The sales person Kim was super helpful and not pushy like other other sales people. She kept us up to date and worked with my schedule flawlessly. I would even call her more of a project manager than a salesperson. Larry the carpet installer was very kind, informative and professional. He worked like a man with a mission and installed the carpet flawlessly. My house has multiple complex angles and layout but Larry had little issue taking care of business. This company was referred to us by our realtor. Ryan contacted us and asked us to visit their showroom. We found almost the same shade of vinyl planks that is on the first floor of our house we just bought. He and Jonathan (the mgr) gave us a reasonable quote so we decided to go with this company. They were able to finish the stairs and 2nd floor just before our move-in date. The installers that they sent did a pretty good job in our place. A coworker referred Elite to me and I worked primarily with Carlo Fradella through the sales process. He was nice, attentive and over communicative. The initial sales process went by smoothly so no issues there and we were able to get the vinyl installation scheduled pretty quickly. The previous owners of the house had a brownish carpet all throughout the upstairs and brown tile in the wet areas which felt really weird with the gray walls, so updated and installed the light gray vinyl to tie it all together and brighten up the house. The installers Pedro and Davi were quick and efficient. They finished within 2 full days, working nonstop with no lunch breaks. Impressive for sure. After the installation, I saw an uneven baseboard corner, but Pedro/Davi came back within a week or so to fix it. The vinyl really brightened up all the spaces and maximized the natural light. Highly recommend Metroflor's longer planks. The carpet process unfortunately didn't go as smoothly as I hoped which is why there isn't 5 stars. We were told the carpet producer Phenix would have the color Theme ready to ship by 12/1, which was fine because we weren't moving in until 12/12, however, 12/1 rolls around and the producer pushes back the production date to 12/11. I decided to take a risk and wait, hoping the carpet would come in and install the weekend we moved in. Closer to 12/9, Elite tells us Phenix pushed the carpet back AGAIN to 12/23. At this point, i just wanted to go with a different carpet so I didn't have to move in with old carpet. After a few days, we were able to lock in the color Chronicle (pictured to the left of the red box), but they took their time shipping, even though Phenix knew it was already delayed. Nevertheless, the color Chronicle ended up looking better than Theme, however, the carpet producer's constant delays were very frustrating especially in the middle of a move. We unfortunately had to move into the home with old carpet from the previous owner which was sort of gross because we didn't get it cleaned since we were planning on updating the carpets anyway before we moved in, but we dealt with it. I don't recommend ordering carpet/flooring that is not already produced and ready to ship if you're on a strict timeline. The carpet producer gave us a discount before this issue occurred, but didn't really try to remedy the situation of pushing back production so many times or offer any sort of make good, which was frustrating. That's not reflective of Elite. Carlo did ask for an additional make good for the shitty position we were put in with so many delays in production, but i sort of wish we were just told to pick a different carpet in stock when we knew the original wasn't going to ship on 12/1 to save the added headache. ANYWAY, the carpet installers were great. They were done within 3-4 hours. In the end, it turned out beautiful. read more

There is a word that goes in front of show that also starts with an sh.... This all started with the ordering of cabinets in April.... Made payment at that time and arrangements for install and rest of payment....Cabinets ordered the following Monday and rep comes out and measured the home that we live in.....Now the cabinets that we agreed upon with design is what has made us soooo happy.....cabinets are delivered and demo and install are to take place, arranged for my dogs to be boarded...Demo took place and well Mike had to leave, apparently had a doctors appt... ( installer should have swapped if could not do all as was stated in same day.....Delay) O I did mention that Dogs were boarded, now have to extend that( extra money).... Mike who btw is a nice person comes the next day for the install puts the first 2 cabinets in and a 3rd o the opposite side of kitchen and I notice as he did the next cabinet which was supposed to be all drawers was not going to fit into this design..... SCREECH. STOP....Ryan "GM" is called ( son to the owners)... lets scratch heads/ remeasure/ scratch heads again.... Not fitting measured wrong.... So what is the Solution....This is where WE the consumer start to SETTLE....ok guys so ( and this is ME that gave the solution) Let's go back to the original design. What is needed is the under faucet cabinet and the aforementioned 3rd cabinet to be reordered with 2 drawers.... Forgot to mention, at this time there areNO drawers in it at all...(Delay) .... let that Show with the first word carry on... So first of all the next cabinets have to be reordered on the following Monday, but now there is a delay with the countertops.... At this time the kitchen being completely apart ( no plumbing/ no stovetop/ and am told by the installer the Hot water valve will have to be replaced and as well a gas line moved.. Ryan says can get me a plumber in 48 hours as has to be a licensed plumber.... I state I can have one HERE TODay... Called Silver State and they were at my home in one hour.... Hmmm 48 hrs vs 1 hour now at this time Mike has left to get particle board remember I have no countertops nor plumbing and dogs are still boarded.....My plumber comes to take care of what their plumber would do 48 hours later and at another cost 660.00.... Mike gets back puts the particle board on and the WAIT begins.... All of our items that were in the cabinets are loaded onto kitchen table and laundry room// I have no kitchen sink at this time dishwasher is in middle of kitchen floor.....So Thankfully a "plumber " is sent out to put sink and dishwasher back... O not a Plumber/ a Handyman/// but We we're told licensed plumber earlier.....let's wait awhile now as the other cabinets have to be ordered out of Cali... now unbeknownst to Mr GM ( Ryan). The installers all talk the business Mike who I respect says he ain't collecting no additional money till it is Right, and he can put his name on it.... Jose says this happens all the time.... Would anyone at Elite want their home in shambles like this... so We still wait now mind you it would ha e been nice if there were any Communication going on, but that is not a strong point of Elite.. I still have the outgoing call log on my phone of the amount of times aI called and could only leave messages.... We get a contact on a Tuesday 10 days later that cabinets are here and look for the install next day and countertops right after the cabinets... Wow finally gonna get kitchen back no eating out no sandwiches not just microwave food.... Cmon Mike.. yes yes. O gotta board the dogs again....Delivery comes back with new cabinet that is to have the 2 drawers on the top and Lo and Behold..... Wrong Cabinet again/ now apologizing for what has taken place again as this show has the homeowners settling again and btw, this is not the promised install date and that made the Counter top installer backed up as well...Dashing Stone...So Mike says this day once again this job is not done, I would not put my name on it and says will be back to finish... He left the Kick plates to be done as they were to thin and did not yet put shelves in the cabinets...Had asked me if I had the same tile as I have a chunk missing and the area where the wall is damaged at the back splash area would be addressed as well/ put that particle board back and welllll I am back to no plumbing again....Am told by Bret and Ryan that they will not supply one/ So I take it upon myself to get this done but have to wait for the Countertops..Just need the shelves now toe kicks and the tile and the wall and sealed in and we will have a kitchen that we settled twice on..... Now the kicker is We we're told to send in pictures so that owner could see, That was done on a Wednesday and the NEXT MORNING ....RYAN ( son of owners) filed a LIEN on my home with Clark County... hmmm work not done but went in front of a notary and put his word on it that it was done.....WOW.... read more

We paid Elite Flooring $4,000 for five rooms of carpeting... $3,000 on 1/14/21 and $1,000 on 1/24/21. Today is 2/22/21, and we have two rooms carpeted. The first installers (not Elite employees) arrived on 2/1 or 2/2. After about an hour of examining the diagrams that Justin gave them, they told me they could not install any carpeting because they didn't have enough to do any of the rooms. Fortunately, Wes was sent from Elite and figured out a way for them to finish one bedroom, and also lay out carpeting in the dining room and living. However, they didn't have enough to finish either of those rooms, so the carpeting and padding are just laying out, not installed. And, they didn't have the carpeting for the other two bedrooms. After several phone calls between me Wes, Justin and the installers, Justin told me he screwed up the ordered, and he was going to fix it ASAP. About two weeks later, other installers came to finish the job (I think). Now, Marcos was handling the job. They had enough carpeting to complete one of the other bedrooms. The living room and dining room are still left in the same unfinished condition and they didn't have the carpeting for the third bedroom. The installation on the one room they did is a bit sloppy, and I had to clean up leaves that blew into the entryway, apparently from leaving the front door open. I was told by Jonathan (Justin's manager), to whom I have been speaking since Justin stopped calling me, that the wrong size carpet was ordered, by Justin... AGAIN!! I haven't heard from Justin in three weeks, Jonathan is no longer returning my phone calls for the past two business days, and my furniture is coming from California on 2/23/21... that's about 8 hours from now. Who knows what it is going to take to get the carpeting done, or our money back. I am thankful for one thing, though. We are doing our kitchen next, and we were thinking of hiring Elite for the cabinets, etc. Wow!! Am I glad we held off on that. Martin S. read more

My wife and I met with Ryan Fredella, one of the sales reps and he was a tremendous help in assisting us in choosing the right flooring type as well as the best color as there was quite a selection to pick from. Just a summary review because Yelp does not allow me to post the 4 page review I'd prepared. All I can about our project which consisted of approx 1,600 sq ft of 12.3mm laminate, 800 linear feet of baseboard, new kitchen cabinets and granite counters. Out of town owners so Elite did the laminate without our being there. After issues with the laminate install we were in town for all other phases. Sales person - Nickie - very nice and helpful. Went above and beyond when things went off the rails on installs. They have a nice selection of flooring. As is mentioned in other reviews there are no prices so come prepared. We called a distributor who actually referred us to a different retailer for the same product and the price difference per sq ft was substantial. Since this was for the stairs and we had a reasonable install price from another vendor we purchased from Elite for convenience only as our installer was picking up the product. Floor installers - laminate floor itself turned out very nice. Baseboard was very poor workmanship and I hired another person to come in and refinish or replace what was needed. After install the house looked like a bomb went off in it. This is our home and you treated it and us like crap. Lesson learned. Cabinet - various damage issues upon delivery. We were told by the main installer not to expect a Maserati when you buy a Chevy. Really! Well we didn't even specify a budget when we purchased cabinets and while we knew there weren't Maserati quality I don't expect my new Chevy to be full of dings when its delivered. Damaged cabinets were eventually replaced. Walls of the kitchen were destroyed by some second tier installer resulting in our bringing in an outsider to replace the drywall. In the end I installed the final drawer front and pulls myself out of sheer frustration. Granite Counter - told we couldn't pick out the edge but then the installer told us he had the edge in stock but don't tell the salesman. What? I think the granite is prefab so be careful. We have had granite installed in another residence and this is junk by comparison. We were told it was the most expensive they had but our kitchen is small so we went ahead. I'm not even sure this is the color we purchased. As I said I did write a 4 page review before I realized the Yelp limitation. We did address all our problems with the sales manager who, at least initially, spoke of making good on some of the additional costs we incurred. That never did happen and I think our returning the tile for the backsplash and the kitchen floor may have had something to do with that. In the end though the experience with Elite was extremely stressful. My wife and I have owned homes for a long time and have done our own remodeling (including floors and cabinets). We figured that given our current locale we'd turn the project over to someone else and save ourselves some aggravation. In all honesty nothing we ever did proved to be as stressful as what we endured with this project. Because of the various issues Elite did lose out on installing the kitchen floor, backsplash and installing the laminate on the stairs so I guess to some degree we spoke with our wallet. In the end BEFORE you use anyone shop around, read reviews, read before you sign and don't let your excitement or circumstances get in the way of better sense. read more

I was introduced to this company via lowes when I purchased flooring to be installed. We did the flooring over 90 percent of the house a,d the first 2 rooms were done wonderfully, and no issues. The rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The installers used the clients bathmats to move furniture around , with out asking, and left them under the heavy furniture for the client to remove, they left many marks on the freshly painted walls, and knocked the plaster off areas as well and left dents in the walls from opening doors too hard, and whatever else. they used the clients new sink in the bathroom to wash out grout, ruining the new sink. they left some kind of stain on a pot out front that houses the clients hose, they scratched the new flooring they had put in, and were unable to communicate with me at all. I would ask a question to which I was told , no speak english, which is fine, but perhaps you want at least one person to be able to communicate with your client. The later install was a nightmare. I will be sure to let anyone I know remodeling their home, or just redoing the flooring in any area to look for other installation companies. Grrrrr!!!!! After dealing with two horrible Chinese cabinets companies I found their ads and decided to redo my cabinets with them ( yea someone put Chinese cabinets in my house and it was a total nightmare) Guess I wasn't the only one didn't get my Waypoint cabinets after paying more than 70% deposit.... have been a long time but no phone calls or emails for my eta! Any advice??!! I'm so tired of my home projects..... one horrible company on top of another horrible company... the contractor I hired was a total con artist and now Elite flooring took my money and don't even call or email me at all.......... they transferred my calls a thousands of times but I still didn't get a chance to talk to "their manager" Steve or Tyler. Great Service, Great Product!!! The hubby and I were in Las Vegas on a vacation, and came upon this flooring company. We went in, we were greeted by very nice individuals. When looking at the products they have to offer, we knew this was the place we were going to buy from. We decided to redo our floors in our two story, We purchased the product from Elite flooring in Las Vegas, they were able to have it shipped to a contracted facility here in Phoenix, Az and it was still cheaper and nicer that what we were able to find here in Arizona. From the salesperson unable to properly measure the floor for tile and calling for more money, "so sorry, but we need another $1,000.00 for materials, but we'll eat the labor", to ultimately again under estimating again. The salesperson never explained that there were variations in the tiles. There were three different tiles in each box. The job went from being two to three days to being just over two weeks. We couldn't host our family for Thanksgiving dinner because the job wasn't finished. Just a bad experience overall. Avoid them. read more

The store, the prices and the selection, a solid 4 stars. Our "salesman" 1 star. My husband and I came here after being referred by our real estate agent. We were looking for all new flooring for a home we had just bought as well as open to their choices in cabinetry and countertops. We browsed the store for a good 30 minutes noting tile selections we were interested in. I really appreciated that they didn't have a way over staffed store with 25 sales people trying to show you everything imaginable. But after 30 minutes, not seeing a sales person in sight we sought to track one down. We found a guy named Fran, showed him what we were thinking about and asked for an estimate. He said he'd need to come to the home to give us one... I figured as much, but was surprised when he offered to come the very next day. This is where the tide turns. We had told him we would be on vacation the next few days so not to stress getting it done asap. Well after 10 days my husband calls, he said we would have it by the end of that day. Jump to 5 more days after that... still haven't heard anything. Its really a shame, we practically walked in, said were pregnant, have a 3 month deadline to move in and really weren't looking at any other stores due to our realtors recommendation of this place.
