I was not told driver was picking up cars along the way. And the worst part was my car was damaged and Beacon and the driver's insurance are not taking any responsibility. According to a new dealership, the hatchback must have struck the car rack above it and cracked the plastic in just the wrong spot. Car looked OK at pick up (even though I was rushed by the driver), but 2-3 days later after driving, the plastic pieces started to break off. DO NOT USE BEACON!

We have used CHIPS for transporting our car back and forth to Florida for 3 years. This year after our car was returned from Florida our car was mud caked, truly mud caked, unlike any other time in the past. After we had the car washed the entire car was spotted. We had it washed second and 3d times and the spots remained. CHIPs refused to deal with the car, saying if I didn't want it to be dirty I should send it in an enclosed truck. In order for the spots to be removed the car needs a special surface finishing treatment. CHIPS has lost our business and I would not recommend them.
