We recently had our kitchen granite replaced. We selected T Brothers Tile to do the job, mainly because we were familiar with their work. They did a great job. The guys they sent out to demo the old granite and replace the underlayment were very efficient and really knew what they were doing. We really wanted a single slab for the kitchen island to avoid a seam. The crew was able to do that. It took 7 guys to lift the 130" slab into place. These guys are good at what they do. read more

T Brothers did an outstanding job on our flooring project and we would definitely use them again!

T Brothers (contracted through LL Flooring) installed 1,000ft of engineered wood flooring in our house. The initial install was good but it went downhill from there. The installer couldn't speak English but when he thought the job was complete, he tricked my wife into signing the contract stating that the job was done and to our satisfaction. That was not the case and they needed to fix a number of "lazy" errors, including that he installed the 1/4 round molding under the kitchen base cabinets even before the kick plates were back on the base cabinets; he also installed the molding inside the appliance pullouts, which is obviously not correct. It took a few weeks but about a half-dozen similar errors where fixed, however regarding the 1/4 round molding, they were told to just take it off and I would do the rest to reinstall correctly. I would've been happy with that resolution until I realized T-Brothers still intended to charge me for the 1/4 round installation; they maintain that it was in fact installed, even though it was installed 100% incorrectLu, and to make it worse, when their installer pulled it off, he threw it all out so I actually had to buy more molding at my expense. if you use these guys, be sure to review their work and don't sign anything until you're sure the work is done right! read more

I had the absolute worst experience with T Brothers and I would not recommend them to anyone. I had my countertops and backsplash replaced and the fabrication was fine with the exception of the backsplash. The backsplash was not cut according to the cut drawings. Where the real problems occurred were with demo and installation. Starting with constantly showing up late. I was told between 9 and 10 and they showed up at 2 (this happened several times). During demo of my old granite countertops they didn't put anything on my wood floor except for painters plastic. My wood floor now has many scratches where the granite was falling on the floor. The workers that showed up were using my tools and the broom I use in my house to clean up the granite and dust. The workers didn't put up anything to contain the dust while they were cutting the new countertops in my house. My house was covered in dust and I spent my entire Easter Sunday cleaning my entire house. Once the backsplash was fixed and installed a quality inspector stopped by to look at the install and noticed a few small things wrong, it took over two weeks for them to get back to my house to fix the items that the quality inspector did not like. They left all of the old granite out in front of my house for over a week, when they did come to pick it up they did a terrible job and left a lot of small debris in my yard. And finally, they do not want to fix my floor that they damaged during the demo process. read more

We hired the T-brothers after reading their yelp reviews. Our project began on January 31 and they finally finished on March 25th. The quality of their work was good; however, I was a little bit frustrated with their lack of communication. When we texted them, we rarely ever received a text back. For us, a 1 star rating - very generous for T Brothers. To be more precise in our opinion, working with T - a marathon of misery. What did they do? The better question -what didn't they do? Well, they managed via shoddy work, multiple re-dos and frequent unannounced absenteeism to prolong a project that started in August 2016 and stopped in late January 2017. According to experts consulted, the work should've have taken a month. For perspective, my neighbor's home, just steps away from mine started at the same time, undergoing a major remodel as in being torn down to the studs with air conditioning, heating, electrical and plumbing replacement. And her huge undertaking will finish before mine because she experienced none of the problems that we endured on a massive scale. We hired T to fabricate and install granite countertops, backsplash plus kitchen, bath and laminate wood flooring. Only 1/5 of the work completed quickly and with a good result the first time attempted - the other segments re-worked from start to finish or partially modified. To be more specific, the granite countertops (2x), the backsplash (3x), kitchen flooring (2x) to be demolished and re-installed due to failing soft grout, stumbling and cutting safety issues we weren't forewarned about, master bath (at least 5x by different crews) and other bath flooring (3x). In spite of the shoddy work, we preserved because we had already paid a 50% deposit. So, why did it take so long to complete the modifications? Surely, it shouldn't take 7 months, should it? No. Well, to add to our stress, the revolving door of "craftsmen" who rarely showed up for work either on time or as discussed- more often than not without so much as an update phone call. Simply put, no crews at our home for not just days but weeks at a time with no explanation. And yes, it negatively impacted our holiday season - December 23rd, and Thanksgiving eve as we hoped to finally close the doors. Joyous, huh? And professional. Re: professional, having our home treated like a commercial jobsite after many requests made both by the T supervisor and us - inexcusable. Littering our front door area with days old food and job trash - awful. Then layer on, the cleanup that had to take place to save plants because the crews grout dumped grout on them, creating a barrier between their root systems and much needed water. Pictures attached that attest to the mess made. Note the pix of the toilet in the master bedroom, especially disappointing. At least, no one in the house very sick or disabled for this hell. Well, wait a minute, we asked, 2 weeks in advance mentioning a specific date, that the master toilet be put back in the bathroom to accommodate my husband's eye surgery recovery. Since he became acutely aware that his equilibrium was very compromised and since he battled recurring episodes of dizziness both before and after his legally blind, left eye diagnosis and subsequent surgery, we considered it a priority to make sure he didn't have to navigate a steep staircase to go to the bathroom day or night. For those who don't know, a toilet re-install typically takes about 10 or 15 minutes. Was this safety request honored? No. Additionally, the scratches to bathroom countertops, the dust, the damage to a kitchen cabinet during installs just added to our sorrow. I have to say that T did correct some of the poor craftsmanship with the exception of my kitchen area porcelain flooring. Blaming me for my choice of tile, T refused to do the right thing and re-do the floor despite the fact that it isn't flat and the grout is failing. Grout should be CONCRETE hard, but ours isn't and it appears to be vanishing before our eyes. See attached pictures. They bought and installed it, but the warrantied result - shabby. It looks two-toned terrible aesthetically and presents cleaning problems in the low spots. Layer on, high low kitchen tiles that can cut and cause stumbling, all safety concerns. And yes, I've stumbled a couple of times already in my kitchen, and no, I never used anything but water to clean the floor. By the way, a flooring person who blames the customer for a bad job because of material selected isn't doing the right thing or his job. So grateful that my car mechanic, my orthopedic surgeon and my dermatologist, the free landscaping consultant at Star Nursery even the free lighting consultant at Lamps Plus care about our long-term satisfaction and safety not just the short-term get paid results. Why should I expect any less from a flooring expert who has hands-on experience with my tile? He has the experience, skill and hands-on knowledge to advise us to pause/to re-evaluate at any time. By the way, on each box of tile, a manufacturer's disclaimer states that liability for the tile installed transfers to the installer. See picture attached. I used T brothers for the fabrication and install of my hearthstone. Not only did they take my remnants of my $800 marble slab, but when I called about getting it back, they never got back to me. I was referred to them via Lumber Liquidators. They came out to do an estimate for laminate flooring in my house. They came out on a Tuesday and said I would have the estimate by Thursday of that week. When Friday came and I did not have an estimate I called them to inquire. They explained that there was a glitch in their system and some emails were not going out. They explained that nobody was in the office to resend, so I would get it first thing on Monday. On Monday I STILL did not receive the estimate, so I called AGAIN and they told me I would have it by the end of the day. Now it is Tuesday (a full week later), and I still have no estimate, even after calling twice about it. Since this company can't even seem to get me a simple estimate, I have NO confidence that they would be able to complete the work in an efficient and professional manner. read more

One star is a completely accurate representation of this company. Had wood floors purchased from Lumber Liquidators installed by them about a year and a half ago and everything was great, no complaints. Fast forward to my tile installation a few months ago by them. Contacted them and told them I am a previous customer and enjoyed their work, Ron (the owners father in law) came out and gave an estimate. All good so far. I do want to say here we talked to several tile stores and asked who they recommend for install and all of them provided us with lists of contractors, T Brothers were not on any of the lists. So got the quote and talked it over and decided we were really happy with the wood floors so why not. Scheduled an appointment for install, the window provided by T Brothers was arrival between 8-10am. By the time of my 4th phone call to T Brothers I was ready to cancel the job. Installers showed up at 1230 with no apology, and didn't speak english at all either. Now I am noting that because it will prove to be a continuing problem throughout the job. The installers worked until about 8pm and then left to return the next day to finish the job. I called and made sure they would be on time the next day and 10am was the agreed upon time. 730am my doorbell is ringing. They worked throughout the day and around 7pm were "done". I went to inspect the job and sign off on it. My doors in the room which were taken off the hinges were not put back on and when I motioned toward them and asked why I was told "you do". My carpet at the transition to the tile was not tacked back down and once again I asked why "not us" was the response. Also their was a stain on the carpet which was about 3 weeks old. I asked about the stain, "not us" was the response. I refused to sign the paperwork and called the office, but it was closed. With nobody to speak with the installers quickly exited as they could see I was upset. Next day T Brothers calls me right? Nope up to me again. I explained the issues and was assured someone would come to fix it all. Waited all day, nobody came. Next day T Brothers calls to check up and make sure its all fixed right? Nope, up to me again. I was assured someone would come to fix the doors, carpet stain, and re-tac the carpet between 12-2. 230 nobody came, I start calling again. Someone will be there by 3, nope. 4, nope. 5pm office closes and about 530 someone finally arrives, does not speak english either. They tac down the carpet but the stain and doors were evidently my problem. After several more frustrating phone conversations they had the spot cleaned on the carpet for me and I rehung the doors myself. I contacted Ron and asked for a discount for all of the trouble, I asked for a 10% discount, basically the tax. The response was "regrettably we will do the discount but we would prefer not to". No way!!!!! Long story short the tile looks good but if you plan on getting transparency and work done in a timely manner don't use T Brothers!!!!! I never will again. read more

We hired T Brother Tile to install ceramic tile in our four bedrooms, so the entire house has consistent flooring throughout. We purchased the tile ourselves and T Brothers Tile installed the tile with stain-proof, single component grout, since we have two dogs. Just like all of the reviewers on Google when we wrote this review, our family chooses to give T Brother Tile the highest possible rating in every category. Form start to finish and follow-up, this company is amazing. T Brothers Tile was able to accommodate our work schedules, so we could resume our lives and have everything installed in three days and everything was moved back into the four bedrooms before we started work again. Bill, the company's owner is super professional, he gave us a fair estimate and the communication was excellent. Bill followed up to be sure the crew arrived on time and he sent a supervisor out to inspect and monitor progress. Our lives were minimally disrupted, even though all four bedrooms of furniture were in the common living areas at one point. We were able to sleep in one the four bedrooms the first night and we were able to move back into the Master Bedroom the next day! Roberto, the lead installer and his colleague Sal were both amazing in terms of professionalism, communication, accommodating our lives and schedules so we were minimally disrupted, they removed and hauled away all of the carpet, did an amazing job on the final result (beautifully installed tile and grout, which match the entire house). And, single component grout is not the easiest to work with. They moved all of the furniture out and back into the four bedrooms and left the job site immaculate at the end of the job. Danny, the supervisor, and Roberto assured me that we can give them a call if we need anything later on. Danny even offered to come back after a week or so if the dogs poop and pee on the new grout, since it truly takes five days to fully cure. He offered this, even though it was our family's choice to have the job done as quickly as possible. Thanks, so much, T Brothers Tile, for making our home better and so beautiful and we will choose to do business with you again, if ever a tile cracks, or if we move again and need an entire house of ceramic tile installed. I say MINUS 10 I could go on for pages about the absolute horrible quality of their work or how their crews were caught numerous times in my garage WHERE NO WORK WAS BEING DONE after we told them to stay out of it. These guys have been a complete nightmare since the day the walked in the door. The sales guys has no real clue about the product, how it should be installed let alone ever asked how we might want something to look or installed. They sent a crew to demo on Friday morning 4/28/17, we now refer to them as the clowns. These 2 men showed up with a handful of tools to begin with, a hammer, screwdriver and a razor knife. Asked for other tools which at the time I said sure I will get one of my husbands tool bags. They then put this bag on my wooden dining table dumped the tools and scratched the crap out of it. Within 10 minutes of demo they literally came right through the family room wall with their hammers trying to demo the shower I brought it to his attention and he asked "if I had I bondo kit or dry wall repair kit he would fix it himself". These clowns about 2 weeks later were sent back prep the walls in shower for new tile with a niche.They showed up with the WRONG paperwork and tile that did not belong to our project to pick grout out. When that was addressed they began back board etc. in shower and started tile. Put a niche in that was literally 9"x9" what can fit in there? The work was so crappy none of the grout lines matched up, they had spacers in some of them and sand paper in between others the tile was crooked etc. I called the sales rep he showed up as he was my ONLY contact at that point. Took one look and told me call the Field Super (whom I never met as this point still) and have them fired off the job. DONE....new tile guy comes to fix. The kitchen counters were next, granite, fabrication job was THE WORST I HAD EVER SEEN they had every excuse in the book why they couldn't match the bull nosed edge I had a second and 3rd opinion come by and look at the fabrication they both said the same exact thing terrible craftsmanship & quality work! We were convinced to let it slide and we wouldn't notice after time. We took it once again Then came time to drill holes for the faucet. they literally drilled a hole for the soap dispencer in the WRONG spot so close to the faucet valve you couldn't turn the valve on all the way Their explanation was "Jose said you said you wanted it right there like the picture" WTH WHO IS JOSE? I NEVER EVEN MET A JOSE OR TALKED ABOUT A PICTURE TO ANYONE furious at this point & crying. Once again a new super to meet for granite another excuse dishing, not wanting to take responsibility for crap guy. The fix on that was ANOTHER fix done by my husband and he came up with putting an air switch for the garbage disposal in that hole. ONCE AGAIN WE SAVED THEM THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH OUT EVEN A THANK YOU OR WE APOLOGIZE. Now to the floors! Wood grain tile that is absolutely GORGEOUS. Starts with wrong estimate for fracture guard on floors was given when carpet was still in. When they only had a few cracks covered i asked why he said "well we couldn't give you and estimate by not looking under the carpet" WHY WOULDN'T YOU JUST COVER THE FLOOR like discussed? They did we paid MORE AGAIN They clean the floors with water completely soak all door jams and the cabinets in kitchen to the point of ruining the cabinet bases explanation was "the tile will cover it when it goes in" Tile goes in straight as a board looks amazing I am so excited for a min The sloppiness of the thin set installation has now set and is coming up between the tiles so this has to be scraped out before grouting. The use of ELECTRIC TOOL chipped over 1/2 the tiles all the way down the sides. Long story they remove about 1/3 of 1079 sqft only to continue to destroy others. We settle again! 1 day I came out to check on work super was coloring the chips in with a BLACK SHARPIE! We end up having it fixed and settling again as once it is in no one will notice is given. Grout is premixed you put about 20 sq feet in at a time (it sets quick) no discoloration etc. WELL THESE GUYS INSTALLED LIKE REGULAR POLY GROUT AND TURNED THE BROWN GROUT GRAY!!! I made them stop, super came told them to replace it so they started chipping AGAIN....SAME STORY After owners coming 2x us taping every night and the local grout rep coming to the house and walking in saying immediately "THEY INSTALLED THE GROUT INCORRECTLY THEY USED WATER AND WASHED THE PIGMENT OUT" we fired them. They offered to paint the grout which only lasts a year before chipping! WE PAID FOR GROUT TO BE CORRECT not painted. We paid $500 have the floor professionally cleaned from the grout haze on tile and moved back in after 10 weeks in our master bedroom with no kitchen! They now have a lien against us for $2200 and my husband has had to replace 80% of grout himself for sinking spots and discoloration. Pictures to follow. DO NOT HIRE! read more

Danny has been my Site Supervisor on the 3 plus jobs T Brothers has done for our home and he is always diligent, professional and pleasant to deal with. Although the tile that I ordered came in larger than expected, Roberto was skilled enough to make it work and the project turned out quite well. They lied to the Investigator and have filed a lien on my home for a made up fake change order. Meanwhile continuing to cost me money for Attorney fees. had them do a large tiling / stone job (over $20,000) for our house. communication was the pits - they simply do not respond to calls or emails. parts of the tiling went well (bathroom), but the backsplash using marble tiles was a disaster. the tile was installed crooked and not level. t. bros had to come back out and replace quite a lot of tile. it would have been better if they found themselves some decent tile layers - instead of picking them up from the local home depot. the worst part though was the stone work - they out source that work. unfortunately we managed to get Beavis & Butt-head doing our master shower and fireplace - two incompetent boobs. im not sure what to recommend here - but i wouldn't use t-bros again. i have seen better. i used brooklyn stone for the quartz in my office. i would recommend them. read more
