"You Had One Job" department: I visited their showroom and ordered a single retractable screen for my back door. These are custom made, and they send email when it is built. It took them a week after the email arrived to contact me for an installation date & time.  1:00pm to 3:00pm Thursday, July 22nd. Had they arrived at 1:00 things would have been fine but a sudden thunderstorm at 2:00 (monsoon with 60MPH winds) caused them to cancel. Rescheduled for the next day, 11-noon to avoid any possible afternoon storm. Installer did not get here until 3:30.  He had called around 1:45 to let me know he had been sent to the other side of town with another assignment. The screen door was installed quickly, but it did not latch. He drilled some more holes for the magnet, and finally got it. It looked fine from inside the house. But the next morning when I was on my way out, I could not lock the door, and it took a contortionist move to reach behind the screen door handle and turn the door knob to get back inside. They installed the door backwards. (see photos) A phone call to their answering machine was not returned until Monday morning. They fixed the problem Monday afternoon, so 3 stars instead of just 1. read more

UPDATE: We ended up dealing with the owner Robbie instead of the office manager and are very pleased. He came out to our home personally, and did not charge us for the visit. He fixed the damage to our home and did some touch up on the frames. He adjusted the screens and they are much better. He brought our additional remote and programmed it, and explained cleaning and some other information that was not explained to us by the install crew. He seemed very sincere when he apologised (several times) and made us feel that he truly does want his customers to be happy. We have purchased more from him now and if all goes well the four star rating will become five stars! They damaged my home when installing my $17,000 worth of window screens. Three of the five screens are loose and flap in the wind and they said that is normal that only three of them do this. They damaged the frame of one of the screens leaving exposed and sharp metal which will rust. They did not give me the second remote for the screens which I paid for. Now they say we are going to be charged $90 (on top of the $17000+ that we already paid) for a service call?!!! So WE have to pay for their damage and their mistakes?! I was so excited to do business with this company and planned on spending a substantial amount more, but if this is how a customer is treated when the company is at fault, I want nothing to do with said company. After having issues with my VERY nosy neighbor, I decided to look for something to help me have more privacy in my backyard. So I found ClearView Vegas through Yelp and found out that patio privacy screens exists! It looked so perfect for my situation that I contacted Robbie right away to see how much it would cost to have them installed. Robbie was prompt with his replies and gave a lot of information about the patio screens. He was on-time with his appointment and is such a friendly guy! He wore shoe covers before he stepped inside my house. I am glad that ClearView offers financing because my landscaping contractor sure didn't! I chose to have manual patio screens at first because I thought I couldn't afford the motorized one at the time. Since financing is available, I definitely changed my decision to have the motorized patio screens instead because it looks a lot better and you can use a remote controller to control the screens rather than adjusting them physically. The lending company they use allows you to pay off the loan quicker (if you want to) without any penalties and there's no interest for the first 6 months. I requested to have my motorized patio screens installed after my landscaping because I just know it will be very dusty while the landscapers work on my backyard... I didn't want my new screens to catch any dust. Robbie was very understanding about it. He told me that the wait is fine and there's no rush... even though my landscapers kept pushing back the start date on my backyard. After my landscaping was completed, I called and had Samantha set up an appointment for the installation. The staff that came by are friendly and they took a few hours to complete the installation. I had my motorized screens hardwired rather than having it as a plug-in to use in electrical outlets. The staff members cleaned up nicely after they were done and there were no issues noted afterwards. One of the staff members taught me how to control the screens with the remote controller before they all left. It was very easy to use. I'm very happy with my motorized patio privacy screens! If you need any extra privacy with your windows or patio, you should definitely contact ClearView for your needs! They also install Christmas lights during the Holidays, as well. I placed the order and the installer came out and did a perfect install! I had the 90 % solar screen installed, The screen made a HUGH difference on our 77"x77" sun facing window! Late with the review, but had our screen door installed back in May of 2020 when everything was really delayed. Had a group of our neighbors go in after looking at many options and everyone loves the screen door. There is nothing to trip over and it almost disappears when it is open all the way. Keeps the bugs out while we keep the slider open. Robert was always communicating and upfront with the lead times. We have a 50# Whoodle who is clumsy and has ran into it screen a few times when he had the zoomies. It survived most of the impacts, but will need to replace the screen at some point. Learned our lesson to keep something on the screen so the dogs can see it. read more

We have had these screens for almost 2 years and they are FANTASTIC! ClearView Vegas installed them and we have not had a single issue thus far. We roll them down/up automatically every day. They have withstood gusts of wind upwards of 50 mph with no problem, they are rated to 75 mph. When rolled down they provide a great space to warm with a heater. Clear View Vegas exceeded my expectations. Initially, the communication was very consistent and fast. I inquired about the products, scheduled an appointment and placed an order for my motorized shades in the same week. Robbie was very courteous, knowledgeable about the product and gave several options to chose from - while making suggestions based off of his experience. He was not pushy or aggressive. I had a retractable screen "door" put on my sliders. This is the only company in Vegas that offers this service. They came highly recommended by the solar screen company that did my house. Even though I have awnings my direct southern exposure still allows for some sun and heat to go through the E glass. This was the answer. The screen they used for my project was solar screening, although not as high a blocking rating due to the fact of the thickness that would result when fully retracted would not work in the retraction mechanism. In order to install this long run, ClearView put a traditional solar screen on the fixed panel and ran the retractable from there. It looks good and gives me the protection I want in coordination with the awnings and I get the advantage of being able to open the sliders for air without getting unwelcome flying visitors. They explained everything I needed to do to keep everything in top shape and said to call if there were ever any questions or concerns. I recently worked with ClearView Vegas based on a recommendation from a door installer. I couldn't be happier. I replaced a sliding screen door to a patio with a set of French style doors that open into the house. A regular screen wouldn't work as well. ClearView came out and did a throughout estimate for installing a retractable Screen and explained how it would look and how it would work. I paid the deposit and they scheduled out two weeks from then. They sent reminders about the install appointment and the installer called the day of to advise of running a bit late. He arrived and less than an hour later I have a wonderful retracting Screen which works great and looks very nice and professional. Basically like it's always been there. Their screen doors, except for actual mesh itself, are under warranty. Called to schedule an appointment for motorized sun shades and the person who answered the phone basically wanted me to measure everything myself and she would give me an estimate on the phone. I am looking for someone who can come out, show me the product, show me how it mounts, give me suggestions for my huge patio based on how the sun hits it in the morning and ultimately give me some options. Had retractable screens installed for my patio and Robert who came over for the quote was very friendly and awesome to work with. Because Robert was so nice, I added more work then I had originally planned. Don't mind paying for great customer service The screens were amazing. Sadly, 6 months on, I contacted the company again for a quote to change out the screens for the rest of the house. On the day of the appointment, John called me 15 mins before our appointment at 5.30pm, letting me know that he cldnt make it because he had babysitter issues. Understandable, things happen. So he said he wld come the next day and I don't hv to be there. Next day came but he never showed up. I assume it was because of the rain. Still, wld have been nice to give me a call. Followed up with him and he said he wld arrange for someone to come over. They showed up when I wasn't home. Talked to them through my ring cam. After which, I didn't hear from them for the quote. I called and Tina who has always been very nice, gave me the quote. I needed more details and Tina said she was going to ask John to call me. Nothing. I texted John and still no rely. This has been a couple of weeks of back and forth. Extremely disappointed by the lack of interest in my returning business. Update-Tina and Robert are awesome to work with. VERY IMPORTANT if you're shopping around....I wanted a retractable screen that didn't have a track mounted on top of your existing threshold, which creates tripping hazard.
