It was the white color that had the bubbles in the majority of the nails . She was careless in filing off the top layer and it hurt! I told her I had to go, and asked them not to charge for gel... and they refused! I paid $95 and left, frustrated and upset. After getting in my car, I realize the nails have weird shapes and completely uneven! I had to refile them to get them shaped and even when I got home. I can't wait to get them soaked off as the bubbles are driving me nuts!

They proceeded to give me a bowl with acetone in in and stuck my hands in the bowl. At this point, I should have just got up and left but as the lady was already working on my pedicure. The pedicure was average and she did not apply and base coat and I had to ask about the top coat. Also, no liner for the foot bath. Needless to say, this is 2 days post visit and 3 of my toenails and 1 of my nails have chipped (on average my nails last 2 weeks and toenails until the next visit). On a positive, the personnel were polite. I like to support local business and hope my visit was just an off day for them.
