Was quoted by a different company $4,500 to replace it and that price was unacceptable as it cost me $8,200 to replace all my other windows including a new sliding patio door recently. So I found this company who was able to replace parts of it and save me a lot of money. A tech was sent out to measure and provide an estimate (sorry cannot remember his name) he quoted for all 6 pieces as I asked but told me I only needed to change 2 if I was going to do any of it. The 2 main pieces had dust and dirt in between the panes so I could never get the window clean. After I decided to move forward I scheduled the install and Marlo showed up and was very professional and polite. He did the job very quickly and when he was removing the 2 old glass panes we discovered that they had completely failed as the outer pieces of glass separated from the inner spacer in effect leaving me with single pane glass.
