I was looking around for someone to install rolling shutters/screens on my back patio. After a few companies came by to give me quotes and talk about the screen, I decided decided to go with Rick. Rick also happened to work with my ex-husband years ago. Rick was honest about everything and what to expect so we went ahead and gave it a go. We signed the paperwork on February 2 and have them installed March 24, so we will see how they work. They look beautiful and hopefully they will stand the heat in Vegas and windy days and hopefully they last for years to come !! We are so excited to see how this keeps the patio cool cooler and keep the bug bugs out. Rick had a game of three people that got here around 8:45 and we're done within a couple hours. Everybody was very respectful and kind. read more

Thank you Rick for doing such a great and fast job! Highly recommend, I'll be using you again soon.

This review is long overdue. I've been working with Rick at Nevada Shutter & Blinds for over 5 years. I first hear of his business from my handyman back in 2019. Rick came that very week to give me a quote for about 30 windows in a 3,000 square foot house and I thought it was a great deal. The shutters arrived sooner than expected which has been the case with every order I've placed... no complaints here. Rick has always been honest with me about pricing and is very straight forward with his recommendations. I also love that out of every quote I've ever gotten his prices are the most affordable. I also had Rick come out in 2023 to give me a quote for shutters in my new home and again he had the best price in town. My most recent project this year was a small condo and I was going to go with woven blinds and he strongly suggested I not do that. He said the woven blinds would easily damage with the desert heat and that they were way more expensive than the shutters. I thought about it and after getting a very expensive quote from Home Depot for about $7,800 for woven blinds, I decided to go with Rick and pay way less for either blinds or shutters. Rick gave me a very reasonable quote for woven blinds but I knew the better value would be to go for the shutters and so I did. Overall I like that Rick is a great communicator and if there is any issue with arrival time, he will always let you know and answers texts right away. I keep hiring him for all my window treatments because I know and trust the work he does and nobody else in town has been able to match his prices. I don't know how he affords to give those prices to his customers but he just does and his customer service and installation guy, Orlando are simply amazing! If you haven't tried Nevada Shutter & Blinds I'm sure you're overpaying and I highly recommend giving this family owned and operated company a try! Thanks Nevada Shutter & Blinds for making my window treatments dreams come true! read more

Had Nevada Shutter and Blind install 19 plantation shutters in my home. Rick was easy to work with, offered great advice and exceeded our expectations with great customer service. His installer also did a great job, was quick, efficient and cleaned up when he was finished. If you are looking for "old school" customer service, Nevada Shutter and blinds is for you. read more

I was referred to Rick Cenzer by my new neighbors next door, that were fixing up their home to be rented out. I asked them if they knew anybody for shutters and they gave me the name and number to Nevada Shutters. At the time, I already had 2 other bids and was pretty much set on one. Then I called Rick. He came out and I knew from the very beginning, I liked this guy. I trusted him. He gave me a great bid, I enjoyed all his recommendations that he gave me. I was going to put shutters on my patio door and he advised not too. He introduced me to Smart Drape and I loved the idea! Rick and Orlando came yesterday, Jan 7th, 2026 and took down my old blinds and installed my new shutters and Smart Drape on my patio door and what a huge difference. I'm so ecstatic of the tranformation it made to the inside of my house. What a difference!!!! If you need shutters or anything for your window coverings, please call Rick with Nevada Shutters he won't disappoint. read more

Extremely happy with Nevada Shutters. We chose their real wood shutters to give our game room a pub feel, and Rick was extremely helpful in choosing the right finish to match our flooring showing us samples so we could make the right decision. He also explained the different shutter options that would be appropriate for our larger room. Pricing was great, completion half the time of other companies, and our installer Orlando was in and out in no time with no mess and carted away our old blinds. Highly recommend Nevada Shutters. Will be using them in the future for our shutter and blind needs. read more

I had gotten several estimates for blinds for 6 windows and sliders. Rick was extremely professional and helpful showing me how each would be mounted and how it would look when finished. When my blinds came in Rick and his installer both showed up and completed the job in a timely manner. I am extremely happy with the blinds and the installation and for choosing Nevada Shutter & Blinds. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for window or door coverings. Rick at Nevada Shutter is Great! We had shutters put on every window and a Drop Down remote shade at our patio. The pricing was very fair and the product is excellent. The install went seemlessly and effeciently. We are very happy with the shutters and patio shade we got. The Patio shade will be excellent come late spring into fall as we can close it off to make a "California Room". We highly reccomend Rick and his team. read more

I'm currently with the U.S. Army stationed overseas. My family in Las Vegas and I worked exclusively with Randy Warren from the Pahrump office. Despite having to communicate mostly by text and email, Randy was always responsive with me. He was very professional, courteous, and constantly kept me in the loop on "what was going on". I cannot imagine getting any better service from another vendor, and the quality and pricing of the blinds from Nevada Shutter and Blinds just made it an overall AWESOME experience. Look no further...very highly recommended! read more

We're very happy with our new plantation shutters. The house is about 5,000 sq ft and it took a few hours to install but the crew was friendly and considerate of our new wall paint. Rick was patient with us explaining the construction of the casings and carefully explained exactly how they would look. He also accommodated our indecisiveness when it came to choosing tthe right color. I met with a few shutter companies and NV Shutters were the least expensive (by far in some cases) and did a great job. I would definitely recommend. read more

We finally decided to buy our blinds with Nevada Shutter & Blinds after getting shutter quotes from several other companies. The responsiveness and friendly customer service of Rick and Brittany are in part why we decided to choose Nevada Shutter & Blinds. They are both also why I am giving them 5 stars on top of the amazingly beautiful shutters we just had installed on Thursday. They are well worth the investment. The photos alone do not do them justice... we absolutely LOVE them! Thank you to Rick & Brittany for helping make one of our dreams a reality! read more

Ordered Eclipse E-zip screen motorized shades from Nevada Shutter & Blinds, for our patio, after contacting and meeting with several different companies. Not only did I love the product and price and time frame, which were all better than the others, but I liked the no pressure approach. Due to the pandemic, the shades did take a bit longer to arrive, but they were totally worth the wait! They look amazing and totally created an outdoor room that I just love, Rick, the owner really wanted me to be happy and I truly am! He kept me informed and followed up when I had questions and really went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. read more

We had our shutters installed 5 years ago. Beautiful still! Excellent quality and excellent service both then and now. Our dog pushed in on a shutter and broke the pin in the louver. I called up Rick Cenzer. He got a replacement pin, came over and fixed it and didn't even charge me!! Amazing! If you are in the market for shutters look him up. Excellent pricing, excellent quality and excellent service!! read more

Fantastic company. We will always support small businesses. Great owner, very responsive and responsible. Not afraid to offer you a good advice/idea that you may not have thought of yourself. First class company. Great selection price and timely professional installation. Recently, four years after initial installation (where Rick spent extra time and effort to make the installation exactly what I wanted ) I needed a sliding blind moved up due to new thicker carpet installation. I called Rick, he remembered me, we discussed what I needed and he sent Mike over the next day to take care of the move. Thanks!! read more

Great customer service ! Rick was very patient with our indecisive family. We had shutters installed throughout the entire home. He threw in a nice cover for the small bathroom window too. The men installing the windows were so quick that I left the room for a minute and came back to see the all of them installed so precisely. After more indecisiveness with the family, we decided to make a shutter door for the French door we had. We gave rick another call and he already had dimensions ready and came in for a quick look to make sure it was right. The guys installed it in less than 5 minutes. What a work of art. Wonderful company! read more

This place is an absolute joke. Didn't even get an appointment done, as the owner was a no show. Rick, the owner, scheduled an appointment with me and then he never showed up. When I called to check in he said he never wrote the appointment down. He also asked me to measure the windows and email him the measurements, which I did and he never responded, and then he acted clueless like he never got the email? This company is incompetent and it is clearly the owner. Stay away. read more

We recently purchased/built a townhome and after speaking with different window treatment companies, we decided to do business with Rick. It was the most pleasant and easy experience. We live out of state and he not only worked with us back and forth over the phone but he also mailed us a sample binder where we could see the actual materials. Rick was very accommodating and very empathetic listening to us while we went through some snags of building while living out of state. The best part was the cellular shade with picked look beautiful in our new home and the price was very economical. We felt that he was very honest by giving us pointers of what we needed vs wanted. He advised us against choices that would have cost us more. Thank you so much Rick! - Jerry & Rose, Inspirada Community read more

I called and Rick called me right back, I am from California and Rick went over took all the measurements during the construction. He emailed all my options and gave me recommendations. Several days later called him back to place the order. The home was done before our blinds were suppose to be there and he offered to put up temporary blinds until mine came in...Wow now that is service.. He always kept me updated on the installation. The installers that came were very Friendly, Professional and Hard Workers. The Shutters Looked AMAZING!! Thank you Neveda Shutter & Blinds for the Great Customer Service! read more

We ordered a motorized awning in Pacific Blue to match our other stationary awnings. We were very pleased with the crew that Rick assembled for the project - everyone was on time, mindful of social distancing and quite courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We were shopping for large size shade for our rear yard. We called 2 companies and Rick came out to price as the second company. Very unprofessional!!! First of all it took me 3 times to call and get someone to answer. Then when I finally did he acted like coming over to measure was a burden. I still remained patient and an appointment was made. Then I get a call 20 minutes after my 9am appointment time to say "I'm running late can I come over in about 30 more minutes" No way. My time is money as well and I didn't go into work to wait. Customer service is lacking in all industries. read more

We received quotes from 4 other companies. Rick was the nicest guy, came to do an estimate very quickly and he had a great selection of roller shades for us to choose from. We were given a lead time of 4-6 weeks by other companies but Rick said he would have us covered in a little over a week. And his price was super competitive. True to his word, the team was there and installed our roller shades in a week and a half. I think we'd still be waiting on the other guys to put our shades in. Go with Rick if you like quality work and don't want to be naked in front of your neighbors for any longer than you have to be. read more

I just got my Norman shutters installed this morning and they are so beautiful! I got the pure white, hidden tilt shutters which look so clean. I had Nevada Shutter do the shutters on my home in back in 2006. I recently purchased a new home and decided to shop around. I recently did a complete remodel on my entire home and #1 on my list was new window treatments. I had shopped around a few different businesses and options and NS & B was my last stop. Rick came in at a price within my budget, worked well with me on what I wanted as well as giving me advice on what I didn't need to keep costs in line. Cannot recommend this company enough! Rick (owner) came over personally to talk to us about our job. We are new to Vegas and all the challenges of the heat. Rick walked thru our house, listened to our likes and dislikes and made excellent recommendations. He measured each window and quoted us an a price well below what we had thought we would pay. Rick came back on day of install and oversaw everything. The blinds are absolutely perfect. The attention to service and detail was incredible.
