Chuck has been absolutely outstanding to work with! From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. He coordinated directly with my tenant, worked with existing measurements, and made the entire process so easy. I had an unusually large window in the upstairs bedroom and wasn't sure I could get a custom blind made to fit, but Chuck helped me find the perfect solution. His years of experience really show, and his recommendations were excellent. The lifetime warranty made the decision even easier. The blinds arrived quickly, and he completed the installation in one day! I'm so excited to have beautiful new blinds- that were super value, for my tenants, with the peace of mind that comes with a lifetime warranty. I couldn't be more grateful for Chuck's help, coordination, and exceptional service. I truly can't say enough good things about him. Highly recommend! read more

Chuck and his son were so awesome! The price to do blinds for my house and shade for sliding door was unbeatable. I got a few quotes prior and I am glad I gave them a call . Took less than 3 weeks for the product to come in and the installation was prompt! Chuck even put in a some temporary covers for our front windows while we waited for the binds to arrive. read more

As a new home buyer, we had a slew of things to do/install for our new home and quickly found that there are some good and some bad salespeople. Happy to report that Chuck is one of the good ones. It can feel weird to have someone inside your home, looking at every room (as is needed for a consultation), but upon talking to Chuck on the phone and meeting him in person, we instantly felt at ease. He's honest, great at explaining his recommendations, and most importantly, never pressured us into making a decision we weren't ready for. Ironically, that is what led us to signing a contract with him on the spot. What also made us feel more comfortable was knowing that it would be either Chuck or his son, Carlos, handling the install. Carlos was very respectful when he was installing the roller shades and proactively asked whether we were happy with them. Even when I asked Chuck about the valances, he came by to check them himself the same day. We're super happy with the service and also the quality of the roller shades we got and would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone. read more

We needed shades for two very large master bedroom windows. Being new to the Vegas area, we were shocked by both how blinding the daylight can be and how difficult it is to find a trustworthy window blind and shade provider. Unfortunately, our early experiences were extremely discouraging. At one point, we were cheated out of thousands of dollars by a supplier who took full payment and then disappeared without delivering the shades. Later, we ordered two custom zebra shades from a well-known company--only to find out they had mismeasured by one inch. No matter what we tried, the shades simply would not fit. By then, our confidence in the local window shade market was completely shaken--until we met Carlos Niño from Day & Night Blinds. Carlos was an absolute lifesaver. He carefully remeasured our windows, confirmed the correct dimensions, and instead of forcing us to remake the shades, he skillfully cut and adjusted them to fit perfectly. He then returned to install them flawlessly. Thanks to his expertise, he saved us thousands of dollars and spared us yet another frustrating experience. Carlos is professional, meticulous, honest, and a pleasure to work with. His workmanship is excellent, his installation was clean and precise, and his pricing was very reasonable. We truly could not be happier with the result. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy window treatment professional in Las Vegas, I cannot recommend Day & Night Blinds highly enough. read more

I can't say enough good things about Chuck! From start to finish he was down to earth, extremely reliable, and so easy to relate to. You can tell right away that he has years of experience and incredible knowledge in his craft. Not only is he talented, but he's also friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help in any way he can. On top of all that, the price he gave us was the best one yet -- truly unbeatable for the quality of work and service he provides. Working with him was a stress-free experience, and I felt completely confident in his recommendations and workmanship. I would recommend Chuck to absolutely anyone looking for quality window treatments and an honest, dependable professional! read more

Was looking to get automatic shades for my dad for Christmas and found Day and Night Blinds on Yelp with great reviews. Spoke with Chuck the owner who came out soon and gave a free estimate. He had a great selection of options and went through various price ranges depending on what we wanted. We ended up getting sheer shades that looked almost identical to what we already had! He wasn't sure if they would come in in time for Christmas but we lucked out and they did! He installed them right away and did a great job! Chuck was a pleasure to work with and I'd highly recommend Day and Night Blinds to anyone needing shades or blinds! The motors are so quiet my dad really loves these automatic shades!! He is losing stability and vision as he's getting older so when that sun comes in he has a hard time seeing so getting up and closing 5 shades is difficult for him. Not only a home improvement but a very nice thing to have for aging parents! read more

Chuck was great, moved so fast and efficiently, and was very, very reasonable. A real expert! A bargain.

We had an excellent experience with Day & Night Blinds! We needed window and bifold door coverings for our entire newly built home and we decided to get 3 quotes. After comparing 3 proposals for products, presentation/expert advice and pricing, Day & Night Blinds beats them all! Chuck (owner) is very professional, friendly and knows the product inside-out. The installation is superb. Great customer service and pricing. Thank you Chuck! We highly recommend Chuck - Day & Night Blinds. read more

Owner Chuck very personable and knowledgeable. Very happy with price, product and install.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to Day and Night Blinds! After getting three quotes, I chose Day and Night because of Chuck (the owner) and his outstanding knowledge and customer service. I initially thought I knew exactly what kind of window coverings I wanted, but Chuck took the time to present additional options--some of which I had never come across, despite doing extensive research on my own. His suggestions were thoughtful and informed, not pushy, and genuinely expanded my understanding of what was available. Throughout the entire process, Chuck stayed in constant communication. I never once had to follow up--he was always one step ahead. It's clear that he truly cares about delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. I would absolutely recommend Day and Night Blinds to anyone in the market for window coverings. The experience was seamless, professional, and exceeded my expectations. read more

Chuck, from Day and Night Blinds, arrived on time for our appointment, and answered our questions about the various options for our windows. The prices were reasonable. The installer, Carlos, arrived on time, completed the installation of our new blinds in a timely manner, and provided a quick briefing on their use. Very satisfied with our purchase and this company. read more

We asked for 3 proposals. Had to go to another showroom twice. Chuck, the owner of D&N, came to us with all the samples. His advice was knowledgeable and efficient. Our evaluation of all 3 proposals was separate for expert advice, quality of service, and price. He won on all counts. Material delivery was on time; installation was exactly on time and took only 2.5 hours. We will recommend "Day and Night Blinds" to anyone that wants professional counselling, happy service, and an efficient job, all at a reasonable cost. George & Kathy read more

Absolutely recommend! Chuck came out the SAME day that I called him when a part failed and caused my roller blinds to fall off the hinges, exposing my entire kitchen and living room to everyone behind my house. He was able to fix it that day. Absolutely would recommend him !!!! read more

Had an issue with my motorized blinds. Chuck helped me trouble shoot over the phone. He's very professional and knowledgeable.

What a find! This company has superb service with extremely reasonable prices. I called for a blind repair and Chuck answered his phone immediately, then came out the same day. He is a super knowledgeable expert and only seems interested in pleasing the customer and getting the job done right. You won't find a better company for blind repair or buying new ones. It's so much more pleasant dealing with someone like Chuck who really cares about his customers than those big box stores where the workers could care less. read more

Awesome service with some of the best pricing. We will be doing blinds as soon as our pool project is done.

Chuck is hands down the best! We will be recommending him to all our friends and family. We have two very large custom blinds and I thought he would come in and automatically sell me new ones because they are very expensive. Chuck showed up on time with a very friendly demeanor and explained to me that he would do his best to fix them if they were repairable. Upon inspection, he discovered the broken components and explained in detail what would need to be replaced. He fixed one that day and explained to me that he would need to order a part for the second blind. A few days later, he called and said the part came in and asked if he could stop by. Within 10 minutes, he had the part changed out and charged us a very good price. Our blinds now work perfectly and we are extremely happy with the cost and quality of Chuck's work. read more

Chuck did it again! He has helped me with broken blinds several times. He is polite, friendly, and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I received terrific service from Chuck Nino. I would highly recommend this company. I would definetly use them again

We needed window coverings in our living room.... two windows and a french door. Chuck worked us into his schedule the same week I phoned, came out and took accurate measurements, discussed all the options and helped us select fabric for our new Roman Shades. Today he was back (less than three weeks later) and installed the shades. He's a pro, leveled everything and made sure things fit properly. How refreshing to work with someone who knows what they're doing and delivers on time and on budget! We'll be calling him back to do blinds or shades in another room soon. read more

Chuck did an excellent job on our cellular blinds yesterday. We had two units that had snapped strings and were completely inoperable. However, he had them completely fixed in short order and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely do business with this firm whenever I have issues with my blinds and other window coverings. Thank you, Chuck! read more

Chuck is a total pro! This is the second time we've worked with him. Our first job was a small job at our old house. We got great black-out blinds for our bedroom and great light diffusing honeycomb slide up/down shades on the other windows. Now that we've moved into a bigger home, we called Chuck again (he owns the company and installs all product!) We couldn't be more satisfied! He met us at our house (which wasn't even finished being built), took all measurements, had great suggestions and plenty of choices! Chuck also provides the most professional customer service. He adds just a little more to his measurements to give the best fit. Everything was perfectly cut, leveled, centered, and finished - and he does all the installing himself! We had a variety of sizes from VERY large to tiny bathroom. We had VERY large black out blinds in our bedroom and on the glass door leading to the back patio. We even had slide down scrims on our massive sliding doors. I've included some pics. I fully recommend Chuck and Day & Night Blinds to everyone. He works quickly, professionally, and, oh yeah, excellent price. We got all the above mentioned items and more I DIDN'T mention (we had 10 areas and specialty blinds) for about $3,000 - that plus a week's turnaround time is phenomenal. Way to go, Chuck! read more

Let me preface this review to state/Never, Never, never agree to pay cash for a reduction in price. As this vendor offered $40.00 off for a cash payment. June 3, 2023 Day & Night Blinds gave me an estimate for a roller shade and shutters for my Patio Door. $480.00 for roller shade $1075.00 for shutter I really wanted a shutter but was persuaded the pluses to the roller shade. As seen on the bill Roller Shade and Fabric Covered Curved Valance. Now the install ion. As you can see from the photos the shade was put up not centered. It was not the room darkening I selected and it did not have fabric on the valance. Approximately one hour later I open the patio door only to have the valance fall off on to my arm injuring me. As the owner was about to leave with stool and tools in hand, I inquired about the WHITE PLASTIC VALANCE. He stated he did not notice but would order correct valance and come back to center shade. After I expressed my displeasure as to the mistakes made, he stated he would give me a $200.00 discount on the shutter. The price now would be $1275.00 Shutter $480.00 for the shade -$200.00 credit for the shade The shutter would now be $1555.00 Quite the math skills. He then advised me to try to sell the shade to a neighbor or someone in the community. At the age of 73 I am not willing to go door to door selling a shade? REALLY! He arrived July 13, 2023 with the correct valance. He proceeded to correct the installation for the shade crooked once again. He has never once measured the install just eyeballed it. Guess he forgot his measuring tape once again. As you can see form the last photo the holes he drilled are not centered and the far right one was put in at an angle. That shade would never have hung straight. It is an issue because he was saying things that were absurd throughout the 3 visits This is an issue when a vendor treats you like you are stupid. I am 73 but not stupid yet sir! read more

I reached out to get a quote for blinds/shades & the response was swift. I worked with Chuck & he came out to give me an estimate on my vision. He gave me some alternative choices in which actually worked out better than what I wanted initially by him giving me xtra options. The color I wanted seemed to be discontinued but, instead of me having to pick a plan B Chuck called the manufacture to dbl check & behold they did have it. There was a qk turnaround on the product & a great value as well. He installed it & I really dig my shades. Definitely recommend this company for your window coverings. read more

Chuck answered our call for exactly what we needed for our new house/new build. We needed window treatments asap that was nice but not pricey. Lowes quoted me $90 for install (not including the blinds). Chuck quoted me about $100 per window which was the blinds with wooden valance (see pic) and installation! The samples he brought were of nice quality and impressive. Totally like what I saw at Lowes. Chuck came over as scheduled 2wks later on the appt day/time. He got setup and finished my 14 windows before I knew it! I was putting up a curtain rod for the 6ft patio slider, I asked him for help on it and he didn't even hesitate to lend a hand. Such a great guy! Would I recommend him? Heck YEAH! Professional, prompt, all around great guy. read more
