It has been three months since we had Nevada Rolling Shutters put on our whole house. After living with them for that amount of time, we are more in love with this product than we first were. We feel so secure when we leave home knowing it is fully protected but have the added bonus of keeping the sun and heat out also. We have dogs at home when we run errands and knowing our fur babies are protected is priceless. The entire crew that we met during the process was fantastic and the product is just as fantastic. We would 1000% recommend this company and these shutters. Thank you Nevada Rolling Shutter! read more

Periodically I have issues that I have to call them out about and they have always been fantastic and honest. Yes it's an expensive product and yes it's expensive for them to come out for any type of call but they quote you their call out rate up front. The weather we have is brutal and will cause issues when the full sun beats on them for years but I'm still happy with the product and the service Logan and his team has provided for the last 9 years. I've added more shutters, had them fix stuff that was 100% our fault, had to change a manual pull to a motor cuz it was too heavy for my elderly parents to pull up and down, had one motor go bad after 8 years and then recently had the same window which is always getting a direct beating in the sun need new slats because of some warping. Overall a great product and team of guys. read more

I've had my shutters for about 10 years now. They are not the problem....the lack of customer service is. If something goes wrong, good luck! They will try to squeeze every nickel out of you they can. First time I realized this was when the switch failed on the shutter on my bedroom window. It got stuck in the down position a few years back. They did not put an emergency crank in (this is a fire hazard, and against code to not have one in a room with a closet, btw) I remember speaking to Logan back then who was trying to blame me for their faulty part. He wanted several hundred dollars for a new switch, plus service call and hourly fee to fix it. He was very arrogant, so I decided to just have my electrician friend get it back up, which he did. Fast forward to now. I accidentally closed my patio door shutter on my umbrella and it jammed. My mistake, yes. So I called again...and guess who shows up...Logan. Great. The vibe was weird as soon as he arrived....maybe he had notes from our last conversation...but was very cold and unfriendly. After he 'fixed' my jammed shutter, he leaves it absolutely useless as a security device with a 6" gap at the bottom. I mentioned that anyone can come and just lift it up...he just shrugged his shoulders and said "Yep, basically". His arrogance is off the charts. He removed 5 slats and just left it like that, without attempting to put them back, saying they were too bent to repair and that new slats would cost me $1,500. After he previously told me new slats wouldn't fit my shutters? Huh? Just a ploy to get more money out of me...or pure laziness. But I suspect he just wanted more money without a care in the world he just rendered my shutter useless. I literally fixed those 5 slats myself after he left. A slightly bent lip that took no time to straighten out on one slat. They now just have to be reattached at the top, which again, my trusted electrician friend to the rescue. He charged the $125 fee, plus another $75 for 5 metal pieces that cost about $3.00. So, I paid him $200 to mess up my shutter..lol. Then when I asked about paying with credit card, he said they add an additional 5% fee for credit cards. Wow. I paid cash. No words at this point..just keeps getting worse with this company. I will no longer be calling them should any other problems arise. I suspect most of these positive reviews are fake. read more

Nevada Rolling Shutter - This is how Logan 'fixed' my shutter. It's fully down...he just doesn't care. Only after money. - Shutters Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I have had rolling shutters on my house for 25 + years that were installed by Nevada Rolling Shutters. I just recently wanted to have the door to my garage done and reached out to Logan (whom I have on speed dial because I have had a few oops with my front door and he's been so great to help me) and he was out within a day or two for the estimate. They did the install yesterday and I love having the shutter on the garage door! Who would have thought? If you're going to get rolling shutters keep the garage door in mind. Gives you added security. Nevada Rolling Shutters is such a nice company! Family owned, friendly, reliable and fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I first contacted Nevada Rolling Shutter to do one door for me. When I called I spoke with Logan who is the owner of the company. He was very polite and professional. He had their sales manager Scott reach out to me. We covered a bit on the phone and he was extremely polite and knows his product well. I decided to have him come out for a consultation. Once he saw my property Scott made some suggestions and I did agree and decided to lock down everything as it just made much more sense. When the install team came out I was surprised that Logan and his brother Brett were there. Simply because they own the company. It made me feel very comfortable knowing that they go on every install with the crew and also man the phones. I can't say enough good things about this company. Excellent customer service and excellent quality. No reason to shop or go anywhere else! read more

This is a long overdue review. My shutters have now been on my home 8 years. In that 8 years I haven't had one issue. I use them often and I enjoy the piece of mind when I travel as well when home and want to lock it down. This is the best security measure you can take to cover windows and doors. Nevada Rolling Shutter has been in business for decades. Family and owner operated. Look no further! read more

We had our entire house "rolladened". Ok - we had all of our exterior windows and doors fitted with rolladen shutters two years ago. I should have written this sooner as we were so impressed with the product and installation process. They were timely, clean, polite, and patient with our questions. One of the window rolladens had an issue 8 months after installation. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly, all at no charge. Everything has been great since then. The service you get from a family-owned company surpasses that of a large business. If you are in the market for rolling shutters, do not hesitate to contact for a quote. read more

We got our shutters done in 2017 and so far there have been no issues! We got our entire house done and it's perfect for keeping the house cool during the summer. Keeps our electric bill at a low cost! After the installation, my technician, Kyle showed me how to operate the remotes; and how to manually open the shutters. Wonderful investment and perfect for privacy as well. I'm also very happy that I was able to use a local small business at that! read more

I'm so pleased with the service I received from this business. I have rolling steel shutters on my house from one of their competitors ( Rolladen) The shutter on my sliding glass door was jammed and I wasn't able to open it. Rolladen was jerking me around when I called to try to get an appointment for repair. Out of desperation I searched for another option and found Nevada Rolling Shutters. The service was top notch! They are very busy with other customers but they offered an after hours service that Rolladen didn't. It cost extra but was well worth it! Logan texted me to let me know he was on his way. He and his partner fixed it quickly and we're friendly and answered all of my questions. I will ONLY be doing business with them from now on!!! I am a very satisfied customer! read more

Rounding out the veritable wave of security upgrades added to our North Las Vegas home, we recently had five rolling shutters installed to cover windows and sliding glass doors at the back of our house. Now, besides an electronic home burglar alarm system and an iron fence enclosing the rear of the property with double-sided deadbolt keylocks, and front door and side windows protected by 3M Window Film and stainless steel wire mesh window screens, we have an added layer of protection in the form of almost impenetrable metal shutters that lock down at their base. Besides feeling more secure when inside or away from our Vegas valley home, the sleek beige shutters have added a nice aesthetic improvement to our property, besides keeping out dust and reducing outside sounds. The shutters are easily and smoothly maneuvered through power switches, and also have a manual override feature in the event of a power outage. The company followed through on everything its agents promised; installation was timely and took place without a hitch; and the shutters look and work great! Besides having increased peace of mind following a slew of burglaries inside the guard-gated complex in which we reside, Diane and I are very pleased with the quality and functionality of the purchased shutters. Now that many other residents within the community have also installed security upgrades to their property, reported burglaries and attempted break-ins within the walls of the community have noticeably greatly diminished in number. With the help of Nevada Rolling Shutter and our other security product vendors, we have certainly done our part to make our home less of an inviting target! read more

I left a bad review to let others know what this company does to customers. The owner replied on yelp assuming the shutters were broken because we let it down on something. Not true. As a matter of fact there were other shutters that weren't working either, which he stated was due to wear over time(maybe true). Just shows the type of people they are that make things up to make the customer look bad. Future customers beware. They will fix the issue but will over charge in my opinion. When you call them they say they charge per hour and don't know how long it'll take until they see it plus parts. They charge more than doctors and lawyers lol. Keep an eye on the clock as they drag their feet. Rest assure it'll be a minimum of 2 hours most likely. The unfortunate part is the customer reading this post will mostly have to pick them to fix it because there are only a couple companies in town who fix them. Look at other reviews they are all about the price gouging not the service provided. read more

Logan and his crew came out and installed shutters on our current home about 4 years ago. We absolutely love it. Keeps us safe and keeps our house cooler in the summer. It is definitely the best upgrade you can add to your home. We had a previous home that Logan installed shutters for also. The buyer fell in love with the shutters and it was a big factor in why they chose our home. Shutters add value to your home and makes it stand out from the rest. It's worth the investment especially in Vegas due to the extreme heat. This company has great service. Anytime that I've needed service, they come out promptly and stand by their product. Best company in Vegas! read more

All around positive experience with staff, install, and use. We had an issue with one window a few months after install and they came out same day to inspect. Contracted with Nevada Rolling Shutter in the summer for almost Full House Electric Shutters. Bruce came out and did the measuring, Scott did the quoting. Install went well in early November even though, many of my Windows and Sliding Glass Doors had sub-optimal installation (gotta love Vegas); nevertheless, Bruce and his Team know their business!! Last night I closed my Living Room Shutter on some styrofoam that I did not notice stuck between my Shutter and the Stationary Glass Window. After reaching out to Logan and explaining MY mistake, the Nevada Rolling Shutter Team showed up (same day) and resolved the problem in 10 minutes. Very impressed with this company's Professionalism, and Fast Response to my issue. I knew the problem was created by my other workmen, and Bruce was gracious to fix the repair at No Charge. These men deserve a 5* Rating. read more

Our Rolladen shutter was jammed. We gave them a shot at fixing it. They said that they would come out to look at it for $450 CASH. They would not take a check or credit card. That set off alarm bells. They said that we needed a new window. After 15 years, I could understand that. They said that our other window would need to be replaced also to be compatible with the new window. The total cost was over $5,700. We called Rolladen. They got the jammed window fixed. They said that we needed a new switch for the window. We would need another service call when the switch came in. The new switch was $45. The 2 service calls were $150 each. Total cost was $345. Compare that with the $5,700 that NRS wanted. read more

We purchased the shutters in 2015. We originally only wanted the shutters on our two sliding glass doors (one standard and one 16 footer) but we ended up going with the shutters on both doors and all 16 windows. Scott was easy to work with on the pricing and delivered on all promises. The install went very well, done on time and in one day. Logan, an owner of the company, led the install. The shutters have served us well for 7 years, providing excellent security with the added benefit of helping to cool in the LV heat. Noise abatement is also a plus. After daily use for 7 years we needed a service call at a critical time the day before a gathering at the house. Logan and his team showed up that day, with the right parts, to save the day. We enjoy using a business where you get to know the team and you can count on their response. NRS provides a quality product with excellent service. read more

Ordered 3 shuttered to help with electric bill as well as noise abatement. Ordering was easy and company came back to do a final measurement. Install was delayed due to materials not being available. (I was told up front that there would a delay when I ordered) Once shutters were ready, install was fast. Crew cleaned up the area once they were done. After install, I was given an overview care and feeding of the shutters. Give them a call for a quote. Great quality and professional install crews. read more

We had a first-class experience with this company. Our home is an old (1970s LOL) downtown structure, with a challenging 18 foot wide bay window. It's been three months now and nothing bad to report whatsoever. read more

I'm amazed at the high quality products and services this company provides. I did my research on these shudders and the are beyond my expectations! I pondered shudders, sunscreens, curtains , etc, I am so incredibly happy I decided on these they totally met my expectations as far as energy efficiency , safety and beauty of their appearance. Total upgrade on our lives and property value. The employees from sales to service were exceptional I would recommend without hesitation. The cost was cheaper then their competitors and quality impeccable. If you are fortunate enough to get them, do it now as they are in high demand , understandably so ! Thank you for your products and services I am forever grateful. read more

The folks did a great job of installing the shutter! It looks great! The salesman told us it would be 8-10 weeks and they came in right in that timeframe. They are super busy but once they came out to install it was like a military operation. They kept the work area clean - using tarps and picked up all their debris. They adjust the shutter properly as the patio has a down slope for water run-off. All aspects of this purchase were good. Highly recommended. Just give yourself some time as they are busy and make sure you are aware of how long the job takes. Well done. read more

Great job! I had been wanting to get a rolling shutter put in on the patio for some time now since the area is basically useless most of the year had originally had estimate from Las Vegas Rolling Shutters, who were down the street from me, but they never responded after I got their quote??? You can always bid low, but if you're not gonna do the work, why bother? In any case, I then called Logan, who came out and gave me an estimate and went over the procedure. Only slightly higher than Las Vegas Rolling Shutters, but at least they follow through. Gave Logan the go ahead and deposit, made the necessary call to the HOA for approval, and we were off to the races! they (NV Rolling Shutters) were actually quicker than promised, and had my rolling shutters installed in 4 weeks vs the 6 week estimate very happy with their follow through and promptness happy to have a quasi-garage now instead of that useless patio! slight mix up on the billing, but quickly resolved thanks again guys, job well done!!! read more

I've had these shutters on my windows for over 10 years! I absolutely love them!!! ...I can not recommend these high enough! They are worth every penny! This review is for 11 rolling shutters that we had installed in 2014. The shutters still function perfectly and look great. They stop a significant amount of heat and sound. Also, great theft deterent as well. I recommend NRS over Rolladen for a handful of reasons, mostly customer skills and design of the shutter holding box. Logan was my original salesperson, and he has been great throughout the years with warranty work. (We had an attempted break in that damaged one of the shutters, and one time a shutter was closed on a shovel that was leaned against the house.) They delivered everything that was promised and did the install in one day. Completely satisfied with our purchase. Would definitely do business with NRS again. read more
