Sent an email explaining the issue, they asked for an order number, gave it to them. They must have figured out yes it was their fault, and now have ignored my follow ups. Super disappointed and not a trustworthy business. Will be dealing this with my bank and the Better Business Bureau). If they fixed the issue they have a sweater back at least, now chase will just refund the money and they don't get the sweater back. Sometimes it's just better to do good business and what is right.

I contacted them and they assured me they would look for the 3rd pair or "take care of me" for the issues. After some more back and forth, their only resolution was for me to ship the shoes back to them but they refuse to refund the original cost of shipping the shoes to me even though they botched the whole entire thing. So they wasted all my time and won't even refund the original cost of shipping i paid to have the order sent to me even though they messed it up.
