I don't remember the names of the two gentlemen who sold me my windows but I do remember how impressed I was. They came in at a fraction of the price of every other company I received quotes from. They were professional, straightforward, never pushy, and just genuinely kind people to work with. They even stopped by my office instead of my home to complete the documents we needed. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the customer service after the sale: About a year after my installation, the window frames that are exposed to the brutal Nevada sun started to yellow. I called Window World, and even though it had been a year, they immediately offered to make it right. They sent out a representative named Alex (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly, kind gentleman in a truck and ties is hair back) and he was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain what had happened and walked me through a few different solutions. We decided to have the frames repainted with a specialty paint designed for the issue and within just a few days, a painter was at my house completing the work. The painter was also great. The only hiccup was that while removing my screen door, one of the handles came off without either of us noticing. There were also a few small spots of white paint left behind on my walls. I called Window World, explained the situation, and they immediately sent Alex back out. Once again, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. He looked over my concerns and assured me they'd be fixed. Then he noticed that my screen had been absolutely destroyed by my dogs. I never even asked about it but he volunteered to replace the screen on the spot. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. From the initial sales experience to standing behind their product long after installation, Window World has been outstanding. They earned my trust and they've earned a customer for life. I won't use anyone else for my windows, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. read more

I can't say enough about how wonderful Window World has been to work with! From the very start, Kevin was an amazing sales consultant. No snake oil salesman; just legit, honest facts! I went through several quotes from other companies and Window World had the best price, quality, and warranty! Walter took the measurements and he was also very kind and professional! He knew his stuff, just like Kevin! Could this be true? Two reps in a row that are honest and truthful? And then there's Oscar and Christian who handled the install! These guys were the cherry on top! Hard workers, very professional, protected my home and cleaned up all the mess! Their work was exquisite! Very detailed oriented! Everything looks simply amazing! I couldn't be happier! I wish I would've done this sooner! Thank you Window World!! read more

I contacted Window World based off the reviews here on Yelp...they were not wrong! Starting with our sales rep Kevin...nice, very thorough and knowledgable about his products. He was able to provide pictures to present to my HOA board and waited patiently for approval, once received, Kevin ordered right away and delivery was within the time frame quoted. The installers did an A+ job making sure they did not overlook a single detail. The entire window project exceeded my expectations, for both quality and price. read more

Replaced 8 windows and 2 patio doors. Quality was excellent and came with lifetime guarantee. Price was in line and half as much as Andersen. They took two days to install. The crew was knowledgeable and friendly. They left no trash behind and even took my old window coverings with them and disposed of them. The windows are beautiful totally stoked. Window World - Windows Installation Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

As I am planning to sell my house this year, I needed to replace my sliding glass door since it did not lock appropriately. I appreciate that the salesman, Arthur, was not pushy and laid everything out for me pretty quickly. This is during the Christmas holiday and today, 22 January the installer arrived. I have put in windows and doors myself back in the early 90s when I was working for a contractor. But it's nice having somebody come in being professional and completing a job in about four hours. Oscar was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing what he did. Very friendly and fluent in English. The reason I went with Window World instead of Anderson is because Anderson wanted to charge $11,000 whereas Window World price was $3200. My brother in Virginia used Window World and suggested them. I had three other estimates but I thought when the world was gonna be the best fit. Now I actually have a screen door with my sliding glass door. Thank you Window world. Oscar cleaned up the area and caulked all the way around to seal the door. read more

Do NOT USE Window World for your home's windows or doors. Window World here in Las Vegas leaves a lot to be desired. Installation of my new patio sliding door was a disaster. The ineptness of the installers was mindboggling. Not only dd they do a poor job installing the door, but the next day it rained, and there was water inside my house, all over my new floor. Their solution was a bunch of caulking instead of resetting the door properly. Door quality is average, installation is very poor. Do not use Window World for your windows or doors read more

I am very happy with the customer service window world provides. The Installer made a mistake and also did not clean the windows well. Andrew Reed came out and immediately got to work. Cleaned the windows and repaired the damage done by the installer. He even noticed a hole in one of the screens due to a tree branch rubbing against it that I had not seen. He took the screen in for repair. I'm super impressed with the service! Thank you! read more

Just had my patio door replaced by Oscar Farjardo and his apprentice Chris. They arrived on time and began working. Oscar and Chris prepared the room with plastic so no dirt or dust would be left behind. The install went properly and fast (Install included door, foam insulation and molding). I have used Window World to date three times; once in New York replacing a full house of windows and twice here in Henderson Nevada replacing patio doors on my two condos. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs windows or doors replaced. I was extremely happy with the price for door and installation. Teresa from Henderson read more

Love everything about this company. From Brians knowledge of the product and not feeling like we were being pressured. Oscar and Chris showed up on time and did an amazing job on installation. We recommend window world to anyone who needs new windows especially for the price and quality. read more

Kevin from Window World was so helpful in choosing the right door for our home. No high pressure sales pitch like many other in-home sales people. He was patient, informative, and very professional. But the product isn't the only factor, the installation plays a huge role in the satisfaction. Walter was meticulous in making sure this beautiful door, threshold, and trim were perfectly installed! Window World - Woodgrain Fiberglass Door with Multi-level Locking System. Before and After - Windows Installation Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

While house was cooler after installation, several years ago, white vinyl frames yellowed and browned shortly after. Suggestion by owner Blake? "Paint them!" Really? Three of the four front windows were replaced. Fourth never came. A piece for the arch window in the master bath was missing. Called about it, nothing. Other frames with direct sun exposure are discolored. Don't play into the family photos in their advertising. That's a hook. If you have metal frames for your windows, find a company who will replace the glass panes. Sun and heat are torture for vinyl frames. read more

Poor quality & customer service. Their attitude still hasn't changed. My people is quality service.

From the start, Window World has done an awesome job! From Kevin, our salesman, Joseph, our scheduler, and especially to Oscar, Isreal and Christian our installers for completing the install! They accommodated our schedule by showing up earlier than normal so they could finish and we could attend an event that was previously scheduled! The windows look great and we are so happy that we are going to do the patio door now! It has to match the windows. :) Thanks everyone! read more

Can't recommend this company enough!! They are FANTASTIK! Armando is extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I contacted window world to replace my window because of a leak that I could not figure out. I signed a contract, and was ready to do it. They called me the next day after an in-person inspection and told me that I shouldn't replace my big living room window because it's already installed perfectly. They could have just moved forward, taken the money, replaced the window, etc but they were honest with me and told me I should try a different way. I ended up fixing the leak differently which resolved the issue. Would highly recommend - honest and caring service. read more

We were in search of new windows on a 30 year old home we purchased 2 years ago. We did research on Yelp and read reviews of several window replacement companies. We contacted Window World and received a call within an hour. A complimentary appointment was set up a few days later with Kevin from sales. He was on time and very knowledgeable with there and many other products. He took measurements of our windows and provided an estimate along with a few price point options to consider. After reviewing the other bids we received, we decided to go with the Milguard windows with black trim outside and white in the inside through Window World. We had a total of 14 windows changed out. They were a little more pricey, but the black contrast on the outside matched our homes exterior paint. Kevin gave us a 4 week timeframe that our windows would be ready. We received a call a week earlier than promised that our windows came in and installation was arranged 2 days later. The team of Abraham, Nalu & Hayze showed up on time as promised. They went straight to work. Each one of them knew their job and work cohesively together not wasting any time. We also had blinds that they removed for us and disposed of. They completed the installation in one- day. Upon completion they cleaned up and also cleaned the windows both inside and out. If Yelp had a 10 star rating, I would give it. If you are looking to have new windows installed, do not hesitate to give Window World a call, you won't be disappointed. read more

Their lifetime guarantee is incredible! Had all windows replaced at a reasonable price. Unfortunately there was an issue with these frames made from a new compound that caused them to turn yellow. No questions asked Window World did not hesitate to step up and after approval from the manufacturer replaced every single window at no cost to us. What are the chances for it to happen twice? Yep it did. I was petrified to call them again assuming it was going to cause a great deal of money this time and I really didn't want to go through the disturbance of the whole house again while they removed & replaced them for the third time. Surprise, they offered to paint the frames this time still with the lifelong guarantee. The crew did a good job and my windows look like new again. Thank you Window World for upholding your guarantee!. read more

I met with several window companies and Window World was my supplier of choice. Their pricing was easy to understand, extremely competitive and the installation process was a breeze. The workers were very polite and kept the house spotless during the install. I immediately noticed my A/C was not running as much sincee the windows were insulating the house so much more than the old windows. read more

Today we had 15 windows replaced by Window World. Abe and his crew got it done all in ONE day. Super professional, clean, and respectful. We bought pizza for luch for them, kept them hydrated and full of treats throughout the hot day. My experience with Window World was great from start to finish! I needed some new windows for my home and was recommended Window World by my in-laws. Kevin came to our home to do an initial inspection and gave us a quote. We looked at two other competitors but Window World's offer was much more reasonable by a significant margin. On the day of installation, we had Armando, Juan, Scotty, and Dallas install our windows. They were on time, friendly, and did a great job with the installation. Overall, I would recommend Window World and will certainly call them back when we need our other windows replaced! read more

Got two estimates for windows and Window World came in way under. My first estimate recommended Milgard windows and we did like the look of since they have modern, flush handles. Window World offered Simonton which are slightly cheaper but similar quality and offered the more intense blue glaze which we thought would be best for our east facing windows. The windows arrived quicker than the quoted 6 weeks (3weeks), so I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call to schedule an appointment which worked out to be the following day. Armando, Juan, and Dallas replaced two windows and a sliding glass patio door. They were all super friendly and professional. Armando offered me several options for the door molding which was a little complicated. The whole operation took about 4 hours. read more

Much better options locally. Price looks great but the product doesn't. Installers get paid by the window, so they hustle. Great quote I heard while shopping for windows. " A great window with a bad install, is a bad window". I went with a locally owned company. read more

I waited to review the company because I wanted to verify how my energy efficiency was in my condo after full window and patio door replacement! I can see the energy bill is so low now! I haven't even turned on the heat with the cold temps lately! I had my windows replaced in August, 2024. The team of 3 men- Steve, Juan and Lead Rinaldo (?) did a wonderful job! I can easily open all my windows now, and they look awesome! The patio door glides SO smoothly now! I can see out clearly from the new screens also. I can lock the patio screen while having the patio door open for fresh air, a feature Rinaldo did for me. They made sure my blinds were back in place. The CLEANUP was the best I had ever seen! You couldn't even tell they had been there (minus the great looking outcome)! Kevin Forbus was the sales agent and I believe I had a great deal with 12 months free financing. He helped me choose the products I wanted, to make it match the HOA's requirements and satisfy me with the look I wanted. I am very pleased with Window World and recommend them. read more

Our experience with Window World was great from the beginning. Setting up an appointment was easy and fast, no 30 minutes of questions like some other outfits. Kevin came to our house to check out our windows and give us an estimate. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want nor need, but he did give us options due to two of our "odd shaped" windows. The price was right and we booked the project. Within a month, the project was underway. We knew that due to some needed construction that this would be a two day project. Brandon, Will, and Tamas came ready to work. The windows and framing look great! It's amazing how much cooler the glass is than the original glass was. We highly recommend Window World! read more
