We recently did a full home window installation with AHE Windows & Doors and we can't recommend them enough! They completed the job in just one day--which is impressive considering we have a two-story home. The windows look fantastic, our house feels fresh and updated, and we've already had neighbors compliment them and ask who did the work. Not only do they look great, but we can already tell a difference with our AC keeping the heat out. From the quote to the installation, the entire experience was smooth and professional. A huge thank you to the amazing crew: Josh, Hector, Sergio, Angel, and Cuco--they worked hard and did an excellent job. Also, big thanks to Joe (the owner) and Jason (the project manager) for making the process stress-free and easy to navigate. If you're considering new windows, I highly recommend going with AHE. Excellent company, excellent team, and excellent results! read more

Waaaaaay overpriced compared to several other companies. Not to mention their sales rep is like a used car salesman. Looked at our current doors for all of 5 seconds, basically said they are hideous and then moved on to the sales pitch! Also said our hinges were not security hinges and could pull out the pin; yet he could not because they are security hinges with a center lock. He then said 9k and $8,250 for French doors - insanity!!! He also tried to sell the 9k door first like it was all they had then when we brought up the other brand they sold he said - yes they are a bit cheaper. Could care less about discussing anything except prices and going on and on and on about how they are the best and all other companies are terrible. Brought in sales material - when we commented that he appeared to be a bit high he was offended. He then began to leave and made a smart comment on his way out "Call Anderson see how much they cost, good luck." read more

I couldn't be more pleased with AHE. The crew was amazing, showed up right on time, kept the workplace clean and very efficient. I love my new Doors and Windows !! I got quotes from 5 different sources, he was only about ten percent above the cheapest, but as they say, you get what you pay for. I just like to use locally owned businesses because if something does go wrong, it's just one phone call. Whatever you decide, at least let Joe come out for a bid, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again AHE !! read more

AHE - Door and window - Windows Installation Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Had an absolutely horrible experience with AHE from start to finish. Joe and his sales person came to my house and made a ton of promises, and did not live up to any of them. Once they had my money, Joe was completely non-respondent and did nothing to resolve any of the issues with his team's work. To sum it up: - They started the work later than the initial estimated time frame they gave me -Joe was "out of town" and sent his crew here despite not having the standard supervision, by his own comments to me -The crew did not finish the job, despite me being told it would take a few hours and be finished in one day -No one followed up with me to finally complete the work, I had to call/text them several times over the course of weeks while I had half-finished doors -Joe's team ruined my patio furniture, left dust/debris all over my living room and patio -Joe team left trash on the street in front of my house I was told repeatedly by Joe and his sales person that they would treat my home as if it was their own. They both repeated the line that "everything will be the same as you see it now". That was NOT the case, and I ended up cleaning up Joe's mess for several hours. Save yourself some money and get your service done elsewhere, because AHE was by-far the most expensive quote we got but we got horrible service. Unprofessional from the moment they got paid. read more

Wonderful company to work with. We had 2 doors and a window installed. Couldn't be happier. Most definitely will use them again. Completely professional read more

I had all my windows done years ago. One of my windows cracked recently and called them to see if they could fix it. First, I was told that the company was bought or absorbed by a new company. They said they would take care of me; I did not care whether I paid for the repair as I figured they were no longer under warranty I was sure. The gentleman kept stringing me along as if they were going to help me. They never got back to me over a month time, did not communicate well for a business. Once again today they said they would install the replacement. No show, no call. Do not recommend this company!!! Horrible business. read more

AHE was great we were very happy with Joe and his team..We had a wall with a standard door and wanted to see the mountains..we called Joe they came out and 6 weeks later it was done to perfection..These are high end doors trust me they are not the average sliding doors. They open with one finger and lock securely .. Everyone who comes into my home just loves them and we are very happy we chose a great company. We have a new home but Joe and his team changed this home into a totally custom home..greatly appreciated. Just doing this really increased the value of our home so much we now have our million dollar view for a fraction of the price...Thank you Joe ,Sean and the rest of the team for your hard work..doing construction in your home is stressful especially during the intense heat but we are so happy we chose you!! Thank you.. read more

Another great experience with AHE! We've used them a couple of other times over the years - to replace front and back doors and a few windows. We needed to replace a couple of other windows at this time and didn't hesitate to call Joe. He gave us a very fair quote and here we sit 7 weeks later with two new beautiful custom-made windows! Installation was the next day after we were told the windows were in. Cory, Ronnie and Jeremiah came on time and ready to work. They were pleasant, professional and very respectful of our home. Most importantly, they knew what they were doing and worked together as a great team. All in all, very happy to give AHE our business and will do so without hesitation in the future. Great company, great products and terrific employees! read more

Thank you so much for the wonderful experience with your company! Robbie your excellent phone communication and even coming and checking with me on installation day was greatly appreciated. There were six installers here who worked so well together that you could tell they actually loved what they were doing and took pride in their work! I most certainly will be using your services again in the future! THANK YOU AHE! read more

AHE - Exquisite AHE front door (custom stained) and frame. One of several amazing projects AHE completed for us. - Windows Installation Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I cannot express enough how great it was working with AHE. Joe and his team were phenomenal. Joe helped us with our options for replacing our front entry door. He was patient and informative. We made our choice, we gave his quote. The quote NEVER changed. What he said was what we paid. The installers (TJ and Isaac, I believe) were punctual, courteous and clean. Great team. The painter arrived on time two days later and did an amazing job. Corey came out a few days later to make some final adjustments. Another great team member. Shannon in the office was on top of EVERYTHING. Calling with reminders, status updates and just checking in. Truly amazing. We LOVE our new door but we may possible love AHE even more. Thanks for a wonderful experience read more

We are in the process of modernizing our home and the front entrance had long seen its' better days. Joe came out and provided a very fair estimate which included an extended warranty and a finishing application above and beyond its' competitors . Everyone with AHE is professional and pleasant to work with. The workers arrived on time and were neat and meticulous. AHE gave our home an enhanced curb appeal. The doors are beautiful and I can't wait to get the house painted to see their ultimate beauty. I look forward to future projects with AHE. read more

AHE did a fantastic job on the doors and windows I recommend them any time they installed one entry door and Luis did a great job with the stain the windows had the newest glass and were installed professionaly read more

I had pretty bad rot on my back door from a constant ac drip. I got three quotes for a solid door with no glass - renewal by Andersen $5500, the window and door store $4500, and AHE $3000. I felt like the other companies were very sales pitchy and extremely overpriced. I ended up choosing a door with AHE that did have a glass pane and it was still far cheaper than the other two companies were quoting for a solid door. The owner is who came out to do my quote and he was so kind. His son is who answers the phone 99% of the time when you call and he's also very polite. I ordered same day that AHE gave me the quote and received a call exactly 4 weeks later that the door had arrived and was ready for install. There were 3 guys that came to do the job. I know it may not seem big but I really appreciated the fact that it was a diverse team. They were so respectful of the property, polite, and did a phenomenal job. They taped and plastic wrapped the door to prevent dust from going all over the house. The door looks so amazing and shuts like it should. It took them about 4 hours from arrival to departure. If we do any future doors or windows we will for sure hire them again. read more

Joe was very easy to work with and the crew he sent was great! They did a great job! I love my new doors. The bedroom was a window that we had changed in to a door. Joe recommended the sliding french doors and I cant be happier! Well... My wife and I bought our "forever house" a couple years back but finally decided to do some improvements to the windows and doors. I thought that I'd have to go with separate companies for the projects but when I called this place I was quickly enlightened to find out they could do both. I got a few big windows replaced and they did my front door 12". It's a beauty. They did a great job. Corey and Joe were awesome! read more

I love my new windows, slider and security door installed by AHE. The installers were great, very professional and kept my house as clean as it could be for doing this job. There was delays in this project some due to covid some due to mistakes but all in all, everything was fixed and I'm enjoying them. The new windows are keeping the heat in and the cold out along with the noise, we had windows from 1998 from a company that went bankrupt. read more

Can't come out to do an estimate to replace a window and frame , they don't do that, they replied ! Then as a window company what exactly do they do , lol lucky I found this out since I want 24 windows done by the end of the year . What a joke read more

What a totally unprofessional company. Very rude. Has no idea about customer service. I absolutely would not recommend this company. The salesman was actually very nice and did a great sales job on me and gave a quote in writing which we verbally agreed. He then texted me a day later to say his Boss/Owner has told him it's $300 more (given to me in writing on text) and that he and his boss would call me a few days later to make a site visit. I never got the call! I then called back and got a story from the 'Owner' about how he had screwed up and it would be more cost. So I asked how much more and he said he'd call me back. Once again, he never called me back. I then called him back again, and he said it's gone up now by a further $800!!! I asked why does the price keep changing when I said that I had the quote in writing from the sales guy who did the initial visit, and the 'old guy Owner' put the phone down on me. How terrible!!!! I was infact willing to pay the extra but I certainly won't be now and will be letting my community home owners not to use this company. The worst service I have ever received! read more

Needed a new front door and fire door into the garage. Being in construction sales I was interested to see what I'd find. I interviewed a few of the popular companies, some were good some were horrible. I found American home exteriors very easy and pleasant to deal with while setting up the consultation. I was delighted that the owner himself came out to do the estimate. I found Joe to be very personable and easy to speak with, his knowledge of the industry and product was vast and very helpful. He presented me with what I felt was a very fair and honest price. Install was scheduled and completed for when discussed at time of signing contract, actually a little sooner. The installers that were sent arrived on time, ready to work and with smiles on their faces. I felt very comfortable with them in my house and they completed the work efficiently and to the best of quality. I'm extremely happy with the entire experience and wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again to refer them to friends and family. read more

We just had American Home Exteriors remove two old windows and install two new sliding doors. They did an amazing job, from the start Mike came out and explained the work needed and how his crew would do it. He was ahead of schedule and right on budget. His crew worked very clean each day and left the house looking spotless each day they worked. This was a big change for our house and they were able to make it happen in 48 hours. Some companies we have had in the past start a job and do little bits over several days, this was done well and fast. We will use them in the future for any home exterior or window needs we ever have in the future. read more

Great Experience, had 5 windows and a sliding door replaced, quality of the windows is great, took a crew of 5 less than one day to complete. If you call you will speak with Joe the owner, who is very knowledgeable. He stopped by during the work to check in. Very good, down to earth experience with no pressure or hassle, he knows his product and is proud of it. The noise and heat reduction from the new windows was immediate, and they were installed just days before a heat record setting week in Vegas. Thank you. read more

I had posted my review right after getting my new windows from American Home Exteriors it told how unhappy I was with heat coming through windows. I took post down because I thought I should give it more time to see. Well I should have kept post up because the heat radiating through windows is extreme and I'm upset! Joe sure can talk his way through a sale but nothing to back it up. Here's a link to part of his show to sell me on his windows that were so good at keeping the heat out! WRONG ! NOT GOOD! https://youtu.be/NPegpVLxEwY read more

I contacted AHE because of their good Yelp reviews. Joe came over and gave me a verbal quote. Seemed very straight forward and that the product is quality. He said he'd email a written and itemized version quote to me by next morning. I waited and followed up late the following day to ask for it, and he acted like it was an extra request and then wanted to confirm that I actually wanted to do the work before sending me the quote (as though it wasn't worth the time to write a quote if I was not serious). That written quote came in 29% higher than the verbal quote! I brought this up with Joe, and he responded that he'd honor the verbal quote if I committed to start the work. I then told him I was getting frustrated and he said we'd better part ways. What's relevant here is that this is a small house and the job was $12000. Perhaps if you have a bigger house/job, or if you're an older adult, you'll have a different experience. But if yours isn't a big job because you live in a smaller home, or you're a younger person, be prepared to receive second class treatment. I'd read a similar review of him when he was at Republic and was concerned this would happen. read more

I just called for info and the guy hung up on me saying that they are changing all windows in home not only one, very rude!

I had American Home Exteriors come out for a free estimate. Joe (who is one of the owners) came out to take a look at our sliding glass door. During the visit he made a rude comment. I finished up the conversation, got a card from him and he left. I then called the next day to talk to him about the rude comment and very respectfully mentioned that it was un called for and that he should treat customers better. He then laughed at me, and when I politely said that it was rude to laugh at my concerns he got agitated and denied it. I told him I didn't want an argument and that he just needed to know that you should not treat customers in this manner, he hung up on me. I will be looking for a different company who knows how to treat clients well and would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

We had a break in and the doors were damaged to the point that they needed to be replaced. Joe came out, gave us an estimate while we were at the house and a reasonable timeline to get the doors installed. We attempted to get other quotes and had one other company ask for pictures and then sent a quote that did not take into account what we asked for. Another one came out, said they would get us a quote and then two months later (after AHE had already done the work) called and asked if we had gotten a quote from them and did we still want the work done! Joe's team cam out as scheduled and installed two doors (front door and patio door) in one day, both look and work perfectly and the installation was so clean you can;t tell any work as done. Great job and reasonable price. They will be getting the job for our window replacements next year. read more
