Ian has been my barber for years and I am so glad that he is now featured in a location that is very accessible. Appointments are easy to book. If you need a fresh cut on the weekend, I would call ahead because chances are, you're not the only one that is thinking the same thing. My haircuts always have that extra special touch that no barber in town can emulate. My tapers and lines are super clean, well worth the money spent every time I go. He likes to get creative, so if you are feeling like letting the reins loose, let him work his magic and you will not be disappointed. GREAT PRICES.. Ive been running into shops charging from 45-60 for a haircut with beard and line up included but it was only $35. I had the pleasure of being helped by Tony, he's one of the barbers there and runs the shop with the other barber which happens to be the father and the owner. Tony was very professional as well as genuine and overall just had a great energy and vibe to help serve the best experience. I got a taper fade for my first time with him today, he took his time to make sure the overall look and details of the cut were up to par. I'm from California and have been looking for a barber who does razor fades and line ups and I came across the place and wanted to check it out. He's a genuine person who's very talented when it comes to barbering. This is definitely one of the cleanest barbershops in Seattle. I've been to many shops through the years and 9000 has a very inviting, well maintained atmosphere. Although, it's in Pioneer Square there's parking in the area (it's worth a few bucks). Don't let the parking stop you from going, you'll regret it. There are a few different Barbers in the shop. When I first went in the shop I got put in Ian's chair. All the barbers in the shop are good at what they do and are professionals. But Ian has many qualities and skills that are second to none. He is very patient and easy going, which takes away the intimidating feeling that you get when you go to a new barber. He is able work with toddlers all the way up to the oldest of seniors. Ian is trained both as a beautician and as a barber and it shows! He is able to do designs, fades, straight razor shaves, and all of the other wanted cuts. Met Tony today, the owner of T.Brooks Barber shop.. I am a Wish Customer & T.Brooks was the delivery & pick-up location of my orders. I needed to get it delivered there as I am out of town frequently & my landlord doesn't accept packages in their tenants behalf unfortunately. As a Woman I've never been to a barber shop (ever) but Tony was extremely professional & polite over the phone & also in-person. Small Business like T.Brooks that conducts & promotes professionalism & courtesy should definitely expand in Seattle. Tony was also kind enough to give me a ride home instead of me wasting my money on another Uber ride.. I am medically-disabled & Tony was such God-send gentleman & business owner. This was a good experience. I come from an age and time where you have to be cautious about who you let put hands up in your mane. I know it is vitally important that a barber understands your head shape and the texture of your hair. I watched Tony cutting an Asian gentleman before me and he would not relent and drop the clippers until both the customer and his spouse were happy with the out come. I wish I was from Seattle, but I came to Seattle for a business trip from LA, and this is the only guy I've met who cares about your style. Usually I ask a barber to just cut my hair 2x shorter, but Tony proved me that your hair can be more than just a haircut. My barbershop has been shut all week so my co workers couldn't cut me up , I called this shop and they had a friendly voice which made me want to pull up! From 14-17, I'd get cut up by the same barber. From 17-21, I got cut up by the same barber (different from the previous one). It's a risk to try out a new barber when you've been loyal to one for so long.. one who knows exactly how you want your cuts to be.
