This is a new location- the other has closed. New building, large, private parking lot, so much seating, this place is big, plus a larger outdoor dining area and an outdoor waiting area. The interior is similar to the other location: dark wood, a mix of booths and tables, big bar area. A hostess will seat you. Menu has changed a bit. No more flatbread for example. Still, plenty of options. Soup, salad, burgers, entrees, a variety of sides. I'm not a fan of their ladies room. The toilet seat was unstable in the stall I chose, moving side to side. The toilet is not automated, which I expected in a brand new building, but that's on me I suppose. The gap in that handicap stall needs to be addressed: it's far too wide. Hand dryers only; saving a tree, and blowing around whatever is in the bathroom. It is shiny and new though, so that's nice. Our waiter kept a good eye on us. Brought over a bread basket after asking if we'd like some. Refilled our water. Asked if we would like refills on iced tea. Food was delivered by food runners all at once after a decent amount of wait time during a busy lunch time. I had the Greek salad with an addition of salmon. The greens were fresh, nice feta, soft bread, well prepared salmon, dressing on the side. Would order this again. T-Bones is a nice casual dining option. read more

T-Bones Great American Eatery - shows T-Bones jacking up til without telling customers - American Near Me - Hudson, New Hampshire

I want to share my recent experience at the new Hudson NH location, which, unfortunately, was quite disappointing. My family and I have been loyal customers for many many years, but since the move to include three visits, we have noticed some changes that affected the quality of our visits especially last Saturday. To begin, the onion soup we ordered was lukewarm at best, and the cheese had settled at the bottom, suggesting it had been sitting for some time. My wife's chicken parmesan sandwich was tough, chewy, and barely warm, making it inedible. The fries that came with it were cold as well. I had the Reuben sandwich, which was only average; the bread was not fresh and the meat was very dry / old and I could only manage to eat half of it before giving up. Our server was polite but seemed somewhat confused throughout our visit , and he brought us the wrong check, responding casually with "oh, that happens." and "I'll get the manager if you really want me to". We have accumulated many points through the loyalty program, but given this experience, it will be a while before we consider returning. I hope the quality and service at the new location improves over time. read more

Our waitress was nice and that was the only good part of our dining experience. Our dinner took over an hour to be served with issues and cold temperatures. Some of the cocktails were gross. Not much of an ambiance to be offered either. Sadly, our family did not enjoy our time there. read more

Was looking forward to trying this restaurant. It was busy especially for a Tuesday. The hostess was friendly. The waitress was also pleasant. She asked if she could get us drinks while we looked over the menu and we ordered 2 glasses of water, no ice, with lemon. 20 minutes later we were still waiting for Water!! She never came back. Being one who gets concerned when complaining they might "do something to our food" we got up and left. read more

Me & my girl have been to T-Bones twice in the last four days because everything was outstanding after the first visit . And three nights later was as good . Lots of tables throughout the establishment with enough space to have elbow room . Dim lighting great ambiance . Waitstaff was attentive and accommodating . Restaurant was packed last night 8/21 yet food came out timed perfectly for each course . Spot on steak tips with mashed potatoes & fried Brussels are excellent ! The other night I had center cut strip (awesome) with baked potato & broccoli sour cream and butter on the side . Apple crisp dessert fantastic ! Coffee fresh and delicious ! Can't say enough good things about this place . Thank you T-Bones ! You do it right, great value exceptional establishment read more

Love the new location! Spacious and comfortable, and the outside seating looks great! The wait wasn't too long, even on a Thur night. My favorite is the Tuscan Salmon, enough for 2 meals! Our waiter Amaro was personable and funny, and we enjoyed having him! Welcome to New England Amaro! read more

Third time's the charm? Hmm.... no. More like Strike 3. Third and last time going to T-Bones. I still don't get it: why is this place so packed on a Wednesday night?!? Food is expensive, portions are small, menu is somewhat limited. We had "Charlie's Broiled Haddock": Good but they should rename it "Charlie's Broiled Half Haddock". Tiny little piece of fish swimming in butter. 4-5 pieces of broccoli, little bit of rice. $18.99. Also had the "Pineapple Pico Fish Tacos". Those we good, but there's only two tacos, a little bit of rice, $18.99. No! Rice wasn't really good. A beer for $8.49? Hell no. Service was 'average'. I've been up and awake all night. Food was so hard to digest. Even after the $25 gift card, the remainder was STILL more than what we pay for better food elsewhere. (ie, Cracker Barrel, Chili's, Applebee's). So no, we're done with T-Bones. Given how packed this place is, I'm sure they'll continue to do very well even without us. read more

Personable service, slow time to meal, acceptable food! We visited T-Bones for a friends birthday and made what I thought was a simple order. The Swordfish Special, the Korean Lettuce Wraps, and Chicken Wings. My server was helpful, he as well as the busser kept my water full and he kept bothering the bar asking for updates on my guests' drink order. The restaurant was full, but it didn't seem unreasonably busy and wasn't very loud at all. Certainly not so busy to cause an hour~ wait for our food after initial order. I do not fault my server for the kitchen's slowness. My Korean Lettuce Wraps were good, as were the chicken wings. Not overcooked at all. The Swordfish certainly looked overcooked and was an exceptionally small portion. I have other favorites in the area that I will frequent for certain and will only stop here if I'm hungry and can't travel 5 minutes away. read more

New place looks great. Sat at the bar and not so pleasant bar tenders, Cesar salad, looked like bits and pieces of someone else's salad, expensive steak was cold, my wife's meal was also cold and it was not taste good. Very disappointed. read more

This restaurant has ample parking and it's shared with other businesses. I came here yesterday during lunch around 1pm and it wasn't too packed. It took awhile for somebody to greet us so we just decided to sit at the bar. Once seated it took another 10 min to get a menu and ask us what we wanted to drink. I know places get busy and what not but not to be greeted isn't the business. Anyhoo ordered a beer and got their lunch special which was a steak fajita roll up. Steak Fajita- The steak was pretty good but they put too much sauce inside the roll up and also not enough meat. It was more or so veggies and a tortilla than a steak fajita. Even though right now I'm giving them a 3 star, I'll return again to try dinner or their happy hour. read more

It's been probably 20 years since I've been to T-bones. Not by choice I just don't live in the area anymore. I was up in NH this weekend visiting my mom's neigh and she treated my husband and I to dinner at T-bones. I started with the French onion soup which was my all time favorite as a child. It did not disappoint. The best French onion I have had in a long time. I ordered the BBQ steak tips with Mac n cheese and broccoli. The tips were amazing and that was really awesome mac. My husband got the T-bone steak with a potato and broccoli and he said everything was great. I was impressed with the thickness of the steak. It was a chonger but he ate it all! My mom got the stuffed baked haddock with a baked potato and extra extra butter. She loved It. Service was awesome. Our Server was Bobby. He was very personable and even brought my mom extra butter for her extra extra butter which made her day. He was a great server. Attentive and knowledgeable on the menu! When Bobby came to the table, I recognized him from elementary school. I didn't want to be weird and mention it but it was nice to see him doing well. Thanks for the great food and service! We will definitely be back on our next visit up! read more

DO NOT give them your hard earned money. Hostess wouldn't say hello, sat us but never saw a waiter for 15 minutes, and watched later seated folks get service. Usually go to T- Bones once a month and never had a bad meal at the old one. This was my first time at the new one and it was pack. Ordered the T-Bone for the main course it wasn't that good. We had such a great experience tonight. The food and service was perfection. Tasha was incredible and we look forward to our next visit!

New place is bigger but more corporate. Not as warm as the old place. Bar (the biggest revenue generator for any restaurant) is actually 2 seats less than the old place. Ummmm....ok... Went for a birthday lunch at 1 pm on Sunday - took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food - WTF?? Went last night to the bar and ordered some apps - 45 minutes - guys, seriously wtf. The turnaround time on orders is broken and people are going to put up with the slow service. You have the new place initial honeymoon, but if you keep this up you're screwed. Been a regular for 22 years and visited 2-3 times / week. Might be once every 2 weeks now. Need to focus on getting orders out faster or people won't put up with that for long. read more

I never complain but I feel as though I must provide constructive feedback. The last 2 times eating at TBones I left extremely disappointed in the lack of turkey provided in their hot turkey dinner. I have been a regular customer of TBones for more than 10 years and the turkey dinner is my favorite dish I always order but for $24.95 you would think they would provide substantialy more turkey. This seems to be a recent trend, the majority of times the portions were fine but the last two times the turkey was skimpy. It appeared as though the turkey was garnished on top of the stuffing, broken up in small little pieces and scattered on top of the stuffing. I will not be coming back, I really feel as though I have been taken advantage of. read more

Well Not tonight. I blame most on the Hostess. She sat my wife and I in a section where a server must have just been sat a Party of 10. As for the server she could have just said I would be there shortly. Other people got sat and were being taken care of still before we were even looked at. Other staff could have stepped up and helped her out too but they don't work together I guess. I guess the Manger should pay a little more attention. He had walked by. We said something to the Hostess as we walked out but she smiled and I don't think really had a clue. Need more training for sure. Thursday night, sept 4. 8pm. read more

Ask a teenager where they'd like to go for their 15th birthday, they give you the name of this place. My initial thought? "Simple, yet acceptable." Yeah, my son has good taste sometimes. Since the lack of burger photos alarmed me, please allow this review with accompanying photo to serve as a remedy to that apparent void. It tasted fine, btw. Good charred sear, perfect medium temp, chalk full of flavor. Not the best, but far from bad. 8 out of 10, can't be a simple cheddar burger. We also ordered a different appetizer for once. Though....I wish I had remembered to take a photo of them as well: the bacon cheddar fries. Not really fries at all, these thick potato slices covered in seasonings and cheddar cheese were surprisingly delightful. The sour cream is a personal favorite addition. Put a little on top and you have quite the delectation, IMHO. Only problem is...this thing is WAY too big! Like, it's an appetizer that could easily satisfy up to 6 persons. Sadly, we couldn't finish it. 7 out of 10, be sure to bring a football team with you to help finish these. Service was fine, despite the bar moving extra slowly with drinks tonight for whatever reason. We usually just order to-go from here all the time. So, this was my first time dining in at this location. Obviously, we'll be back. The son approves and so do I. T-Bones receives 4 juicy cheddar burgers cooked a perfect medium out of 5. read more

Let's start with the dates 80's decor this probably to honor the last time they cleaned Then let's go to the service clearly the only qualification is being able to walk under their own volition! The personality of a wet dish rag combined with the attitude of a petulant teenager, added to that the superiority complex. Not attentive and condescending when they did bother to come by. Let's end with the food. The dishes are great if you like frozen dinners reheated in the microwave and don't mind your year intake of sodium in one meal. Always wondered where rubber chickens ended up now I know. read more

My first review of this place after my second visit. Here is what I liked: 1. Good feed menu: I ordered the 25 oz steak and it was a perfect cut of meat cooked to perfection, medium rare. My mother ordered the haddock which she said is hard to find on menus these days. 2. A great bar: cozy full bar with 360oC seating. A great craft beer selection with loads of taps. The reason for the lower score was service. 1. Our waitress seemed to have forgotten our drink order during a time the place was not busy. That is a person-centric observation but it took away from the experience. 2. Our salad was served alongside our main dishes. Again, this is not the end of the world, and might have been another Server-Centric example. However to the extent it reflects lack of kitchen coordination, I thought it was worth noting. I will go back again as it is my 90 year old mother's favorite place. Hope to see if I just had a bad, one off server. read more

If I could give zero Stars I would. I had the worst experience of my entire life at this restaurant. There were three of us at dinner, it took 55 minutes to be seated. Once the order was placed, it was over an hour and still no food had been brought to the table. I informed the server who had not checked on us even once that my husband works third shift and that we needed to have the food packaged as takeout. Then the shift supervisor or manager came over to the table said that the food was almost ready and did we want to try and eat it at the restaurant. I said no once again I explained that my husband works third shift and needed to go to bed not that that was any of his business. The food was brought to the table but not the entire order was there. Now I am not so naive as to believe that something wasn't done to the food, so we left the bag of food outside the restaurant door and let everybody that was walking into the restaurant no they should go someplace else. I have never had a worse experience in a restaurant in my entire life and I've lived for over 50 years. I highly recommend that nobody go back to this restaurant. read more

Stopped in on a rainy weekend afternoon with Ward. PRO - The Turkey dinner is really good. On a cool July afternoon is really hit the spot. Real turkey (not that deli crap) w/gravy over stuffing with mashed potatoes & gravy. Perfect comfort food. Ward enjoyed the Fish Tacos with big chunks of fresh looking veggies & average sweet potato fries Drinks menu is good, varied with some nice specials. Service was fine too, our young waitress was very kind. CON - The fish chowder was lousy. The large chunks of potato were overruled by the gluey broth, with one piece of actual fish & a couple pieces of "langastino" s fake crabmeat. Not worth it. Oh & they changed their bread to a dark bread with no flavor. No thanks. SO - While T-Bones will never be mistaken for a place with gourmet food, it's a comfortable place to get a decent meal at a decent price. You can see why it's always busy. read more

It is really to bad we did not like the food again. I ordered Espinaca cheese with chips. I used to love it. Now it is so thick you have to use a spoon. It had clumps of cheese in it. Like not melted cream cheese. Guess what? It was. Who does that. Please go back to your old recipe. This did not even taste like Espinaca. You also should bring back the appetizer platter once you fix the Espinaca. We used to go here often. I really am not impressed. Doubt I will be back. My roommate got the cornflake tenders. Thank god you did not change or take them off the menu. read more

One thing T-bones has the lock on is consistency. The food is not the cheapest but is better than average and you always know what you will get.
