manicure. The tech filed the skin on my fingers - not my nails. My nails had a couple ridges in them and the tech refused to smooth them out and laughed at my when I asked her to go back and smooth my nails out and said no. Another tech laughed while she was telling me she wouldn't do it. When painting the gel on, she missed the edges of my nails and I had to ask her to go back and fix it. When I pointed out the missed spots, she rolled her eyes and laid on the polish thick, resulting it getting all over my cuticles and skin. She then "tried" to clean up her mistakes. I have never been so frustrated with a nail salon before. I try really hard not to write negative reviews but between the shoddy work and complete lack of respect, I have no problem telling people to steer clear of this place. read more

Gave me a first degree burn on my face! I went to this salon because it is close to my house. I wish I had read the reviews first. I made the mistake of getting my eyebrows waxed. The woman (Ling) gave me a first degree burn on my face, which looks likely to scar. I am furious! I go in for a routine waxing and walk out with a facial disfiguration. I will be looking into pressing charges against them. read more

My friend and I went in to get pedicures, there was only one other customer in there and it took them 30 minutes to even get started on my toes. She cut my toe nails way too short to the point where they are actually hurting. The massage part was not good, as she gave little to no effort and didn't seem pleased to be doing it. When she painted them she did about 4 layers of the polish and now they are all bumpy and uneven. She got the polish all over both of my big toes and didn't clean it off or touch my toe nails up. i wish i could give zero stars. i have never gone into a salon for a full set and had to ask the tech to remove them because they looked nothing like what i asked for. on top of that when i kindly asked her to fix them or remove them she tried to argue with me and tell me there was nothing she could do and they looked exactly like the inspiration photo i showed her when they clearly looked horrendous. i'm pretty sure the color on french tips aren't supposed to take up 90% of your nail but according to her i was wrong. 0/5 for the service and 0/5 for personality. read more

My daughter and I (5yo) went out on a mommy and daughter date today. I looked for a nail place for the both of us and found this place. Ling and Jennifer greeted us and had us sit down right away. It was my daughter's first salon pedi. She loved it! Jennifer was patient and answered all my curious daughter's questions about her step by step. She went the extra mile and did some nail art too. Ling, my nail tech was exceptional! She really cleaned my feet and toe nails. I almost didn't expect it, from my former experiences elsewhere. Quick but attention to detail. I went for a pedicure and then lady who did it obviously didn't want to be there. She frowned the whole time and her and the man working there were arguing in another language. It was uncomfortably. However, the worst part was that she did a terrible job. My feet are still rough and the polish is all over the sides of the skin on the rim of the nail. My 5 year old nephew could have done better. My daughter took me for my birthday, and we were both done on 20 min! We sat there until our water ran cold, they barely pumiced so our feet were not smooth, the nails were left with rough edges and the French tips were amateurish at best!! My 10 year old granddaughter would've done better! They would not turn anyone away even when there was not an available tech...we were rushed through...When we complained we were told we were wrong that it was good. I told her we were not happy and she kept insisting it was good. Long story short they called the police when we insisted we were not happy and would not pay full price! We did NOT pay. Never again. Don't waste your money. Dirty. Unorganized. Unprofessional.

I walked into this salon to get a full acrylic set. The lady who did my nails did an AWFUL job. She did not push my cuticles back. She did not clean the nail gunk from underneath them caused by the powder. My nails were lifting up after only 2 days. One of my thumb nails was not glued completely to the acrylic nail, which can cause an infection on my real nail. I had bubbles on most of my nails after she was done. I also had my toe nails painted and she used way too much paint and made a mess of my feet, she tried to clean up most of it, but still had too much paint. Took over 20 minutes for them to drive and by this time I was fed up and left, and they still got smudged a bit. I decided to get my nails done before leaving for Las Vegas. This was a big mistake. I ended up having to go to another salon when I got back to have my nails fixed by a real professional. I will not recommend this place to anyone! By far the worse place I have ever been too by far!!!! :( read more
